Went for the first time and had a haircut with Diego. Diego was fantastic, especially since Im in town for the week and was in a pinch before a job interview. He was on time, and gave me the perfect mid fade I was looking for. I would highly recommend this place and go back next time Im in LA.

Ive been going to Lincoln Barbers since they opened in 1999. I used to live in Santa Monica and always got my haircut from Chino. Hes been my barber since then and before Lincoln Barbers existed. I tried a couple different barbers after I moved to Granada Hills and no one can cut hair like him. I drive to Santa Monica from Granada Hills to get my cut. When he is not there I go to anyone as they all know how to cut hair as good as Chino. I highly recommend this barber shop. Give them a shot and you will return like I have all these years.

This barbershop is quite big and have around 10 chairs so you don’t need to wait long for a cut. Price is a bit pricey compare to other barbershop in Los Angeles, maybe it’s because near to Santa Monica piers.They cut my husband’s and son’s hair good but not the best. Nevertheless I would recommend this if you are in hurry and want a quick clean cut.The lady who cut my son’s hair is so friendly, most of the service I love was the 1$ massage chair.IG: rosieotw

Got a haircut from Eli and was really disappointed. I specified what I wanted and showed the guy a video and a picture. Asked him to not leave it too short and it just went through his ears man. Not worth the 30 dollars, honestly such a disappointment. Listen to your customers, its customers service for crying out loud.

Super unprofessional and disappointing. I called yesterday to ask what time they close just to be sure. They said 4pm and they accept walk ins. Cool. I go today and arrive at 2pm and theres 1 guy that clearly works there getting a massage and 1 guy at the front goes were closed and I said oh I thought you close at 4 the guy at the front looks at the guy getting a massage and ask him do you wana do 1 more massage guy says no were closing up. And guy at the front looks at me and goes sorry were closed I dont even understand what kind of business theyre running here.

Good friendly staff, insanely cheap (my haircut was $30), and covid safe. Only complaint was the haircut was the blending on top was mediocre but the fade was great

Ive been there twice, and I can say one huge positive from both times is that they spend a lot of time on you. I like that nothing feels rushed, and you can feel like they are doing quality work. It is pricey, and thats its biggest, if not only con. If they reduced the price from 30plus tip to around 25 plus tip I would give this place 6 stars. Overall they do a good job, and I appreciate the cut I received.

Im not one to typically leave reviews. I have never found a haircut place that i consistently liked but this barbershop was extremely impressive. Kind of an old school vibe to it with speedy service and careful work. i really liked my haircut and will definitely be heading back

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been coming to this barber shop for a little over a year. I’m originally from the east coast, and it took me a while to find a shop that I liked, and felt comfortable. My last experience was horrible. There’s a older woman that I have never seen in there before, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. To start off, her English wasn’t very understandable. During the haircut she kept pulling my head back and telling me not to move, she also kept whispering comments in my ear about some of the people in there. She also burned my head with the blow dryer a couple of times. Overall horrible experience.I will be back, but I would recommend going to any other barber but her.

One of the best parts of the time I spent living in downtown Santa Monica was this barbershop. Great service, reasonable prices, and a very chill vibe.

Ive been to barbershops all over LA and i can honestly say this is my favorite one. EVERYONE here is good at what they do. Cant say the same for a lot of other barbershops (there is usually one good go to barber at some places). There has been a recent price increase (now $25), but it is still worth it... no doubt about it. I recently moved, but I am still willing to make the 15 mile commute.

Lincoln Barbers is great! You could go to one of the fancy barbers in town and drop 2-3x as much on a trim, or you can hit up this old school, for-real barber shop, save your money and enjoy the way it used to be. :)

I have been going here since its inception when I was 10 years old. They have always has terrible customer service, in fact non existent, and are now way to expensive for that lack of service or services they offer. I will no longer support an establishment that doesnt treat its life long loyal customers as such.

This place is good. They do a great job with hair cuts with a straight razor shave for the back of the neck. Their rate has gone up again, but welcome to Santa Monica, Im sure their rent has too.

Ive been to a bunch of the barber shops around Santa Monica, including the fancy Lloyds at the Fairmont Hotel.This is hands down the best one. Ive had two different people cut my hair here and they actually listen to what you want, are very respectful, and do a kick ass job every time.Also, their shop is really clean.

I went to have my hair cut. I already had a style to it, which a lady did on my previous visit. So I asked the stylist/ barber to cut my hair the same style as it is. All he has to do cut the sides and we can see if the top needs a trimmed. He agreed and seemed to understand. He started cutting my hair with moving his chair from side to all the time, made me a bit nauseous but ignored. He showed me with a mirror what he did. He decided to taper the sides to the top. I said to him that I didn’t want him to taper the sides to the top. He says to me that I should have told him and starts to have an attitude. So, I told him exactly what I said before he started. I expressed my dissatisfaction with him for his attitude so he decided to throw me off his chair because he couldn’t deal with my request. He asked his manager or boss to complete the job. At this point I am pissed because I am left hanging in the air. The level of professionalism is just astounding. The cut was salvageable but he failed to understand the level of professionalism and constantly defended himself as if I am the one that made the mistake. It was not the end of the world all needed to do was listen as good barbers do then none of this would have happened.

Walked in today with no appointment. Clean, friendly and professional place. Showed the barber a picture of a few haircuts on my cell phone and she got to work. Did a great job. I went to see Chino after my normal barber told me he wasnt working today. Hes the kind of barber you want cutting your hair before a special event, business trip, interview etc. He owns his craft and does great worK. Hell be my go-to barber from now on, its as simple as that.

One of my favorite things to ask an establishment is to use their bathroom. When they tell me that the restroom are for customers only. It shows me they are not interested in earning my business. Thus is a fundamental of being alive, and restrooms are needed by us all. To deny me based on not paying you yet, is insensitive the the facts of life. He told me to go to Starbucks. Since when did my hometown company t become the bathroom of America.I was coming for a haircut, but not to this place. Ill give my money to a company that cares about people, not just customers... Like Starbucks! Lol

I live nearby and have been in here maybe eight or ten times. The last two times were the worst, and I wont be back again.The second to last time, I made an appointment, showed up early, and was told that they couldnt help me because someone called in sick, someone else was out on a mealbreak, and there were two customers waiting. Even though I arrived early for my own appointment, they didnt honor it. They sent me to their other location; when I got there, which was during their posted business hours, they were closed.Nonetheless I made an appointment again for last Tuesday. I showed up ten minutes early. There was only one haircutter there, eating his breakfast from a tray. There were two customers sitting in the waiting area. I announced that I was there for my appointment. The guy took another bite, stood up, dusted his hands off, and walked over to me. He squared his posture and said he hoped I wouldnt be upset, but he wasnt going to honor my appointment. He said he was alone and he already had two customers waiting. I was understandably upset. I stood up and said Id never be coming back, and as I left he replied, in a pleasant tone, OK.
