I always come here, and Im always in and out within like 20 minutes. The guys present some options without being overbearing salesmen, i choose what I want and sit down to eat my sandwich. By the time my first sandwich half is gone, Im out the door and the car is purring like a kitten.

Great service always. I just needed all fluids & tires checked before a long trip. I usually go to Jiffy Lube but Id been at another place last time for chip repair. J-L still inspected my car. Nothing needed.Thanks guys. Ill be back!

UPDATE: The district manager resolved this issue by offering me a free redo of the service, which went well. He was very apologetic about my experience and said that it was not the norm for this location. I also received a gift certificate for a future service. During my second experience, although I did not meet with the mechanics, the service employees at the location were lovely once again. Thank you very much.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Juan and the gal at the counter were extremely friendly and personable, which is why Im giving at least two stars. But unfortunately, I was told the floors and windows of the vehicle had been cleaned, as is to be included in the advertised Signature Service Oil Change, but then when I got in the vehicle, it was extremely apparent that those things had not been done. And they werent even busy. The mechanics were just hanging out outside as I got into my vehicle to leave. It makes me wonder what else had not been done? Were the fluids actually topped off? (Btw only two fluids are topped off free of charge.) Was my oil even changed? The reader on my dash is still saying 40% oil life. I just bought it, so Id assume its a sensor error, but by being lied to on a couple things at this place, I now dont even trust I got the service I needed and may have just wasted fifty bucks?

The youngsters who worked on my car reported that they did everything but for sure they did not vacuum, check the wipers(one is messed up), check the previous oil level, & I saw no evidence of exterior window washing. They did leave huge grease streaks on the drivers floor mat. Three of them tried to clean it off and almost did. I hope they did everything else as reported but I can no longer open the car hood after the visit. It was sticky but always used to open.

The people who serviced my truck were friendly and got me in and out quickly. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to the fact that I had to go back to remind them that they had not reset my need service light and they did not do a good job of vacuuming my back seat. I would use their service again.

Three stars for now . . Friendly service . . Oil change in less then 30 minutes, and reasonably priced . . Thats a plus . . Lets see how they do on the next visit.

Wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time. Last week they recommended that I flush my radiator on my Subaru but I did not have the extra 30 min they estimated (they forgot to fill my wiper fluid and put my broken windshield wiper back on b/c turns out they could not fit the replacement). Came back a week later and they estimated 40 min, left the vehicle and came back in an hour to find car with hood up and hose disconnected took them another 10 min to inform me they just started and it would be another 45 minutes or so. I live out of town and had to pick up my kid so could not wait. Then they could not take the cap of radiator to make sure I had proper fluid after letting the pressure out with the hose. I appreciate that the mechanic seemed genuinely apologetic but the staff was more focused on blaming the person that checked me in. This location fel short both visits, not likely a coincidence.

Workers were very kind and able to work with me to get me in and out for a Coolant Flush. They were very quick and explained everything in a way I could understand.

Shop did not have air filter they recommended replacing. I had to go back and ask them to reset “maintenance required” message on dashboard, they left dirty floor mat in car, did not vacuum or wash windshield like they usually do. Personnel was friendly and fast tho

Had oil changed. Attendant was curtious and service was quick. However once again no attempt was made to turn off the oil service notification in my car.

I came in to have a turn signal bult replaced. they got me in and out in a hurry without breaking the bank.

Got pin and out really fast. Used coupon. Cost more than usual, but I upgraded oil and prices have increased.

Service was outstanding as soon as I drove in young lady checked me in I dont want to drive up the ramp took my car in and escorted me into the lobby I was very impressed of the professionalism and I was in and out but it was very well done I was escorted to my car and the gentleman open my door thank you outstanding job thank you so much

Extremely disappointing experience. They finished service on my car, pulled it out of the bay and did not tell me so I waited longer than necessary. Then my car keys were not in the vehicle. I dropped over $100 at Jiffy Lube and they couldnt be bothered to vacuum the floors as the service says they do. Run by a bunch of adolescents with little to no customer service skills. The facility was dimly lit and shabby. Never again. Adios Jiffy Lube

As always they did a great job, had them do the transmission transfer case also. only downside this time was they forgot to reset the maintenance light.Edit: just realized this was the wrong jiffy lube. on Saturday I visited the one in Albuquerque to get my oil changed theyre the ones who forgot to reset the maintenance light. on this particular visit I needed a headlight replaced on the company vehicle which they took care of very quickly and professionally great job guys.

