Howard and his business service are always fantastic. Friendly, helpful and honest. If you need brake work down go here for sure! I was happy to return to him for work after not needing any for a couple years.

Howard was super friendly and helpful over the phone. Brought my car in (an older one from 1962) the next day where he gave it a drive around the block and couple of quick inspections. Unfortunately he couldnt help me out doing the work himself but was super nice about it, recommended some other shops who might be able to help, and didnt make me feel like an idiot… which is probably the most important thing when owning an older car!

I came in to get the alignment on my Mazda Miata checked as I had recently adjusted the steering wheel. I thought I needed a 4 wheel alignment originally but the owner, Howard, was able to just make a couple of quick tweaks and send me on my way! Very trustworthy.

Howard is an honest guy who will only give you what is necessary. No padding the bill. I brought my car in for brakes at 32,000 miles and he said bring it back in 6 months. Sure enough, it needed new pads at 37,000 miles.

I have been going to Samo Wheel and Brake since the 1970s. Howard and his now retired father Mas are both great. Honest and Fair. Howard will never repair something that does not need to be repaired. I am a former service manager for Acura, Honda, and Nissan, and I believe that Samo is the best wheel and brake repair shop in So Cal, bar none. Howard was honest, polite, and very helpful and he checked my alignment and it looked fine. So he didnt charge me the $100 fee that every other place in town would have, he charge me a small fee for a manual check. What a class act!!!
