Best repairman EVER!! came to my house to fix our fridge. .wasnt an easy fix, but he stayed there,figured it out,and saved our Christmas. At a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Knowledgeable and straightforward. Understands you work hard for your money, in turn, he works hard for you. Ive used him to repair several appliance types and models over the years. Tim sells used appliances and parts as well. Reasonable and honest. Will continue to use him for all my major home appliance needs.

Over the years, Ive used A Better Deal for several transactions. First, we bought a used washer and dryer eight years ago. After several years, I had to replace the belt on the dryer, which is still running strong. A year after that, they sold me a used pump for the washer, which is still running fine. I have been very satisfied with all of the purchases weve made from Tim over the years.Finally, about a month ago, our refrigerator started having problems. Tim explained costs and options to us, with no attempts to conceal or sway our decision toward paying him more money. This speaks to an honest repairman who simply wants to help his customers with their problems. I unconditionally recommend him, and will not hesitate to call him when the next appliance breaks.

I took water in my home during Hurricane Harvey. I lost both refrigerators. I called everything in the phone book but no one could get to me until the middle of next week. I was about to give up but I seen this place was still open,, I didnt have much hope, but,, Tim is about ready to leave my house right now and I have both refrigerators running now thanks to him.. Its way after hours and Im so thankful for this man helping me and my family... I for sure recommend him to anyone in trouble...

I called to see if they had a part for my Samsung washer. He didnt have it in stock at the time, but he looked up the 1 place in all of Houston that had it. He gave me the price, phone number, and address of his competitor just to get me my part. Very pleasant to talk to. I bet he hated to send me somewhere else, but by doing that, he has now gained a new customer for life. Top notch customer service and super knowledgable.

Called Tim to come look at my fridge, when he got their, he inform me that he wasnt LG Authorize which he could have told me that when we talked on the phone but, he said he might be able to find the problem. Long story short he took my 77.50 service call fee and I still dont know what the problem is and had to call LG for a service call, in the future I wouldnt use Tim. I did not have a good experience with him.

Very good service, extremely knowledge. He gave me such a good deal I drove 150 miles from Huntsville miles to purchase from him.

Tim was a helpful, friendly guy. I would call A Better Deal Appliance for all my repair needs.

If he doesnt have the part, he will order it. Cheaper then any other place around. Great people.