Wife took vehicle in for oil change last week four days later noticed that there was a leak coming from the bottom of truck investigated it and it turned out the oil filter was not even hand tight so oil was seeping from it checked oil level it was low on oil last time I will take my vehicles there

Must be the size of the store, but with 1-1.5 hour waits it’s not exactly the quickest place to have your oil changed.

I was told my air filter was changed when in fact I have a KnN air filter which requires cleaning at an additional cost. Had I not asked Id be driving around with a dirty air filter.

Great friendly service. Received a chip repair, guy who did the repair wasnt happy with it; i was told id never know it was there, but its still noticable... I was told I would be refunded, but wasnt... he took my card ran it, refunded then charged the same amount.. wont do chip repair there again.. they were looking to stack services, when I said nevermind to the tire rotation ($29.95) because I get that for free at the place I got my tires.. 5 minutes later came back with the chip repair ($29.95)... my bad

Very attentive and professional service. Been several other Jiffy Lube locations that were quick and convenient, but more assembly-line like. This location however was much more personal quick to please.

They overinflated all of my brand new tires by 8lbs.Should be 36lbs, they were all at 44 when I checked them myself while driving across the country. I thought, sure go ahead and check them, even though theyre BRAND NEW. Mistake.Second, they left a ratchet wrench under my hood, that I didnt discover until 1,000 miles down the road.Luckily it didnt fall down into the belt.Not happy. I was warned about going there too, but my options were limited in Santa Fe.I would give NO stars, if possible.

Very polite and customer friendly staff at the Cerrillos Road location, near Rufina. With coupon, the price was reasonable. Only took about 15 minutes.

Exceeded expectations as always, went in for a headlight change, stressed out and in a hurry. Everyone was very kind and hard working. Julian took great care of me when I checked out as well. I can’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I got really great service it was quick and painless.

I feel that they tried to get me to do additional services that were not required. Transmission flush, brake fluid change, sparkplugs and replace light bulbs. According to their computer my truck required all these services to be done, at it near 60000 mikes. My owner manual shows these same services required at 100000 to 150000 miles. Called the business that recently changed my brakes and rotors to ask if they changed brake fluid. They said no as they checked and fluid was fine or else they would have done it. Not sure what is going on but this is not good.

Based on my mileage, they thought I needed additional service. Upon inspection, they saw the fluids were fine and said I didn’t need it. Honest and forthright.

Came in for an oil change and when I left the low oil pressure light was on. They tried to put a new oil filter on thinking that was the problem(it was not). Oil pressure light is still on......

No wait. Very professional and helpful. I accidentally left the cap off my oil filter and there was a huge oil leak all over my engine and they took the time to clean it with a degreaser. This was totally not required but they went above and batons to be helpful. The oil change was also very quick. Thank you

I think Jiffy Lube needs to stop the pressure of having their staff to upsell products. Putting trash on your cabin filter and air filter to sell you a new one is fraud. Or stating that you have a mouse or rat in your vehicle to try to sell you their device is also wrong,I service 4 cars 4 times a year and the routine is the same.

Not bad. I was concerned about Covid-19 restrictions causing a delay in service. Pleasantly pleased that there wasnt a delay at all. Wear a mask. I decided to wait outside and before you knew it my car was done. I would like to see Jiffy Lube offer outside seating with a canopy to proved shelter from rain and sun. Other than that it was an uneventful experience which is what I expect when Im getting routine maintenance.

Very expensive. $95 for a synthetic oil change and $20 in additional up charges because of the synthetic oil change. Really ? Shop supplies, premium synthetic oil up charge, god only knows up charge. I will avoid all Jiffy Lubes when ever possible.

I was floored with how expensive it was, well over $230 got a discount still $160 dollars to change oil,rotate tires oh and then they stuck the rear differential fluid having to be replaced for $109. This place is a HUGE rip off!!!

Michael came out as soon as I pulled up to start checking me in. He and the crew were good spirited, fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend to anyone to visit this location.

This location is much better all around, than the other Jiffy Lube @ 1975 Cerrillos. I waited only a few minutes, all are very friendly, and they fixed the issue leftover from my oil change at the other JL. I’ll make this my Go-To service location.
