We are very happy with Marc from Allan’s Appliance Repair! Marc was very knowledgeable, respectful, and fast. His prices are also reasonable.Marc came to our home the very next day after we called and quickly fixed the issue with our stove. But besides our reason for calling, he also fixed our dishwasher, which I had totally given up hope on. Prior to Marc, we had someone else take a look at our dishwasher and they were unable to solve the problem. I was planning on taking the tedious warranty route, but Marc figured it out. What a delightful surprise! We highly recommend Marc.

Marc was able to get me in the next morning. Called and came early. Fixed within 45 minutes. Unfortunately I am still waiting on the invoice and had to put the vent clamp back on myself. That was over a week ago.

He ordered a part for my LG dishwasher and then allegedly installed it. It did not fix the problem so I asked him to come back. He did and said it needed another part and he would order it. That is the last I heard from him. He doesnt return my calls. In the meantime, he cashed my check for first visit.I would give him zero stars if that was an option.

I have used Marc in the past. He was good. Now he is not. He did not repair my fridge but took off with $238.00. I had to use someone else. His reputation is on Next Door if you need to check on more people he has done shoddy work for

Mark is very nice and personable and was prompt to come out to diagnose repair. However, I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism I encountered. After being told I would be called the next day with price quotes and how to proceed with the repair, when I hadnt heard back after a week, I followed up with a phone call. Nothing had been done in making progress towards repairing my appliances, giving me quotes, ordering parts, etc. I was assured I would hear back the next day. Still no response. I waited two more weeks, and called back multiple times. No phone calls were ever returned, and it seems they have decided not to return any calls or notify us of anything or repair our appliances, I paid the service call fee, and now have wasted weeks and have lost my the money I paid and still have broken appliances. Incredibly unprofessional.

Allans Appliance repair came to the rescue when I had a leak in my commercial freezer. I had a freezer full of ice cream so I was worried. They came out the very next day and were able to fix it for a really reasonable price. It is really hard to find reliable appliance repair companies and Allans was responsive, honest and quick. I will definitely use them in the future. They were awesome!

We’ve used Allan’s Appliance a few times over the last three years, and each time our calls were quickly returned and appointments made ASAP.The repairs have held up and when our dishwasher was deemed unrepairable, he didn’t even charge us for his time that he worked on it to diagnose the issue.Today they fixed a squealing dryer in a half hour, he came prepared with the necessary parts for the model, and it was running great in no time.They are really skilled, honest and the prices are fair. First time Ive used Allans, and they were reasonably priced and very quick to respond and repair. Asked for the serial #and brought parts with, so our oven was back in no time. Ill use them again.

We used Allen’s Appliance Repair to fix a problem with our oven door. Marc was not only professional and friendly, but he looked into and gave us a couple of different options to save us money. Imagine that! He arrived when he said he would arrive, worked quickly, and got our oven working again. I would recommend this business to our family and friends.

Terrible. Told the guy not to follow his GPS and to instead follow directions we gave him. He said he understood. Then he followed his GPS, got lost, never showed up. Now the main office and the repair guy aren’t answering or responding to calls. Total waste of our time.

Dont bother. This place is ridiculous. I had an issue with my fridge and the repair started a year ago. I still do not have a working ice maker and refrigerator that is not forming condensation. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but a year later and I am over it. The last text I received from someone there was over a month ago! Save your money contact the manufacturer and let them refer you to a competent repair company

Total Disaster! Service person came promptly to repair a fridge - and proceed to cut wires instead of just disconnecting, throw away a part he claimed wasnt the problem and tell us we need a new compressor ($800 repair). After a week of shopping for a new fridge we decided to get a second opinion: the thrown out $60 part was the issue - except the wires were cut and so we would also need another $80 part to make it all right. I called Als and Norman said he would refund our visit and help find a new connector - NOTHING HAPPENED! They just ignored their promise.And continued to ignore our calls and texts. Only received a text back saying they would refund the service call after I left an angry message and threatened to take them to small claims court, which I still plan on doing on principle, since the refund hasnt shown up yet. We wasted countless hours righting the wrong this company did. Use at your own risk!

Need my washing machine fixed they came out picked up delivered it back to me works great I would recommend them to all my friends and family

Unfortunately, this company came and replaced a part that we didnt need on our fridge, charged us $250 and never answered our calls again. Premier Appliance has been quick, professional, and didnt charge us a dime until our issue was properly fixed.
