He made the process so easy and clear, the dealership didn’t try to push me or hide any information.The sales side of the dealership is honest and very kind.I have been a little let down on the service side though. I’ve brought two of my Honda’s to them and my cars haven’t received the attention to detail I would like. I ordered my Forester the end of July. Lenny kept me informed by text and phone every step of the way as did Subaru corporate. My car arrived earlier than quoted which is amazing right now.Everyone was nice and the experience was great. Dont buy overpriced used cars or pay above MSRP at other dealerships or online. Just order exactly what you want and yes there is waiting right now but you wont get fleeced. You pay the normal price of the car. I was very pleased.

Bought my first Honda in 2018 at this dealership and am a loyal customer for life. Outstanding customer service from the sales department all the way to their hard working service department. Whenever I have brought my car in for an oil change or maintenance their service department has never made me feel pressured to get any unnecessary work done to pad the bill. They are always upfront about the cost of the service and go out of their way to see if there is a coupon that can be applied. The waiting area is super clean and comfortable and easy to relax in.

My advice, if you get the chance, work with Mark! I think he has found his calling. For some of us it is hard to trust a car sales person. In the past I felt like I needed to walk into the dealership with my armor on, ready to fight. My experience with Mark was completely different. He is a good listener and was easy to talk with about my desires and concerns. I genuinely felt he cared and wanted me to get the best car for my needs. I never felt manipulated or that he was desperate to make a sale. I feel like he did what he could to help me make the right purchase. I enjoyed spending time with him. He is a good conversationalist too. I dont know what the other sales people are like, but I can say this, if you want a Honda, ask for Mark, and have some fun.

Subaru service at Santa Fe is tops for assurance, quality, courtesy, and timeliness of service. The service technicians take time to explain the problem clearly, the service director Ted Nimes is exceptional in his attention to customers and constantly busy on the floor with customers and in the garage with employees ensuring smooth and timely progress. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Even the onslaught of Covid hasn’t slowed them down. Everyone is masked and a customer should feel safe interacting and waiting in the facility. 👍👍 😊
Yes, Celina was not only helpful, she explained to me in detail what was happening with my car and how it worked. She explained that if there were no lights coming on, chances were the engine was okay but Honda would run diagnostics to be sure and that there would be no charge. I felt like I was the only customer and I wasnt the place was packed. However, that is how Celina made us all feel, very important. I really, really appreciated that and in particular yesterday, so a double 10 to Celina. Thank you Honda and thank you Celina.

Only issue I had with Honda about this service experience was that after parts were ordered and our C-RV was brought into the shop, it was discovered that another part was necessary. We ordered it, paid for it and told we would hear from Honda when the part came in. The call wasn’t ever received, but we dropped into the shop after a few days and learned the part was in and scheduled the repair. Best of all, Honda made a loaner car available to us for the six hours it took them to get to and finish the repair. 4.5 stars out of five!

I just purchased my 2021 Passport EXL-AWD and had a REALLY GREAT experience. I highly recommend the salesperson I worked with, Gregory Ryan. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time with me over multiple visits to answer my many questions. I never felt pressured and I never heard the worn sales pitch lines that customers can be subjected to. When I made my final decision on the exact configuration I wanted, he was able to do a dealer trade so that I could get the color I wanted. He also helped me look at and decide on some accessories to make the car big-dog and road-trip ready. I never had fun buying a car before now. I highly recommend Gregory and Honda of Santa Fe.

The button on my shifter broke and I called Honda of Santa Fe. They told me it was a recall issue and to just bring it in. I dropped off the car and they quoted me an hour and a half. And then, less than an hour later, they called and said my car was ready. When I went to pick it up I didn’t recognize my car, because they had washed it! Really great, friendly, helpful service. Very glad I bought my car from them.

Great parts and service department. Sales team sucks, walked around the lot and around the dealership looking at vehicles for nearly and hour and was never approached by a member of the team even though I was stage only customer attempting to make a purchase. A car pulled up with two older white gentleman and the salesman ignored me and helped them immediately. Very off-putting for serious buyers, don’t appreciate the discrimination based on my age and skin color.

I booked an appointment with the service department online last week to fix my A/C. Upon arrival I was told that there is something wrong with there online booking and that they couldnt see me today or anytime in the next three weeks. This was unfortunate and I could see that they were clearly overwhelmed. But instead of helping me figure out a solution they tried to bulls**t me. I was told that even though I got a text verifying my appointment I should have called them in person to verifymy appointment as if I should have know that the online booking system had a problem. How am I suppose to know that their online system is not working. If that is the case please take the system down and fix it, or call people that booked online to notify them of the situation.Never-the-less, I needed this fixed as I am driving to Utah this weekend and I seriously would like my A/C fixed given the current heat wave. I asked if I could take the car someplace else and even pay for the repair myself, but was told that it would void my warranty and basically my only option with them was to wait three weeks. I spent the next 10 mins trying to get the service department to help me find someone I could talk to about making an exception such that I can go a third party to get my A/C fix (since they cant even do it in a timely manner). I was told no, no one can help me. Then I was told that I should have booked my appointment far in advance (as if I should have known that they are dealing with such long delays).Honestly, if the online booking is causing problems for you, then apologize, move on, and help me find a solution. Please dont try to blame the customer for problems on your end. It was very clear that the front desk at the service department did not want to help me with my problem.At some point, someone told me to just call the Honda dealerships in ABQ and see if they could help me. After leaving the service department I called Garcia Honda and booked an appointment the next day (I even verified that I had an appointment because apparently that is a thing now). Hopefully they will be more helpful than Honda of Santa Fe.

