We had a great experience with Casey B when he removed a vehicle from our property due to an accident. The vehicle was stuck in an area surrounded by landscaping and Casey did an amazing job removing the vehicle, quickly and efficiently, without any further damage to the landscaping and property. Waiting over a hour for a simple tow. I felt like dispatch was covering for their driver. Since they were full of excuses why they missed the ETA deadline. As a security professional time is essential. I going to talk to the client to see if we can switch to another company that values our time.

I had a 26ft RV that would not start. The driver had to use 3 jumper cables to reach my battery. Once he was able to put RV in neutral he slowly pulled my RV out of garage. This was not an easy feat as there was a small amount of room to manuver RV and tow truck. Pasquale did a great job. He treated my RV with kids gloves. I would definitely recommend this place

Every single aspect of my experience with Creams Towing was superb. My RV broke down on the side of the freeway. Dispatcher was courteous and professional, and a concerned human being which was pretty helpful since I was a bit freaked out. I had the great good fortune to have my rig towed by the owner, Joe Cream. He was there early, came in under budget, and treated my wounded baby like it was his own. Not only would I use them again if I broke down ANYWHERE in Sonoma County, Id probably call them if I broke down in an adjoining county because theres not going to be better service anywhere.

It doesnt seem to matter if you see a car parked in a red zones, abandoned, overnight, or whatever. Expect to wait over an hour for a truck to have a vehicle removed after hours. Trying to convince my other clients to switch to another company. They cost me and my clients costly time. Ive had had to cancell most request because I couldnt wait forever for them.

I had the same type of tow done by Another company 30 days ago for $80 and Creams charged me $180. What a rip off!!

Joe the owner of creams heavy duty towing is a true American hero!!! guys like him are the backbone to this country. he came to the rescue on Christmas Eve at 4 pm and worked with us for 2 hours to pull our 60ft boom truck out of the mud. he was very knowledgeable and did his job with skill and pride and got our truck out with zero damage. I highly recommend them to anyone

Found a house car on CL that needed to be towed. AAA contacted Creams Towing for the job. Ironically the distance was only a few miles to where we needed it towed to. Joe from Creams Towing arrived in a very nice and well kept tow truck that appeared to have every attachment needed for safe towing. Joe was very thorough inspecting the house car and setting it up to tow to our new property. We highly recommend using Creams Towing for your towing needs. Joe was professional and sympathetic.

Wow the price they gave for less then a mile. Was $250. I had my buddy Brandon he called and asked about the same distance just different area. And they wanted to charge him on $75. Race Plays a price change with them

These guys are great. My clutch went out in my Pete & I was stuck at a customer in their dock. They were there in less than an hour. I would highly recommended if you need a tow.

Does anyone want to be towed?

They towed my Dually Truck in 2015. I had a bunch of new tools in my Truck bed. When I went to get the stuff out of my truck. All my tools were missing. As well as my antique Purses I had in the cab. When I asked the front desk clerk where my stuff was she said it was not her job to take inventory on my possessions. I talked to the Owner and he denied me ever having anything in my truck I just bought them from Home depo and had receipts for my tools. They are thieves and Tweekers. My opinion Call some one else.

This isnt for the tow drivers but for the customer service reps on the phone, about as useless as a pile of trash.

I bought a car without knowing the registration was so far out got pulled over creams impounded my car and are charging 250 bucks for a simple tow less than a mile and want 150 gate fee on top off 110 doller storage fees!! would they charge 250 dollers for a simple tow less than a mile? no they take advantage of peoples misunfortions!!! and if you give them your vehicle they sell it only after employess get what they want off it they make money and then it goes on your credit report!!!!! they are taking advantage they should be shut down!!! 5 star yeah from their friends and family

I had a problem with my VAN CONVERSION camper yesterday. AAA called CREAMs TOWING in Santa Rosa. Their employee JESUS was fantastic!!! He came on time, was extremely helpful and took care of the problem which was not an easy one. He did not give up until it was solved. I was really impressed!!! Thank you Jesus!

They say cash for cars yeah right, what a joke. just to come 20 miles to buy a truck they wanted me to pay them instead of buy my truck. didnt even tell them what the vehicle was they were buying they just said we dont buy vehicles in guereville then said they could come take it but it would cost me a couple hundred. this company is a bunch of crooks if you ask me i will never give them my business and some one should look at them for false advertisement. they should say give us cash gor your junk cars si we ggen can make more money on your car. if i could give 0 stars i would.
