They did a great job and very patience with there work. They did my nieces and sister in law and my nails . I will be back for my nails again . I loved it

Louie and her team are incredible. I have been to A LOT of nail salon. Louie may be the best and most talented person to ever do my nails. She is great! I even let a time nail (see photos) and she made me a fake one (also see photos), and you couldnt even tell! Shes very talented.

The owner of the shop keeps texting me and harassing me when I filed a claim with my bank that she overcharged me from the quoted price on the phone. She took it upon herself to text me later on in the evening harassing me with her texts very unprofessional. Im going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Out of all the places and San Jose to Santa Clara Ive never encountered such unprofessional and low class place of business.

Louie, Sarah, & Vivian are the dream team! The small business owner, Louie is a superwoman with a swift response time. She creates a fun & friendly environment that keeps customers entertained whether they are getting nails, pedicures or lashes done.

Louie and Sara hold it down! I see people telling Sara to find a new place to work but honestly, she has been here for 5-6 years with Louie why would she go anywhere else? She’s like the owner more then the actual owner, I’ve seen her telling the owner what to do and how she wants things put away. There’s always another lady there to help as well they all do great nails. You don’t have to worry about which chair you sit in!

This is the best nail salon in Santa Clara! My feet are so clean after Louie pedicures them! I would never let anyone else touch them again!

We’ve been working hard during the pandemic to keep everyone safe and sound. You can expect temperature checks, full ppe from head to toe, stations being clean after each and every client! More then 1,000 colors to choose from! Color powders and dipping options galore!

5/31/2016 Five stars!! I try to review/judge nail salons based on the work and the look of the nails after a few days. I only went here once (will provide day of and one week after photos). The wait time was kinda long. They were definitely busy but that said alot to how good of a job they do. I was in there almost 2 hours just to get a gel color change. Im not really talkative myself so I didnt engage in any of the ongoing conversations that were occurring but from what I witnessed, the staff seemed to have good report with their routine customers. As a first time visitor I found the place clean with a nice ambiance. I went b/c I saw the great reviews on yelp and which mostly focus on how great Louie is. But my nails were done by a male tech who worked there (dont remember his name). He did the initial color and did an amazing job but didnt seem to do designs and handed me off to a different girl who did the design. And I completely understand that Louie is popular and busy, also has her routine customers who have been loyal, therefore will get priority with her personally. But I went there based on the designs I saw done by her. I was definitely satisfied but I wouldve like to have got my nails done by the master. I am personally looking for a routine place that I can become a regular to, not sure that Ill make this it but I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering visiting.

Got a Mani and pedi and was happy with results but there was some gel polish left on my skin so felt like it was rushed.

After being a LOYAL customer who paid and tipped, today I was charged $8 for a bottle of nail polish that broke due to SOMEONE ELSE not putting the lid on and it coming out when shook and broke. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN and customers deserve better. MY LAST TIME USING THIS COMPANY. Even after verbalizing my disbelief, no one acknowledged. My mistake today was that I stupidly included a tip even with their lack of customer service. MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO...Very sad!!!

Came in 5 minutes early to my first appointment, never greeted by anyone, or even acknowledged. Waited for 25 min beyond my scheduled appointment time, and asked the lady how much longer Id have to wait. She said 10 minutes, but then decided to help someone who came in after me. When I said I was going to leave, she didnt even say sorry.

I make mistakes and go other places when Im not in Santa Clara and I always regret it! Louie is the best nail lady ever! She listens to her clients and takes her time down to the last detail! I would recommend her to anyone and I have :)

This has been my go to salon for what..... about 5 years now? I came & never left. These ladies are talented!Louie is so artistic. She takes her time with every client to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. She’s personable too, she’ll engage in conversation & really get to know you. I have had so many crazy designs & ideas come to life thanks to Louie & her dedication to her craft. Everything from simple bling nails to extravagant hand painted works of art.Also, SHE DOES LASHES! Look at her Instagram cause words cannot describe the awesomeness of those lashes.If you’re looking to get in & get out, no crazy design.. ask for Sara! She’s absolutly amazing. When I do my regular sets, I go to her, & she never disappoints. Her shape is ON POINT every time & she makes sure you love your set before you leave your chair.If you’re looking for a nail salon to call home, pick Orchid!

The worst experience Ive ever had in my life. The lady that did my nails (Louie) was constantly on the phone talking Vietnamese and using the phone for personal calls. She also swore and said the F word in front of customers. She was very rude and when she did my nails she hurt me to where I was bleeding, and she was very mean and never said she was sorry. She has only one thing in her favor and that is to keep her mouth shut and stop putting down customers. If some one has their nails done else where and it doesnt meet her expectations She tries to make you think she knows everything. Very unprofessional and tacky and doesnt talk to you when she is asked a question. She doesnt look up when you come in or greet you with a hello. Never ever go to this place unless you want to be treated horrible physically and mentally. The other girl that works there is Sarah and very sweet and does a good job. Sarah go find a better place to work. You dont need to be treated badly by her either. She has nothing going for her and makes people wait 30 minutes to one hour even when you have an appointment. No business skills at all and only cares about herself!!! So disgusting and no respect for others. Last Christmas I had an appointment with the Louie lady and when I arrived she want there at all. She was in another country. No phone call to tell me about the cancellation or anything. Big red flag if you go there. You deserve better treatment. Just pitiful. When I left no one was even there like most nail salons. Maybe they are realizing she is NO GOOD!!! Go to The Perfect 10 Nail Spa on Almaden Expressway they are very professional and take you right on time. All the ladies are good and so talented. I miss Mellissa but she will be back. She is the absolute best and so sweet.

Overwhelming smell of acetone when you walk in. Very small not good for a big group. Owner is overly interested in creating Facebook live videos and taking an alarming amount of time even though she only has 2 staff working and someone waiting. Waited almost 30 minutes and ended up leaving. Wont be back.

We were a bridal party, and the bride put down a deposit for the owner louis time. Louis failed to tell my bride that she would be traveling back from Texas that same day. Our appointment was at 2pm, and we showed up on time. There were only 2 ladies there that had no idea about our group appointment. They started our pedis while we waited for louise. 5 hours went by without a word from that women! The brid and 2 bridesmaids were late to rehersal and as the maid of honnor i took the hit ans completly missed the rehersal. We had to settle for a different nail because the girls there couldnt do what the bride wanted. Louis shows up at 7pm acting as if everything was fine. I confronted her and she blamed the airport. As a buisness owner she should have cancled a day in advance and given back the deposit.... Louise still charged me nearly 100 dollars for my nails and pedi. Which I should have objected too. Save your money and go to unique nails in Campbell and ask for mimi she can do your decrotive nails for cheaper and shes always on time! Louise has only offered to fix the situation for the bride but all of us brides mades were left to pay full price for her failure.
