Wonderful experience setting up my renters insurance amidst the worries of the Sonoma county fire season! Esperanza and Angel were so quick and experienced to work with that I had all my questions and worries covered with just one call after receiving the first fire text alert. With two sons who that are constantly buying and selling vehicles, Barber has given us the best care with great rates and incredible customer service. They were also so helpful and supportive when I was in an accident. Walk in the door there, you will be greeted with a smile and professionalism thats hard to find these days.

They were very thorough in collecting information for an auto policy. I could understand why once I saw a quote though. I highly recommend these folks. Just dont get caught off guard when they ask for VINs and odometer readings.

Entryway is upstairs, bldg old, no elevator for handicapped persons. Agent was very nice and came downstairs to talk to my mother and I about increasing the policy coverage.

PLEASE READ! This is the worst choice we have ever made. Here are the FACTS! I bought a new 2017 car from the dealer. We had been longtime customers of theirs for YEARS! No ACCIDENTS. NO TICKETS. NO DUIs. My policy renewal was due in 3 months from the time of new vehicle purchse. When I was at the dealer I called and asked for a quote. They said $600.00 for 6 SIX MONTHS for my new 2017 car. I called infront of the dealer sales man!! THEY LIED!!! when i got the bill the COVERAGE OF THE NEW CAR was going to EXPIRE IN 3 MONTHS when my policy for my other 2 cars was going SET expire!!! THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I ADDED THE CAR TO MY POLICY. IF I HAD OPENED A NEW POLICY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 600.00 FOR 6 MONTHS. BUT BECAUSE I ADDED IT, IT WAS $600.00 FOR 3 MONTHS. THEY WERE SO RUDE. THEY TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILIYT FOR THEIR MISTAKE. THE 2 GENTLEMEN AT THE DEALER HEARD ME ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AGREEING ON 600 FOR 6 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY NEEDED PRROF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE BEFORE I DROVE THE CAR AWAY.

Superior Service !!

I had barber for 4 years. Liability only on an 98 Acura cost me $89/month. After my dui was removed from my record the cost went down to $74/month. Me and my gf switched to another company that put both our names on both our cars. With the extra driver the cost went down to $46/month! I just called to cancel my policy which ends next month. Barber insists I pay for this month and then there is a 10% of your premium cancellation fee which she said is in the contract. My gf just cancelled her AAA and there was no fee involved and no push for this months payment. I never had a claim through barber.

Very unprofessional. It took 3 calls over 5 days to talk to someone. They dont return calls and my agent Farra was outrageous. She constantly interrupted me. She sounded like she was about to have a nervous breakdown. The company is the worst agency Ive ever dealt with.
