This place is not providing a service to Santa Fe residents It is a rip off.I was charged over $80 to have a 7.6 lb item.shipped. They appeared to do everything they could do to increase the cost. They used an over sized box and charged for an “allowable” 27 lbs.Speaking to Cesar, the manager, was not helpful in understanding how this was justified. From our dialogue it is apparent they took advantage of my friend who shipped it for me. His first language is Spanish - outright discrimination.Please do not support this business.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They tried to scam us when we went there to mail a box. First they said it would cost $194 to mail it. Then they started adding on all kinds of extra charges and when they saw we agreed to a couple of them, all of a sudden they said oh actually its going to cost $404 to send it through Fed Ex. We left with our box went straight to Fed Ex and just as we thought, it only cost us a little over $100 to send it with insurance and everything. These people are straight scammers and if they think they can get over on you, trust me, they will sure try.

The man in this particular office charged me $18.78 to send a flat rate priority envelope with no other additional services or products. The USPS flat rate envelope costs $8.05 to send normally. When I questioned the price he said they charge a 30% markup. Hes either scalping people regularly, specifically targeted me or cant do math because 30% of the cost of a USPS Flat Rate envelope would be an additional $2.42. When I asked for an explanation and to be refunded he was defiant, rude and made obvious that I would not be assisted further. It was the worst service experience in a Santa Fe business that I have had. The lady who works there has always been very nice and honest, however I will not do business with this place any more. I reported him to the post office, because as an approved postal provider, while they are allowed to charge a percentage, he is making postal products and service look very bad.

You really feel like a valued customer .no matter how small or big your order.

These guys are friendly, efficient, courteous and just plain FUN to do business with. Caesar and his staff deserve your business - and youll be happy you did! And Ive never seen a waiting line.

Just mailed all my cards and presents. I was dreading filling out all the addresses but, this guy did EVERYTHING for me. Ill never set foot in a USPS office again. Highly recommended!
