I rescheduled an appointment and when I walked in the manager had no record of my appointment. I wasted my morning... very frustrating. Rescheduled for the following Monday morning. Only talk to the manager because the rest will let you down and waste your time.I got my two rear tires and air conditioning fixed for reasonable prices. Now my trucks vibrating is a lot worse..I mentioned I wanted the vibrating fixed but it got worse. We balanced all the tires.Ill look around for a remedy... it better not be because of the new tiresWhen I went back they were not ready

I got a 7mm wrench stuck into the tred of my tire on the I-25. We had to backtrack 95 miles to Firestone because they are the only tire shop open on Sunday. We called ahead and let them know we were coming. They let us know that there were very few openings and it would take a while but they would gladly help. When we arrived Michael was very friendly and came right out to help. It only took them about 35 minutes to get the tire changed out and back on the car. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road and back to our vacation quickly!

Dont go here if you show up with a tow truck and tire with sealer in it. They wont fix the tire. In fact, they wont even touch it.Atleast thats what their policy is.Employee calls manager and says he can take the tire off if he can replace it.I thought you couldnt touch it?Nice try.What a friggin joke. Tow guy backed us up and agrees that guy was blowin smoke.

Really short staffed, unable to get a quick pull in tire that had mail in it had to make appt 4 days out .hopefully it wont take all day but thats the cencess I got that it would take awhile even with appt.

We were in town on short vacation and went by on New Years Eve with Enterprise rental to see if we could get front tires replaced since treads were looking very low. Kyle took our call and met with us when we arrived. He checked the tires and submitted request to Enterprise. Request was approved and they replaced the front tires and had us back on the road in about an hour. Great experience!

I booked my appointment twice and every time there was some glitch. Last I scheduled for tire rotation a week ago, I got email receipt for my request but never got any confirmation. Today I called this store asking for my service but their computer was showing my name in some other Firestone location. I called other store...they dont see my appointment. Weird. So technically I lost 2 weekends and couldnt get appointment scheduled. They need to upgrade online scheduling system. Worst experience ever with Firestone.

Had a great experience getting some tires installed. They went ahead and took care of everything, including returning the spare to the right spot instead of just throwing it in the back, and didnt rack up a bunch of surprise charges.Will 100% return for my next tire service.

Took my vehicle in for some new tires, an alignment, and a few other services and they did a wonderful job! They did a free inspection!! Now I know what I need done, and labor costs were fair compared to other local auto mechanic shops! Extremely professional and friendly staff to better the experience! Went in for my scheduled oil change. Me and my toddler paciently waited to check in - 20 min goes by. A gentleman walks in - he is served immediately!? I asked for the general manager. His apologies were insincere. I WILL NEVER take my car there again. I went to Jiffy Lube and was treated very well. Was even called yes maam.

The place was jammed with other car work that needed to be done but they took their time got it done right and only charged me $34 and some change! I know for a fact some dealers charge a minimum of $200 to do the same thing. Quite simply speaking these guys are without a doubt the best! Thanks so much You deserve a hundred stars!

Had a flat tire with a steady leak less than an hour before they closed. I called in to find out if I could come in and if they had my tire. Michael and the team were welcoming, efficient and super helpful. Id called Sams Club Tire Service and all they did was tell me what they couldnt do. Glad I called Firestone.

Avoid this place whatever you do! I had a 1:00 appt. I showed up 15 min early and Michael tells me 3-4 hours to balance two tires?! This place will NOT respect your time or your vehicle.

Had a truck run me into oncoming traffic out on NM 550 8-21-19 and in an effort to escape serious injury, but ran over something in the center of the highway. I called the Firestone on Cerrillos Rd and they said they were booked up all day and that I could come down and take my chances, so I called over to the Rodeo Dr store and Micheal told me to bring it right on down. I got great service, and because I bought my tires at a Firestone store in Texas, it didnt cost me a cent. Great service there today ! Thank you guys !

Ive brought several vehicles here for various services, and overall I am satisfied with my experiences.They seem to have capable technicians who are able to diagnose the problems a vehicle would have and offer solutions. I cannot speak to their cost of repair versus other places, but their quality of work versus what you pay for is good.Admittedly, they have made a few small mistakes on my vehicles in the past. Once they forgot to reconnect my TPMS sensors to my car. Another time they did not balance my wheels correctly so at highway speed I felt a lot of vibration. However, both times I went back and explained the situation, and they were more than willing to correct their mistakes and did not even bring up the subject of charging me.What matters more to me than money for a service like this is how I am treated. They have always been respectful of my time, and are also always friendly. I tend to have a questioning attitude that can get frustrating at times, but theyve always remained patient with me and have never sold me anything I didnt need.I will continue to do business with them, and encourage those who read this review to do the same.

