I dont even know where to start when it comes to Frank and the service he has provided. I am a first time buyer and he has provided so much knowledge. In the short time that I have been working with him I feel that he has been professional but also has become a friend. Service now days doesnt come like that. You tend to get corporate answers and a different person every time you call. With Frank I can email or call and he is very responsive and has probably explained things more than once to me with such grace and understanding. He is absolutely fantastic.
