We have had issues with our instant heat boiler for years. JW Hanson sent out their most experienced boiler technician. He resolved the issue within 15 min. He then inspected the entire system and told us what issues we should remedy so that the boiler would be more efficient.I highly recommend this company to anyone with a boiler or for any heat issue.

Hanson Heating & Air has given us great furnace service for the past 8 years. Initially, they replaced an old under-house furnace and moved the new Trane furnace into the attic, with a clever re-use of the existing supply lines throughout the house. They have done periodic tune-ups and maintenance as needed. Also, they were willing and able to remove excess natural gas lines the previous owner had set up under our house to feed an addition, which required lots of crawl-space work. JW Hanson himself did our initial proposal inspection, and was the only contractor willing to actually go in under our house to look at the existing worn-out furnace before bidding the new one; all of the other team members who have helped us since have been equally can-do and professional. Were thankful they cover Marin County.

Hanson Heating and Air just came out and installed a whole house fan. They were awesome. I spoke with Kim on the phone to book the appointment. She was great. Polite, professional and courteous. Eli was the technician that came out. Great guy. Very polite, thorough and very clean. I was at the house to greet him and then had to leave. I wasnt there when he installed the fan, my wife was. She got the job done fast and my wife said he was very easy to have in the house. That says a lot! Well done Hanson! Thanks for the great service.

J W Hanson did an excellent job in installing a new furnace, water heater and a/c.We recently asked them back to check our air conditioning air flow. Lynn managed to get us a prompt appointment and Eli came out to inspect our system. He spent a lot of time in each room and up and down our attic to thoroughly get the balance and flow adjusted just right for each room and didnt leave until we were completely happy --very impressed and we cannot speak more highly of JW Hanson and their employees.We will definitely use them in future and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

First used them in my previous house which had hydronic heating. They (unlike other heating contractors) said my boiler could last another 25 years, longer than most new ones. They replaced the pump with a quieter more efficient one, as well as one of the valves, and a couple minor parts. It has run flawlessly since. When I moved to a house with forced air and AC, they just had to inspect the system. Price was VERY reasonable.

Hansens added air conditioning to the furnace system they installed years ago. We highly recommend them, first rate service and fair pricing.

Hanson replaced one furnace and serviced our other one. What a improvement! More air moving and much more efficient unit. Additionally, their staff was knowledgeable and excellent with clean up. Recommend highly.
