Had a very important bolt come off while driving close by, almost had my entire wheel fall off.Showed up without appointment and I was out of there in 20 minutes to continue on my day.Great service, trustworthy, paid more than they asked of me because they were worth it.

I have taken my cars, BMW and MBZ, to Tony and Luis for more than 6 years now. They have always been honest and upfront about the work needed and getting it done at a fair price. In addition to the regular maintenance, I have had them rebuild the engine in my 1982 Mercedes 380SL. They really know their way around the older cars that I prefer to drive. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Pacific Motors for your vintage MBZ or BMW.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism, sincerity, and trustworthiness of Luis and his team. Really appreciate how he took care of my e63s and resolved a situation I had with a local dealership. You know you are dealing with a pro when his heart isn’t set on overcharging or tricking customers. He just says it how it is. Would recommend him for any MB needs.

I have a 1974 MG MGB, needed to get my headlights fixed as I use this car for work sometimes on tv shows. Needed it done asap and Luis got it done for me within a couple hours. I live right across the street and had been thinking of trying their shop out for a while now, as my regular mechanic is 35 minutes away. The crazy thing is they didnt even charge me, I will definitely be coming back to them from now on!

A really good repair shop for all things Mercedes. I have taken my 4 year old Merc there and nothing has phased them. Luis is unfailingly pleasant and helpful and their pricing is great, about half Simonsen. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have 15 Mercedes, and even on the E320, which is very rare, and they are more proficient than anyone! This includes the official Mercedes Benz site, which could not help me at all. They are also consistently communicative and responsible no matter how busy they get, which is also not appreciated sometimes until you get a shop that is not!

Even if you dont own a Mercedes, Luis is the one of the most friendly and helpful mechanics Ive ever met. When I needed brake pad replacements on my Honda, he was efficient, answered all of my questions, and extremely responsive.Normally Im apprehensive that they might try to upsell me on services or parts, but I trust Luis and his team. I think I found my regular mechanic in the area.

We have been following Pacific Motors since before they moved to their present location. My wife, Joan, has had all her Mercedes serviced at Pacific Motors going back to the 1956 diesel that we brought used in ~1963. The mechanics there dont know how to write an estimate correctly, they write rounded up numbers, and inflated numbers, and dont give you breakdowns on how much the parts are and how much the labor is, very unprofessional.
