We hired Next Level HVAC system and ductwork on our brand new home that burnt down in the 2017 fires. Charlie and his team were very professional and did quality work. I highly reccomend them!

We hired Next Level to install our heater in November 2019. We had an issue in March and called them. They never responded but luckily we were able to solve the problem. We had another issue this week (today is August 26) and called them. We left messages with the company and on the owners voice mail. That was over the weekend.Same as last time NO ONE CALLED US BACK!!!!They will probably claim they never got the message (see other reviews here and on Yelp). After no response we called Valley Comfort on Tuesday. They had someone at our house today and the repair was promptly made.Feels like Next Level only wants the BIG deals but not interested in servicing their customers afterwards. Very sad.