We were recently there for more than an hour and 5 team members on the showroom floor were having full conversations with each other for a minimum of 20 minutes each in the public area. Some with no masks in sight, others had them hanging from their ears and chins. When we addressed our concern with our salesperson he immediately went to the manager and nothing changed. We were forced to be outside on a very cold and blustery day with our young child with limited capacity to wear a mask and understanding of Covid while we waited to finish our transaction. Everyone at their sister Subaru dealership next door were extremely helpful and compliant. It was sad to see their complete lack of care and concern for their customers.
Jim Garcia threw a child tantrum after he realized he couldnt control me like other people. Guy was extremely unhelpful beforehand, I tried being nice and he was clearly not wanting anything to do with me when I was asking simple questions on a vehicle.
Made my appointment, they were ready and got my car finished and washed in 45 minutes or less! I had an oil change, transmission fluids replaced and tires rotated! Plus they did all the other checks such as brakes, tire tread, and basically a car “physical”. I was extremely pleased with my experience today.

It has been 14 years since I purchased a vehicle. My 2007 Honda CRV has been faithful and dependable but it was time to let go. I chose to lease this time. Leasing is a new experience for me. So pleased, in spite of my perhaps silly questions, with their expertise.

I honestly look forward to getting my Honda Pilot serviced here, especially when Ivan is in charge. He is so good at explaining what was & needs to be done & why. I have never felt they were trying to get me to spend more money than I have to. In fact he explains to me what can wait, for how long & why. Yesterday I was about to drive off after a late Saturday afternoon appointment when I decided to replace that rear wiper blade after all. I went back in, & Ivan cheerfully got one from Parts & while I paid for the part, he went to the car & quickly put it on himself. No big deal. They even give you a complementary wash so they deliver your car to you clean. I swear it drives better afterwards. :)

I went there for a recall and an oil change. The staff were great. Excellent customer service. High attention to detail. Great listeners. It was easy to get an appointment for a recall within 5 business days. The recall was handled quickly. The scheduled maintenance was performed well. They could have up-sold me additional services if they had tried a little harder to sell some of the required services identified on the multipoint inspection and some other items they didn’t identify. Maybe they just aren’t aggressive enough. In some ways it’s nice that they don’t aggressively up-sell. However, I would have authorized some of the services if they had advocated a little. The vehicle required a rear wiper. It requires new front struts. It requires all 3 drive belts. It has a leaking oil pan gasket. It requires new rear brakes.

Local dealer at Santa Fe, took our 01 Honda Civic EX in for yet another SRS issue. As always everyone was friendly and cordial, the waiting area and showroom was clean, cool, and welcoming. The wait was just a little longer than advised, I appreciated the courtesy and good will of the service department and representative. In the past the service, parts, and employees have been great.
Clean organized and faster than in other locations! The staff was very welcoming and informative with what the issues are. In addition they showed knowledge and experience. I even went without an appointment! I really appreciate this kind of service when its simple direct and solved without problems.

The salesman that helped me was awesome. Buying parts is painless. However, waiting 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is not awesome. I was told this would take an hour. Just be prepared to wait a LONG time if you get a service done here. They were great with everything else though.

I gave a weeks notice I was coming to look at a specific vehicle. The car brought out was dirty, sitting in a dirt field for 2 months. Wondered why they hadnt bothered to wash it, as they had plenty of time to do so. The salesman was friendly and knew his cars, but neglected to inform me the honda hybrid CRV does not come with a spare tire. Deal breaker for me.

I had to have some recall work performed and I live an hour away. Santa Fe Honda was very flexible working around my schedule. They also gave me a courtesy car to use overnight while the work was performed. Everyone I had contact with were very professional and helpful.
I made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation, arrived a little early and they took care of my car right away. Quick service and peace of mind, and they even washed the car before bringing it around. Definitely recommend.
The customer service was great, I was able to get the parts I needed ordered quickly, and even paid online. In the store the workers were all very respectful and helpful. The only problem was it took 6 hours for my parts to be installed. Similar parts took less than 2 hours in Albuquerque.
From the time we arrived to look at Hondas, everyone was helpful. Jeanette Rodriguez spent the most time, and after we bought the car, she continued to answer our questions about controls, financing, and license plates. No one pressured us, but everyone gladly addressed our concerns.

I was there for an airbag replacement. I was out in less than an hour. Good job.
Had my van towed in for transmission leak. ( To my surprise) while still filling out work order, they are driving my van around before knowing problem. They then tell me I burnt up transmission. If that was true, how then were they able to drive van. Good luck with your service. Couldnt be first time this happened.

The service staff is professional, they keep you apprised of your repair and get you on the road in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area is clean and there is fresh coffee to enjoy while you wait.
