Worst experience Ive ever had.... had 2 packages shipped from the same place one got delivered 1 is still processing at the local ups and happens to be the more expensive item...I cant get ahold of anybody because the automated system will not transfer you to a customer service person because they try to avoid talking to you .....so upset I will avoid doing any business with ups in the future if possible

Please UPS management make sure your drivers knows how to use GPS correctly, I had many packages delivered in the wrong street name, so frustrating to pay UPS fee and not have your package delivered to your home. The driver has 1 job and that is to deliver any packages at the right location/address, and failed many times, I would appreciate it any type of management can contact me because this is ridiculous, very poor customer service if no driver can’t read the GPS, it should be a requirement for any driver to use GPS and READ streets Names since they get highly páy rate.

Completely dysfunctional local service. (See update below) They continue to address-correct my parcels to the incorrect address. Cannot be bothered to map our location correctly in spite of visits and calls to local office as well as the completely torturous 1800 number. (No possibility of getting an agent). I’ve left my number with Local office but those responsible for the address correction never have made a call. Other people in our new neighborhood have taken maps with our addresses, I have made visits to here. Left notes with all pertinent information to dispatchers. a complete lack of communication between customers and those responsible for Mapping and dispatching their parcels as well as drivers. I am not the only one. Someone is not doing their job! Have never reviewed on google before but i have no idea what else to do, if I even had someone I could speak to, I would do that instead of writing a negative review. Ive heard someone else with the same problem had it for a year before the problem was solved!!! Blocked from filing a claim. Blocked at every turn. UPS THIS IS BAD FORM! IMPROVE YOUR 1800 number, and train or replace the employees responsible for mapping, etc in the Santa Fe office. UPDATED TO 2 STARS: Have been able to successfully have them hold packages for me instead of delivering them to the wrong address. UPDATED TO 3 STARS: I received a package from UPS today at my house!!!

After posting the review below, the driver came to my door, apologized, and committed to getting deliveries to the door. He was polite, concerned, and responsive, just what I have come to expect from UPS. Thank you!!—————-Their drivers once delivered to our door but they are kept on such a tight schedule they dump our packages in the snow at the foot of the driveway. They trashed $75 of fresh food when temps reached 12F. Sent it back. Warned the 800# repeatedly they had a problem, now I have to make their poor management & routing public.

UPS received a package on Monday evening that was scheduled for a Tuesday delivery. As of Thursday, they were supposed to call and inform me of the status of the delivery. UPS had marked it for signature, although Amazon stated that they dont require a signature on packages of this value. UPS then stated that they would have the package delivered later this evening. That didnt happen. The promise delivery tomorrow. I dont know who ties these peoples shoes for them, because Santa Fe UPS cant fulfill its basic function of delivering parcels.

Was expecting a delivery on Wednesday of important, necessary documents . Paid for two day and required a signature. Had someone at the house all day as I was working. Finally had them leave at 7pm. UPS tried to deliver at 8:18 pm. Left a message that they would try the next day, but no time frame. Once again had someone at the house except for two hours. UPS came again but didn’t indicate the time. They then came tonight (Friday) at 9:30 pm! I was already in bed as I work early in the morning. What kind of service is that???

New to Santa Fe, I stopped by and (1) learned about access point delivery since I do not want parcels left out at my doorstep when Im not at home. I found an outlet 1/2 mile from home. (2) When a shipper restricted *against* both access point or leaving its package at my door (but I wasnt home to sign for it) the processing center helped me locate and retrieve that parcel when the driver returned to the Center at the end of the day. I appreciate the Walk-in Office gentlemans assistance as well as that of a lady who was able to contact and alert the driver after Id missed being at home earlier in the day. Five Stars for UPS. (The *other* major delivery service doesnt have such a feature for advance blanket routing designation.)

Their hours are not very convenient to the general public for any type of convenience. The do not open until 9:30 am...so no stopping by on the way to work. They are closed for 2 hours for lunch. So no stopping by on a normal lunch break to get packages...very inconvenient!

Absolutely terrible service. Packages are not delivered when they say and they NEVER call you after the 800 customer service rep says they will. I live on a dirt road and a new driver says he can’t get up it. This is ridiculous! The propane truck, Fed Ex and all manner of other large trucks come up this road all the time. I’m not having any more deliveries by UPS in the future. From reading the other reviews here it appears I’m not the only customer that has problems. Stay away from these yahoos if you can.

I was very dissatisfied with the service. My address is/was correct but because of lazy drivers that refuse to do their job I had to drive 30 miles out of my way and spend an hour tracking down my package. I will never use UPS again. For now on its FedEx. They always deliver my packages and have no problem finding my house. Oh and to add, the guy working the counter at UPS tried to school me on how my address was wrong, he tried comparing his city address to my rural address to show me how mine was incorrect. Like I dont know my own address or something. The funny thing is my address shows up on GPS perfectly and its the exact address I provided. And FedEx has always found it just fine. I might would understand if I lived somewhere where it was hard to find but its actually very easy to find my house. And theres only two houses on my road. It all comes down to just laziness and the lack of wanting to do the job assigned to them. One time in the past I had a $600 keyboard delivered to an address I hadnt lived at in ten years. They again couldnt find my house so they slapped another address label over the correct label and delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily the guy was honest and returned it to me. After some time and another 30 mile drive out of my way. So its not the first time they have done this. But if I can help it it will be the last.