Do any actual repairs elsewhere.The employees are friendly, but the service is awful. I must have been on the phone with them 10 times on top of all the times I was in the shop itself and the over a week of waiting for an electrical repair while they had possession of my vehicle the entire duration.I went in because my battery wasnt staying charged and I had already tried new batteries. They ran a diagnostic and said my alternator wasnt charging at the voltage it should be. They replaced that, and the car was dead the next morning. Took it back in and they said the installed a bad alternator. They replaced that again and said it still wasnt charging. They wanted to run a different diagnostic which they waived the fee for. After a day and a half of waiting, they called and said it needed a new fuse box, so the ordered the part and got the car back to me 2 days later. I left for a trip and the day after I got back, the car wouldnt start yet again.They had changed me a large amount of money for these repairs, and they still hadnt fixed or diagnosed the problem correctly at all. I called yet again and complained to the manager and he refunded me without hesitation.I was able to have the problem properly diagnosed elsewhere, as all it was was a fuse for the radiator fan wasnt signaling the fans to shut off. So they would run and drain the battery. Significantly cheaper and easier of a fix that an alternator or a fuse box.

I went in for my oil change I have my 3 little children with me. First time at Firestone. Theyre were working on the car came in and told me my battery should be running at a 6 was running at a 4.1 or something and that I need a new battery asap. Said if I get a battery it comes out to be like 140$.After my oil change I took my car to pep boys where I bought my battery they checked it right infront of me and said my battrie is running at a 7 and its recommended to be a 6. They tried taking advantage of me.Today is Monday 07-15-2019 my appointment was at 1 oclock.

Made an appointment, showed up on time, and my car went right in. Went to have breakfast and returned to a completed front end alignment and a new tire. Quick, efficient and friendly.

Nothing like a flat tire on an RV on a Sunday ; but these guys were great. They went out of their way, above and beyond expectations for us. They got the job done on time. They didnt try to over-sell us, but helped us find the value we were looking for. The $$$ was very fair!

Very happy with my Firestone tire service. The manager Kyle was a treat from start to finish and I was back on the road quicker and for less money than expected.

Im not one to write reviews, but this behavior was too egregious to ignore.I went in on a Tuesday for a scheduled alignment. Place was dead which was unusual to see. Alignment took over 2 hours even though I was the only one there. NOW HERES THE REAL REASON FOR THE POOR REVIEW: during their routine inspection of the vehicle, they informed me (among a laundry list of other things) that my battery was not performing well and needed to be replaced. The tech asked me if I have had any trouble starting the car, I said no, the battery is 2 1/2 years old and it has a 5 year warranty and it works like a champ. So no, do not replace my $200 battery.When they finished the work, the tech brought my truck up front and left it running because he wanted to make sure the battery will charge well. I soon learned the real reason for his actions.Fast forward the to next morning...and my truck has trouble starting, hmmm interesting. I call my girlfriend to come home from work and give me jump. No issues the rest of the day.Next morning? Same thing happened. And you can probably guess, the next morning as well. I go to check the battery thinking maybe a connection was loose, no issues there, but then discover that the battery caps were not on all the way and realize that the shyster tech actually DRAINED WATER FROM MY BATTERY!!!! I kid you not. I filled it back to the proper level and no issues since.I know from personal experience (employee on the phone in the office not aware that Im listening in the waiting room stating that another car checked out fine, but that he was going to sell a brake job because the dumb chick doesnt know any better) that this Firestone will upsell and sell you things that dont need replacement, but wouldnt think in a million years they would actually tamper with your vehicle. I am beyond disgusted with this behavior.Disappointed that I have lifetime alignments with Firestone, not sure if Ill ever come back to this store again for any type of service. How can you trust someone after this. Something needs to be done at this store ASAP!

Kind, helpful is two of the many words I can use to describe Kyle Cline and his staff. My wife and her sisters had a tire leak on their way back to El Paso from the Sanctuary in Chimayo, New Mexico. The work was fast and furious with a smile, getting the ladies safely back on the road. As we all know, good service is hard to find in this day and age, exceptional service is almost non existent. On this day my wife and her sisters were blessed to encounter exceptional service at this particular Firestone.

