Everyone was very professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got me in and completed my oil change. They vacuumed my car cleaned my windows topped off my fluids and checked the air pressure in my tires for me. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Jiffy Lube! What a pleasant experience!

Because The of an unexpected trip, i needed my vehicle serviced early, and my regular mechanic was not available, and I chose Jiffy Lube because they were open Saturday. Service was quick, proffesional, and thorough. The service technicians pointed out iadditional iems that might require replacement, but did not try to hard sell them.Had the prices been more In line with area standards I would have given a five star review. Had the prices been competitive, I might have considered changing to Jiffy Lube for regular maintainable service.

First of all, great customer service. My only problem is I paid $160 for a coolent flush and they basically just did a coolent swap. They did nothing more than using the cars water pump to push the old fluid out and new into it. I wanted it to be flushed out to clean the coolent system out, but simply didnt happen. For $160 I could have put almost ten batches of new coolent through the engine myself. What did I pay for??

I went in because my car was making noises associated with lack of oil. Checked and I saw a bone dry dip stick. Gas station next door had no 5-30 so I asked the guys there to please check and fill me up. I needed to make it home safe to Rio Rancho. Tech checked my oil then told me I must have been checking my oil on an incline or decline because my level was right on and to add more would cause problems. He sent me away. Fast forward 5 days and the noise was horrible and I opened my oil cap and it was definitely dry by the noise I heard. Added a quart at the gas station and noise stopped. Took to my mechanic at Brake Masters on 528 in NW Abq and he added 3 more quarts! My car takes just a little over 4.5 qts. If you cant even do a basic oil check and get it right, you have no business under the hood of a car. I have my car with my mechanic now fixing the oil leak. Lets find out if this guys mistake has caused damage to my engine. If it has, well, corperate will be hearing from me. Wish this was a better review.Update:Steve Martinez the DM called and spoke with me. As of right now no damage has been found, so I am thankful for that. Steve discussed with me the easy mistakes that could be made with the type of dip stick I have, which it is a horrible dip stick to read, and I agree. He has reached out and made right and I am very appreciative of that. I will give them another shot and try my next oil change with them. Thank you Steve.

Service was good. I was offered a filter And agreed to have it installed, however after checking they did not have it in stock. The only thing I have that would be somewhat negative about this service was it didn’t appear the employees were observing Covid safe behaviors. Several employees were walking around with a mask below their nose, and the employees were huddled together talking inside the lobby.

So typical jiffy lube reputation... I should of and could of done the service myself but i figured i would take it to someone so i dont have to bother with it. None of my vital fluids for my truck were topped of except the washer fluid. You could tell ok all the gear boxs that they never checked fluid levels much less top them off.only thing they suggested was servicing my transmission and transfer case with out showing me what the old fluid looks like compared to new... Never again will i ever make this mistake again. Plus the engine oil wasnt even on the full mark either smdh!

I paid for pre-paid oil change. The center only took some money off the total price. They did not give me what I paid for. I had to pay $30 more. Looks like false advertising to me.

All of the guys today were very professional and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and let my kids eat lunch in the lobby. They were very friendly and were done in less than 15 minutes. I had an oil change and I bought a cabin air filter based on their recommendations. I will definitely go back to this location. They seemed to have a good team of guys working there.

The crew was awesome and I had a great conversation in the waiting area with a fellow customer (thanks for the pizza recommendation, Al!!). The service was fantastic and prompt, and the crew ensured I understood everything they did during my oil change. Ill definitely be using this location for all future oil changes!

Jiffy Lube Pojoaque is great. Michael, the manager, is the best. They know my vehicle and me. They only advise me of what needs to be done and are fine if I say ... another time. I always go there for oil changes as well as other needs I have. Always ask for available coupons too and they will help you.

Wait wasnt too bad. The service seemed careful and thorough, except that they didnt reset the oil change required alert on the car after changing the oil. I had to find a how-to on YouTube to do it myself.

My battery died at the travel plaza in front of the Jiffy Lube. The manager and other employees were so kind and helped me quickly even though they were very busy. I checked the price for a new battery at a competitor, and Jiffy Lube beat it. They got me back on the road quickly and were very friendly.

Long wait but I needed an oil change, (my Jeep said so every time I turned it on, for several weeks!) I finally go into the shop and they said I needed a new serpentine belt, (2nd place to tell me that so must be true) then I saw the belt I needed a new one). They were professional and had me on the way quickly. Didn’t know there is a AAA discount that I could have been using and I did! Overall it was worth it
