I have gotten my hair done twice by Lynn now and always get compliments. She helps me by talking with me if my ideas will look good, then she makes sure my hair does look good, she has many years experience. I will be back when it is time to change my hair.

5/5 for nails - really paid attention to my dry, cracked feet and cuticles for my hands. Amazing massage and hot stones. Would do deluxe next time.0/5 for hair - I said I wanted a very short trim (about half inch) and Sophia cut off more than 2 inches. I had layers from a previous cut which she just cut straight and did not blend so now it does not look natural. She kept saying how my previous hair cut was “uneven” and cutting more and more off. Then she blow dried it even though I didn’t want it. I’m glad she did because then it actually was uneven! I was almost in tears telling her I didn’t like it and her response was only “it looks sexy from the back.”Got charged a total of $135 - would not recommend for this price and terrible haircut, but would go back for my nails.

Very expensive for a hairstyle!  Already shampooed and conditioner already.  All she had to do (Lynn) is to blow dry my hair and curl up my hair and charged me $45.

Vi was nice and easy to talk to. She has a natural skill in doing nails. Plus she is very friendly and easy going. Thanks for this !

This place opens late which is realllly good for me to come over after work. Ms. Lynn and her staff are very kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and relaxing. I would love to come back for my hair coloring and nails.

The shop was recommended to me by my colleague. My hair seemed so dry and decided I wanted a wash and blowout. I ended up having some waxing and getting a special conditioning treatment. Everyone in the shop is helpful and welcoming and knew their business. I will go back again soon and recommend them to others!

This nail shop is absolutely amazing /🔥 not only are they friendly but they also have amazing customer service my nail Tech Lee did a 5 star job I would definitely recommend this place to all who enjoys getting their nails done and being treated like royalty 👍👍👍❤❤❤

My husband and I went in for haircuts last weekend. I had the owner, Lynn, cut my hair. I was hesitant to go to her because a few years ago, when she cut my hair, it was uneven. When my husband had a cut by her last year, she didn’t do a good job either (Tiffany usually cuts his hair and does a good job). But, since I only wanted a trim, and my hair is short, we went in. Tiffany cut my husbands hair, and and Lynn cut mine…very poorly. She didn’t listen to me, and kept cutting! Unfortunately, it was cut unevenly again, and she charged me $50…. I didn’t even get shampoo and conditioner from her. When I asked why she charged me what I thought, at most, would be $35, she didn’t give a reason, except that is what she charged me. I told her the website says $35 and she just said, $35 PLUS… $35 PLUS… I asked why it was so much since she didn’t even wash my hair, and she said “that is what I charged you.”. I have been going here for years to get my nails done, have brought business to her, and the thanks I get is being overcharged. She has lost my business for good. Shame on her.

I just came out of this place and I am writing this horrible review because I had THE worst experience.First, I called in to see if they were open and the lady on the phone says she closes at 8, but will be able to take me in if I come in at 8 since she still has customers. Okay great, I go in. I get escorted to their other location once I walk in, okay no problem. The ladies are still with people and one person that is finishing up with a lady is almost done. No problem.So I get there at 8. I wait 20 minutes. No problem, I understand. I am last minute and they were still able to take me in. So they start the services. I get the deluxe pedicure. So as she is moving along I she is taking her time, the massage was so so, it wasnt great or anything I would pay for again.It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for this process, probably longer if I let the lady take her sweet time.We are now at 930PM and I already told the manicurist that I did NOT want to color my toes because I didnt want to wait another 30 or however long it would take.The man who works there tried to pressure me to tell me it needs a top coat, I told them, I already said no and I no longer care for a top coat because the finishing touches already took 15 extra minutes when I told the lady no I do not want color. The man and the lady both were trying to pressure me to stay and I felt very much held against my will. I said I want to go home I said this 15 minutes ago and I no longer want this service. I said no. I said no about 3 times before I had to raise my voice and they finally said sorry.I called the place before I left to get the name of the manager or hopefully the person who promised that she would take care of me when I arrived. But as I expressed on the phone the horrible experience I had and requested the managers name, all I got was oh call back tomorrow. Although she wanted to know what happened, I never received a name. Seems like I should come by tomorrow and cause a scene in order for them to actually hear me out.I now remember why I never come here.

I went on a Thursday afternoon and was happy that there wasnt heavy traffic around Benton street in Santa Clara. There is a parking lot with 4 hour parking. Hunny Salon has 2 locations in the same sight so it is easy to get an appointment,They give free bottled water and snacks and the place is not hectic so it is easy to relax.I had a new acrylic set with the removal of my old nails and gel topcoat for $50. Ann did a fantastic job so I attached a photo. I liked it so much that I added a deluxe pedicure with Hanna.

I came for a haircut, manicure and pedicure before a special occasion I had to go to.At the end, o felt like a million bucks:Hair, toes, and nails best ever. Served hot tea, snacks and smiles while being worked on.I will definitely come back, even without a special occasion.Highly recommended.

Bad customer service bad experience ruined my fingers and didnt provide full service what I paid for. Kept leveling in the middle of my manicure took me 3 hours just for manicure and at the end it was uneven and my fingers where sore.

This place ripped me off. I went in asking to have a hair cut and my toe nails clipped. I repeated at least 6 times that I did not want a pedicure and only wanted my toe nails clipped. At checkout I was charged for a full $25 pedicure. Also, their website says that a haircut is $10. I was charged $15 for the haircut because of where I sat. At check out they told me they do not clip toe nails, only full pedicures. They should have told me that before I sat down because I made it very clear I only wanted my toe nails cut. In short what should have cost my $15-$20 cost me $40.

Price too high! Compare to the price they advertise online. Short staff one person will do 3 people at once which takes you forever to be done and when they charged you. It’s based on how much time they spent doing your hair which not just you it’s including the other two people. Highlight could be done in an hour but took me 4 hours cz she’s running back and forth and she charge me 190.00 for it. Bad service

As a transgender woman there is always a little apprehension when walking in to a new salon, especially in a country that isnt your own.However the lovely ladies at Hunny were so friendly and nice, totally welcoming, and made me look and feel gorgeous and Ill visit whenever I am in town.

I tried many other salons and was not happy with the results.When I found Hunny Hair & Nail Spa I stopped looking around.I always have my hair cut, colored and highlights done by Lynn.

Have been going to Van for 20 years and Im very happy she now works at Hunny...beautiful and Van does a great job!

For three weeks, tried to make an appointment. Finally made one on a Thursday for Friday (the very next day!) at a specific time with a specific person. Arrive at designated time on designated date for designated appointment and was told that I couldnt be seen at that time. Very disappointed. Wont be going back.