Traveling and stopped to have a tire fixed. 3 minutes to 4 Pm on a sunday. They didnt want to sell a tire nor fix one till the next day. I WAS RATHER DISAPPOINTED

Will NEVER go to this place for ANYTHING! 2 separate occasions I made appointments once for new tires and another time for tire rotation. Both times my appointments were before noon. Left my car and went back after work. Both times they were not finished till after 6. Last time I went to see if I might be able to warranty a tire out I was spoken down to.

Went to get new back tires put on my truck and afterwards wheel alignment feels off. Now I will have to get that checked as well. Wont go to the Santa Fe location again. Ive had great experience with the locations in Albuquerque. Gave two stars because they do text you when your vechile is ready and give you an estimated time as to when it could be finished. Sales resprestenive was curtious. Word of caution be sure to check your tires before you leave the store.

Quality service is fatal I had been taking for car back for the fifth time. After they possibly had fixed charging me 1,600 the service engine keeps going on they all they is an O2 sensor. This is unacceptable.

We took out truck in to get the radiator hose replaced. They did not plug the sensor back in and our truck has no coolant.A new problem showed up also... cruise control doesnt work!They really had no concern with wanting to help us out on fixing the problem they made.Would not recommend

My husband bought four new tires. One got a puncture the very next day but they would not replace it. They patched it up, but given we had just bought it, with extra insurance, we thought they would have the decency to replace it altogether. They point blank refused. Another tire started going flat a few months later. Next time we will stick with Sears.

Terrible customer service. I did an appointment the previous day in person. I showed up 20 minutes earlier. The clerk told me there was not appointment. I indicated him to whom I spoke with, then he found my 10:30 appointment. I was told job would take 2 hours and 1/2 when booking appointment. I waited 5 hours and O spot several times if the mecanics were not working on my car.. Not coming back to this place again..

Needed a new battery for a Chevy Avalanche while on vacation in New Mexico. Bought one here but they didnt have time to install it for a few hours. Difficult battery to replace, up against the passenger side firewall, you have to remove a frame brace to get to the battery. Almost always take a tool box full of tools on the road but this time only had a pair of pliers. The mechanic was kind enough to lend me a 13mn socket, extension and ratchet so I could install it myself. Didnt want any compensation. Good shop IMO.

These guys are the definition of unprofessional. I took my car in for a tire rotation and balance and when I picked up my car, it was shaking much worse than before I brought it in. So, I made another appointment just to be told that my rim was now somehow bent and I supposedly need all 4 struts and new axles which would cost $3,000. PLEASE! Now my car still shakes and I can hear my CVs clunking. Im convinced that they compromised my vehicle just to try and get me to spend money there. Ill never give this company my business again! Complete trash!

After being recommended to schedule an appointment. I still had to wait over 3 hours just to get tires changed. And to top if off my car rattled all the way home. I called and they said it could be that it was not balanced correctly. REALLY within those 3 hours that could not be done correctly! Probably will not go back/

Came in with brakes that were badly worn and gouging the rotors bad enough I could see the grooves before I took it to them. Arrived at Firestone with my vehicle and they immediately got me up on the rack for a diagnosis. After verifying what I already suspected but hadnt told them they called my Fleet Service for authorization to repair which they received. He told me they would replace all 4 rotors and pad sets which is what I was hoping they would do but wasnt sure the Fleet Service would allow. The manager told me it would take about 3.5hrs and I said ok but explained I was working and get paid by the job and not the hour so any help getting out would be greatly appreciated. He stated he would see what he could do and 2 hours later I was signing the paperwork and on the road. I could not be happier with the level of service I received here, this is a good shop.

I think they do a good job. For a year or two I had serpentine belt issues and when Firestone finally changed my belt, I havent had any squealing or squeeks for over a year and fifty thousand miles. Thank you Firestone for keeping my car running!

My sister broke down in santé fe with her car overheating. unfortunately the mechanic looking at her car miss diagnosed the radiator when it was the radiator fan assembly. fortunately Kyle the salesperson was very nice and understanding and under my questioning stayed very professional. so he gave us the car back and had a smile the entire time. Thanks Kyle you are the only reason I dont give this place a 1 star review.

