I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. I have my homeowners & my car insured with them. In all this time I have never had any problems. They truly give the best deals and I have been given refunds I didnt even know I had coming. I cannot say enough how happy I am with them. The customer service is unmatched! I needed to add my teenage daughter to my policy. After my current insurance at the time quoted me an outrageous cost increase to add her, I called State Farm and spoke with Chance. Right away she reviewed my current policies and explained in thorough detail my options in coverage. She noted that I was carrying the most basic of coverage and gave me quotes for coverage that would give us the most amount of protection (very important especially with a new driver) on all of my policies and it ended up saving me money!! Amazing. Switching over was quick and seamless. Can’t recommend highly enough!
