Bill, Cody and Travis were all absolutely amazing! Bill made us so comfortable when he recommended what work needed to be done, I felt like I was talking to a close friend. Bill and Travis were extremely efficient with performing an inspection, sending over a quote and then getting the work done. Cody was professional but also extremely friendly when I welcomed him into my home to install the furnace. I was so impressed by the quality of his work and the timely manner he did it in. These men made me feel like I was dealing with friends and I couldn’t be happier with the honest work they performed!

Our house heater broke (just bought house in March) and Bill Kutz came to the rescue. What an honest, humble, honest and professional man he is. Our house warranty company tried to figure out if house heater would be covered by the 1yr house warranty and were not very polite to Bill Kutz but the 3 hours Bill spent on the phone with our house warranty company he made sure we we were taken care of. House Warranty covered fixing house heater. Technician who came to fix heater was so good to us. He did an outstanding job. We are warm again. The air conditioning unit in my building went out during a heat way of all times and Bill came out to get it up and running. I’m sure he was swamped when I called but he came out the next day and got us going. He did a thorough cleaning of the unit and found it to be 75% air restricted from build up of dust.