Went to this store to get a flat fixed and was told that I had an irraperable flat. Thay would not even fix it to get home...seriously they wouldnt even put air in it. They only wanted to sell me a new tire! In any case I went to the tire shop in my hometown to fix it and lo and behold its fixed. Buyer beware!!!!

Ive got a pretty substantial vibration out of the front wheels and a bounce and the left rear wheel they were unable to balance or tune out. Will probably never be back again.

My car was damaged in a blizzard south of Raton. A competing tire Chain in Las Vegas, NM not only sold me a tire that I did not need, but they did not even balance it correctly and we had to limp at a slow speed to Santa Fe. From there, Firestone gave it a complete look over, matched the tires, balanced them CORRECTLY, aligned the tires, fixed the brakes and the frozen windshield wiper line. Not only did they do the job right the first time, but they gave me a better price than I could have gotten anywhere. My expectations were far exceeded. I just asked for a small 10% discount (as I always do at Firestone) and got FAR MORE than I asked for. This has been my experience at every Firestone I have done business with and the Santa Fe, Rodeo Rd. store has given me one of the best deals to date. Thanks Jared and the rest of the crew at Firestone. (From the guy with the Gold Saturn that slid off of I-25).

Arthur, the GENERAL MANAGER at this location, was the first person I had the misfortune of interacting with on the first morning of my visit to Santa Fe. He talked to me like I was either an idiot or a bad person trying to get away with something. I dont know if he singled me out or talks to everyone like that, but I walked in with a friendly, defer to your mechanical expertise attitude from minute one & he came back at me loudly rapid firing demands for information I didnt have (and which I repeatedly said Id call & get for him), making patronizing unsolicited unhelpful suggestions (to go somewhere other than Firestone...? he repeated this several times, despite me saying I knew exactly where I needed to be), and then sarcastically mocking the answers (guesses, obviously) he demanded of me - never giving me a scant minute to take a breath & complete the call for the actual answers. There was no one behind me in line, no phone ringing or calls on hold, so he was absolutely not acting this way because pressed for time (in fact, had there been anyone else Id have stepped aside & made my call. I was TRYING to step aside & make my call, but no he just kept hammering away at me like the conversation was a battle or time trial.He also said hed get the car in at 11ish but demanded I leave the keys at 8:30 AM and not even go to grab a quick breakfast and return (I was dead on my feet & other Firestones offer appointments & have in the past said sure, be back AROUND this time, or at least explained NICELY, not condescendingly, why that wasnt a good idea on a given day). But no, not the soup nazi of Firestone Santa Fe.I waited until I picked the car up to tell him what I thought of his treatment of me (maybe being the only Firestone in town explains his attitude), & he played dumb, as if he doesnt know its not only what you say but how you say it (he failed on both counts, and if I were the one being the jerk I wouldnt have held my tongue & been nice to him this morning in the onslaught of his hostility).Oh & its not like I failed to communicate how his treatment of me was making me feel this morning - Id repeatedly rubbed my temples & eyes & pleaded with him to understand Id only had a few hours sleep. Later in the day when I confronted him he told me well I only had a few hours sleep, too. Um, not sure if he doesnt get how comparisons work, but if sleep deprivation makes one person a complete jerk & the other person the target of their hostility, why would they try to play same-sies?He, predictably, threw in a sarcastic have a nice day! in a tone hed never once used with me at any moment prior as I was leaving after all this. Of course. This isnt just a day he ruined but a vacation & an impression of a city. Hopefully the next time he takes his kids out of town the first person he meets can be a hostile animal dead set on destroying it for him.Your mileage may vary, but if I ever find myself on a visit to this area again suddenly needing service, Ill drive the hour south to Albuquerque to go to literally any other Firestone (Ive been to Firestones all over the country including plenty in the supposedly rude northeast, & have never met one unfriendly Firestone employee until this guy). I actually like the company, so I seriously wonder how this jerk could not only be employed by the chain but be a GENERAL MANAGER. A GM is supposed to be the go to guy for a problem, not be the (only, and serious) problem.

You can go in for free air in your tires if you are in a pinch. A tire patch costs about $20.

Went in for a new tire and they wasted another hour looking for a new problem to sell to me.

I was really disappointed to find out that the replacement spark plugs for my car were the incorrect ones and even 2 metal rings that go on the spark plug were still there from the original ones. My nissan began to misfire and I took it to a TRUSTED mechanic. He solved the issues right away and told me what he found.

Went in for wipers, done in 2 minutes, no wait .
