My family and I had used MidWilShuttle three times in October. We are extremely happy with professional and friendly behaviour of Tim and Sydney. Tim had waited in front of our AirBnB (until the landlord arrived) for 15 minutes so that we could avoid being stranded on road with 4 bags!Will definitely recommend this service.I believe they are very competitive in pricing as well.

After reading all the nightmare reviews on the other shuttle services in LA, I decided to try MidWilShuttle. They offered a VERY reasonable rate, and they turned out to be FANTASTIC: on time, took me directly to my destination, friendly, professional, etc. My driver was Sidney, and he was great. Would absolutely use again.

I cannot fault these guys, and would recommend everyone I know to use them when in LA. This was the first time my family and I have travelled internationally and the team from Midwilshuttle calmed my nerves by being on time for the pickup at LAX to take us to Anaheim, so it was a no-brainer to use them for the return trip., and again when we came back after a week on the East Coast. We used MidWilShuttle during our short stay in LA as we didnt rent a car and the places we had to go to required one. We also used MidWilShuttle for transport to and from LAX. Hugh and Sidney were amazing! So professional but also approachable and friendly. They were always so punctual and would arrive a few minutes before the scheduled pick up time, they were flexible with what we needed and were happy to stop by any attractions/landmarks and talk about the history of some places in the area. Communication was really easy as you can contact their company via WhatsApp (which runs on WiFi and is great for when you land at the airport and have no SIM card) and they get back to you within minutes. I could not recommend this company enough! So reliable, professional and reasonably priced. We were so happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

Used MidWil to go from Anaheim to Santa Monica, Sidney was brilliant as we were caught up in the LA traffic. So good in fact we used MidWil exclusively for the rest of our stay, always on time always helpful and flexible when askedId recommend them to anyone and everyone I know to be visiting LA.

Arrived LAX airport from Heathrow, late Boxing Day 2018, party of 7, due to a 2.5 hr delay at immigration and no mobile signal in terminal missed our pick time by 1.5 hrs. Once we had reception emailed midwilshuttle who answered immediately rearranged a new pick which arrived in less than 15 minute including haveing the car seat we had requested for my grandson. Picked us up dead on time 14 days later for return to airport. Both drivers were extremely friendly and helpfull, giving us lots of helpfull information on where to go and getting around LA and surrounding area.
