I had a dental hygiene appointment a few days ago at advanced dentistry and it went very well. Covid19 safety measures are in place so I felt very safe. My temp was taken at the door upon arrival, limited occupancy, masks worn by patients and staff all combined together make for a very safe environment. The office was very clean and organized (as always!). The office staff talked with my insurance to verify coverage so that there would not be any surprise costs. The hygienist went over all my options and explained everything very well, I have dental implants and the maintenance is a little different than with regular teeth. I have been going to this office for all my dental care for five years now, this is by far my favorite dental office I have ever been to! The staff is upbeat and friendly, and always make me feel comfortable.

I have been a client of Dr. Ippisch for18 years. I’m sensitive and afraid of most dentists. With Dr. Ippisch and his team I’m comfortable and never had fear going to his office. They do whatever they can to make sure I feel no pain. They are number 1 in my book. The office is clean ... sanitary as well they follow COVID 19 protocol! I’m happy after going to the dentist!

Dr. Yppish is superb. With my dentist phobia I procrastinate and often dont call back for a follow up after hearing recommendations. Everybody in the office was incredibly patient with me. Dr. Yppish was so gentle preparing my tooth for a crown that I am not apprehensive about the next procedure.

How many folks say that they love going to the dentist? Well I love showing up at Dr Ippishs office . I have had my teeth under his care for over 20 years and it has always been a great experience. The quality of care and the friendly staff makes it always a great experience.This is a good thing since I smile a lot.

I ve had a wonderful experience receiving my dental care from Kevin Ippisch. The staff is very kind, caring, and flexible. The work has always been very gentle and efficient. After having some major work done later that evening I was called at home by Dr. Ippisch to see how I was doing. I was searching for new dentist in Santa Cruz and had visited 3 other offices and decided not to go back. But after only just speaking with the office manager on the phone at Dr Ippischs office I was so impressed. Laura was kind and courteous and helpful. She is so competent especially regarding insurance. Then after arriving, the assistant, Heidi, really put me at ease. Her smile and her confidence were comforting. When Dr Ippisch entered the exam room, he was so personable and knowledgeable that I really became at ease. He was thorough and using modern technology explained what needed to be done to bring me up to speed in the area of my dental health. He is very attentive to a patients needs. He even has earphones and music patients can use during procedures. I have seen 2 hygienists there and both were excellent. I recommend Dr Ippisch and his staff to anyone looking for a dental home that will provide full and comprehensive dental care.

I went in for a routine cleaning and a problem was discovered. As my insurance runs out soon and Im leaving on vacation, Dr. Ippisch took the time to deal with the problem then and there. The entire staff is very friendly and sensitive to patients needs.

They all fell out and he voided his verbal warranty
