This joke of a gym has been charging me for 4 years after multiple attempts to cancel my membership. The front desk is rude and outright incompetent. It’s cost me thousands of dollars to try and fight to get my membership canceled. I moved out of the state over 4 years ago and simply tried to cancel my membership. They’ve refused and continued to charge me every month. When I call, I’m told they will cancel, yet no one follows through. At this point I’ll be involving my lawyer. Horrible customer service.
This place is the best. Why? Indeed, you can find here what you can find in almost every gym, so that cant be it. Its the people. Owners and staff are invested in this business in a way that has no match. Not only do they care about their customers, they are themselves examples of commitment and determination that makes your workout smooth and inspiring. The location is spotless, smells good and the customers are relaxed and helpful. Focus is not only on your body, but also mental health. Enjoy!
Recent renovations make a great gym even better.
Awesome staff, experienced trainers, and great classes. Fully stocked outdoor gym with everything you need to get a great workout.
The manager was rude I have tried to cancel this membership multiple times someone agreed to over the phone. They then tried to recharge my card, I do not care what the regular policy was if someone said they agreed to cancel my membership they should cancel it and stick with their word.
Check this place out! In the post-COVID environment you couldn’t ask for a cleaner place.TriFit is an awesome facility with a full gym containing everything you could dream of having, no matter what style of workouts you’re into, including a pool, tennis, and squash courts. The classes are all run by very professional and awesome instructors. There are several different styles of yoga, TRX, full-body circuit, spin, and sport performance classes. Not only are there many great mobility and recovery oriented things you can use within the gym, but there is also a great physical therapy center subsidy inside.Under non-COVID circumstances there is also a great steam room, sauna, amenity and towel service. As well as coached track workouts at the local college track, masters style swim classes inside the facility, and even a ride leader for Saturday AM bike rides that explore the best routes in the area.
Great facility, great coaches!
My gym for the last two years. The staff is amazingly friendly, the equipment is well kept, has a pool, squash courts, and sauna. Did I mention towel service? I send all my friends and coworkers here.
I walked in considering asking about a membership, but just finished sitting in traffic awhile and needed to use the bathroom. I politely smiled at the front desk workers and asked to use their restroom. One of the employees rolled his eyes at me and asked if I was a member, to which I replied that I wasnt. Before I could even before to explain that I was interested in becoming a member, the employee scoffed and said Well this is a private gym, so you cant just walk in here and use the bathroom.Though I was truly inspired by the confidence and swiftness of the rudeness spat into my face, Im relieved that I did not give this establishment any of my business. Ive been treated more warmly and with more respect in dingy gas stations that deny use of their restrooms.
Great friendly and clean place. They have multiple classes for all types of training and the staff are knowledgeable. You have options, especially if your into Triathlons. Definitely recommend!
Significantly improved, not crowded, not overly expensive anymore, has all the amenities you need, sauna and pool are top notch, free coffee & tea, bunch of small things that make the difference. Highly recommend for business professional aged gym goers.
Clean and typically uncrowded gym with friendly staff and clientele.
Cancellation Policy is a joke! They act like they own your asss after you signed the contract. Be careful.
I really like this gym, and Im lucky I get a corporate discount to attend it. However, I do not think the normal fees equal up to the amount of services you get, especially when you have to pay for some of the classes. Another downer is that it is not 24/7. With the amount of money you pay for this gym they really should have the Main Gym (not the pool) open 24/7. Many times I want to work out on the weekends and I can not because they are closed. Now to the great things about TriFit:Clean - This gym is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to.Friendly Staff- The front desk staff are always friendly here.Class options/times- The class options here are great, and some of them are multiple times a week so you can make it into your calendar.Parking - I received a 3hr parking permit, and the parking at the colorado center is a little rough, but we get free valet, and that supersedes everything with the parking hastle. If you have the funds, I definitely suggest you try out TriFit.
The west sides best kept secret! Equinox benefits without the ostentatious vibes :)
Man, its hard to find management that bad as they are... very unhappy with their service : (
Definitely nicer after the renovation. Friendly place to go.