If I could rate less than one star I would. The package was said to be delivered on Saturday, I get a notification via email that it wont be delivered until Monday, receive another notice stating it wont be delivered until Tuesday. Tuesday comes around, I wait all day for delivery, I get another notice stating that they couldnt deliver because no one was home to sign for the package, I look outside and find a notice on my door sorry we missed you I was home no knock on the door or ring from the door bell. I will not use UPS ever again. Customer service was a joke. They said that I would get a call from the local UPS within an hour, its been 4 hours no call. I wanted to go pick it up myself but another call to customer service, I was told that the driver already had it and will try to deliver it today. No time frame. How do they just expect people to wait around all day for a package that was promised 4 days ago.

This is where I get all my UPS packages. UPS drivers always screw up the deliveries to my house and take forever to deliver so I just cut their ineffectual asses out of the picture. If you track your package you can change the location and I just change my location to this UPS center. The center is awesome UPS drivers are the worst good thing I dont have to deal with them anymore. I think a lot of the bad reviews are cause by the drivers.

Package said it was delivered never received it..when I called and asked if the address was correct they confirmed it was in fact sent to a different address but told me they could not release the address that it was sent to to me. So all receipts say it was sent to the correct address but they’re information says different but I’m not allowed to know that. Useless customer service I’ve talked with them multiple times and still no answer for me. The package was supposed to be signed for and the driver “released” it so where did that end up no one knows.

Never had such difficulty getting a box.Had two packages come in this morning- one somehow made it to my residence, the other regardless of being in the same grouping was marked as unable to deliver due to business not being open. I found this strange due to the fact thatI do not live in a business..I called to let UPS know that my home is not a business, to which they said O.K theyll have someone take it out on a later shipping today and ill receive a call from the driver within the hour- great.A little after 2 hours from then I received a call from the distribution center who told me the driver forgot to take the package at all this morning (remember it was marked as unable to deliver due to my not being there?). From here I have to go to the distribution center and pick it up.Luckily the center is down the road from where I work so I can use my lunch break to get it- great.So I go to the distribution center and wait in line while the cashier, acts out to a customer what the cashier or packager last night must have been doing to label his package to the opposite side of the state to a random address? And then proceeded to blame whoever picked up the packages in the morning for adding to the mistake somehow-When I gave my tracking number to the cashier he just said, its in the, trailer then stopped speaking, then proceeded to tell me about other things inside the trailer..finally I cut him off and asked what it means if my stuff is in the, trailer. He says now I have to wait over the weekend because distribution did something wrong. Great.I dont know whats going on over at UPS in Santa Fe but it appears neither do they.

Worst online tracking system.. I think the USPS has a better one. I was unable to pick up a very important package because nobody was able to tell me where my package was. I would call and they would say the driver will call you to let you know its ready to pick up and never got a call, but the tracking system on line states that they left me a message???

Pathetic Service. Lazy drivers. They couldnt deliver a package to the person who is living right opposite to UPS store. When driver feels lazy, he will update your info in their website as undeliverable(suite or apartment number missing). When he feels lazy again on the next day, he will update tried to deliver but couldnt leave it without a signature(I was at home all day). On the next day he will schedule a pick up from random UPS store, at random time without even asking you.

I have been waiting for two days for a package I have to sign for; I have not left the house; yesterday I received an email that said there was an attempt made; today I watched the truck drive up in front of my house and drive away; again, an email that said an attempt was made. This is so bogus! One star is too much to award this driver. I have not left my house in two days and neither has he left his truck. I am completely at the mercy of this delivery man. And the biggest disappointment is that it is a gift and I will not be able to have it in time!

Delivery driver leaves packages god knows where and i never receive them. I called and spoke with the manager and she was rude, but assured me that packages would be left at the door. Packages were delivered correctly the past 2 months. But as of 2’weeks ago 3 of my packages were misdelivered again.

If there were minus stars, this sevice would in the lead! Delivery is NOT dropping the package at the entry to the driveway! My wife and I are in our 70s and Im immobile. This is shear laziness! Why cant UPS hire drivers who are willing to do the job for which they are paid? Oh, wait. Why do the job if your going to get paid whether you do it or not?

Santa Fe drivers do not have GPS or cell phones and have not been able to find my street and or showed deliveries that were undeliverable, never delivered to my home or delivered pkgs to incorrect address and honest neighbors left pkg at my house. This has happened at least 5 times in the past year. Currently dealing with a pkg lost which on tracking said delivered a few days ago which is untrue as I was sitting outside all evening when the delivery supposedly occurred. Now I have to deal with the claims process...Very wary...not pleased.

HORRIBLE! What are these people at UPS thinking?! Delivery date for my 2 packages was June 3rd. For 6 days I was back and forth trying desperately to find out where my packages were! Every time Id call I was treated like...well... not a paying customer by someone in India I think, then the tracking... first it was out for delivery in Pecos where I live (a day late) then all of a sudden it was out for delivery in Santa Fe! Then in Pecos and the next day again in Santa Fe! WHAT?! They told me I have to be home to sign for them but when the guy finally shows, he immediately started driving away! I flew outside and barely caught him! Then HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE ME SIGN!!! IM DISGUSTED WITH UPS SERVICE! 6 days late when I paid for 3 day delivery! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE UPS EVER AGAIN! And I know SOOO many people I WILL HAVE DO THE SAME!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Rude, semi-literate employees who apparently cannot operate a doorknob. One attempt made to deliver a package and the tracking number was written through so it was illegible. I am home three days a week and there has been no second attempt to deliver my package. Far worse than the post office - and that is saying something.
