Scott is the best stylist I’ve been too. In addition to his top notch skill, he takes time to learn about your hair. He listens to your concerns, needs, ideas etc to make sure he gets it right and you’re happy with the cut. After all, we know our hair better than anyone. It’s a collaborative process. Prices are fair, the studio is clean, and Scott has a great personality. Go no further. You have found the best!

Scott always does a great job with my haircuts. I first started going to him 6 years ago and Im always a fan of his work and my wife is as well. I briefly moved away from the LA area, but one of the first things I did after I moved back was schedule an appointment with Scott.

All these reviews are legit. Scott Riffe is as good as they proclaim. I have tough hair to cut (70s surfer do - his words), but Scott nails it perfectly every time. I dont put anything in my hair and often dont comb it, and this is only possible if I get great cuts. So, Scott makes my life easier and better. Hes always running on time too, so this makes scheduling easy. And, hes a great dude. Two thumbs up for Scott Riffe!

I have been going to Scott for a couple of years and he is the best. I dont have easy hair and he does a masterful job on it each time. If you want to try something new, he wont finish until you are completely satisfied. He has a great little studio inside Salon Republic, and is happy to offer you a cold beer while you get a cut. Finally, he is generally just a nice guy, relaxed and fun to talk with. Highly recommend.

Scott has been my hairstylist for more than 10 years. I trust him implicitly with my hair. He always checks to make sure hes doing what I want at the time. Hes a natural and has artistic taste. He knows my personality and what suits me. Ive seen him cut other peoples hair and he always makes them feel relaxed and comfortable. I was lucky to meet Scott a few years ago when the business I worked at was the floor above the salon he had a chair at. So I’ve been a faithful client for the last 4 places he’s been at over the past few years. What to say, this dude is the real deal. I’m so stoked he now has his own place because his taste in art and music is great. I’m a musician and Scott always gives me killer hairstyles. I don’t even give him instructions anymore, I just say do your thing and he comes up with unique and edgy hair styles for me. Good conversations, clean space, great cuts.

Scott is very good at his craft. I was looking for a change in hairstyle for some time and he came highly recommended. I have been going to Scott for several years now, following him from his chair at different salons to his current and now his own personal spot in Santa Monica. Its easy to schedule (shoot him a text several days prior) and he always hooks me up with a good cut and excellent conversation.

Ive been a client of Scotts for the past five years. In those years, Ive apparently been so successful at continuing to require hair styling that I am on a frequent visitation basis with His Riffeness. Early on, I used to see him twice a month. Then I scaled back to once a month. Then I missed him. Then I went inexplicably bald for a few months. Then it all grew back and things got on track, and now see each other when I need a haircut.This is now the third spot Ive followed him to, and BY FAR its the best one. Such a cool vibe and super convenient, too. The little touches he put into the decor in the studio are what make it for me. That $10,000 shoulder massage is totally worth it, by the way. Id drop at least a bitcoin (as of today, August 24, 2018) for one.I highly recommend you go to Scott to get your mane in control. Men and women, people in between, even pets are welcome. OK, that last part may not be true, but if the animal has a serious need for a hairstyle and Scott has a vision for it, WATCH OUT WORLD. Youre going to be like, Yo, thats my dog right there! and people will be wondering if youre talking about a male friend in an urban manner, but then theyll see a super dope looking Pomeranian and be like, Ah, I get what that Google review was all about now.But do you?

Scott riffe gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had hands down. I’ve gone to the same haircut place for almost 4 years and was nervous to mix it up....but all I can say is wow I wasted 4 years. Scott is the best in the business.
