This is an amazing business! Mark is professional and pleasant and so fast! Joey took about 2.5 hours to clean my -- down-filled -- couch, and I was so damn pleased with the results! It had been years since I cleaned it and truly needed cleaning -- especially with 3 large dogs -- and it now looks as if it is a showroom couch. Big, big kudos!

I was referred to these guys from my regular carpet cleaner. I was given a chenille sofa from my parents which is very expansive. My regular cleaners told me it was a specialty cleaning and Fibermark would be able to take care of it properly without ruining it. The cost was high but considering the amount of work they put into cleaning it the result was great. Looks greats and smells new. Will definitely refer these guys to friends and family. Thanks!!

Ive used Mark the Carpetbagger since Marks father, Joe, ran the business. They are professional, helpful and clean rugs to perfection. Several friends brought rugs home from Morocco. The rugs smelled to high heaven but Mark and his team got the odors out. I wouldnt use anyone else.

I chose Fibermark based on the incredible reviews here. I am happy to report they did not disappoint. I had not cleaned my carpets in awhile as I had been traveling loads for work. I also inherited very old furniture from my mom and it had the wear and tear of two kids and pets. Even though I wanted to get rid of the stuff, I did not feel right about giving away items that were so dirty!I emailed Mark and he emailed back within minutes. When I called him he was over within 30 minutes to assess the job. You can tell Mark takes his work very seriously. He genuinely cares about doing a great job. He was honest about what he could and could not do for the upholstery and let me know what to expect. The appointment was set immediately as I was in a rush.Luke was my technician. He was on time, polite and just a really great person. He was a perfectionist and worked so very hard without a break for hours moving items and cleaning meticulously. He was extremely professional and very gracious. In the end he gave me instructions and laid paper on the Carpets (which btw looked amazing!). Mark followed up the next day to make sure I was happy.I would highly recommend this very amazing service. The way they treat there clients is truly refreshing. A nice bunch of real gentlemen. We needed to have two sofas cleaned that were white and they were very dirty. we met Mark the owner and Randy the general manager at the cleaning center they evaluated the sofas and told us the exact cost to clean them and that they would clean them in two weeks. we were very pleased with the results after the cleaning ! fibermark has been doing business since 1970 we knew we were in the right place . these guys are someone to trust ! very professional and we highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Fibermark and the whole team there. Absolutely use them for any furniture cleaning you need. They are very good and very professional.I had basically ruined one of my bosses silk velvet chairs. They answered my calls right away. Were very responsive over text helping to tell me what they could do to help and when I could bring the piece in.Once I got there, they went straight to work and completely undid all of the damage I had done to the chair. And in an incredibly generous action, they refused to take my money for their service.I cant speak highly enough of my experience with this company.

The leather repair and the cleaning that was done on the Eames chair and ottoman that we brought to Fibermark Mark the Carpetbagger was done quickly and very very well. Even on close inspection, I could not locate the hole that had been there, and the leather, which was original to the chair from the ‘70’s looks like new. I recommend his work highly!
