Very skilled manicurists and reasonably priced! It is my go to place to treat myself with a manicure once every month.I usually get shellac and with extra top coat, the polish stays on for almost 4 weeks. Definitely recommend!

My go-to pedicure and manicure people at Charisma are Yen and Tiffany. They are fabulous at their work - loved every single time I have gone for a service!I’d also say that this place is by far my favorite for pedicure in the US. The price is totally worth the service you get.They pay attention to every detail and are never in a hurry to finish a job.Highly recommend!

Great experience! I got in same day for a gel manicure. Linda did an excellent job, she was friendly, efficient and thorough. The salon is clean and spacious. Price was reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Great place to relax after a stressful day. My friend and I went to get out nails done after a crazy work day. The place is spacious and clean. I have never gotten my nails done... the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a great experience getting pampered at Charisma Nails and Im sure I will be getting my nails done more often now :)My friend (who gets manicures often) also loved the experience and loved her nails.They have a big selection of colors.My friend made a reservation, maybe call to check if they accept walk-ins.Update 03MAR: after several weeks, the color on the nails still look like the first application (no wear or chips). I love it.

This place is really clean and they do a neat job. The pedicure included a good 7-10 mins massage. Other pedicure places I have found so far don’t even massage for a minute. Would definitely recommend.

I used to frequent the Menlo Park location all the time, so I’m glad they opened another location in Sunnyvale. As always, they do a great job and staff is friendly!

I’m used to nail services taking way too long so I was so happy that I got a gel mani and regular pedi in under 45 minutes. Amazing. Also the quality is top notch. The place is clean and nice. Would recommend.

Made my appt online, stress free. Met Kim (pedi) and Tiffany (mani). Both took their time to be very thorough on painting and cleaning the cuticles. Very pleasant personalities. Gel deluxe Mani/ Deluxe Pedi +10min extra leg massage. 1hr 40 minutes later. They have strong hands for a relaxing massage. Highly recommended!The environment is calm and relaxing. Very clean.

Charisma does a fantastic job! All the technicians are professional, skilled, and courteous, and the facility is very clean. Nikki is the best for waxing, but also does a great job with shellac, and is always so nice. I highly recommend Charisma for nails and waxing!

The actual nail services are great (pre covid and even during covid), however it seems guests are not required to wear masks and there are no other safety precautions in place especially during this Delta surge (they used to have partitions and required masks)I felt very unsafe and ended up leaving early due to the other clients coughing around me. A pedicure isnt worth risking my life, wish they were safer i really enjoyed this place.

I had a lovely pedicure with Tiffany. She did a wonderful job and it was so relaxing. The salon is beautiful with a calming ambiance. Also, if you are nervous about getting your nails done don’t be here. The salon is so clean and every station is separated by a partition to keep you safe. I also love how you can book everything online and get confirmation texts.

They make you take an appointment and even after you make it online they still make you wait 20 mins. The staff speak in a different language and are rude to customers without acknowledging it’s their fault.

This place is sooo clean and modern! I come here to relax and get all dolled up after a long work week. They’ve taken great precautions for everyone’s safety! I feel really comfortable and safe coming here. I see them sanitize the chairs after every client. I also got my eyebrows & lip waxed here. Nikki was so fast, it was almost painless! Love Duc’s design, just in time for Easter Holiday, so fitting 🌈👍❤️ Love it!!

I have been to Charisma twice now and I have to say I have had the BEST customer service here than any nail salon I have been to. My most recent visit I had nail artist Bahn helping me and she did such an amazing job with my shellac nails. Inside is very elegant and super clean! Prices are definitely on the lower/fair pricing. This is going to be my go to nail spot from now on (:Thankyou!!

Theyre OK, but very disorganized. They have a availability online, you book it, they text you to come an hour later, and when you show up on time they tell you to wait 15mins.

Wonderful, relaxing salon with all COVID protocols in place. They have many options for gel or regular manicures/pedicures. All stations are separated with partitions and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this salon in Santa Clara Square!

This is such a glamorous nail salon! The whole experience was very nice and Tiffany did a wonderful job. Relaxing music and comfortable ambiance made for a quiet, blissful experience. Highly recommend and a good price for the level of service provided.

Daughter and I went in this morning at 11:00 a.m. to get 2 pedicures and 2 full sets. I should have known something once I was asked whether I wanted acrylic or gel before she could tell me when we could come in.After 5 hours we left with nothing similar to what we wanted which is frustrating because it was both of our birthdays and this was supposed to be something special. My nails look completely different from what I wanted when we 1st walked in we let her know what we wanted we also showed her a picture of what we wanted for nails. The pictures had ombre style plus some designs. She said she could do it. We were seperated because There were only 2 workers at the time and the other lady didnt know how to do nails. The lady doing pedicures took me 1st and was done in a reasonable amount of time but it was the number 2 pedicure and pretty basic. Meanwhile my daughters nails took 2 and a half hrs. Then she started mine. Which took almost 3 hrs. I was so hungry by that time. Turns out she didnt know how to do ombre nor did she have the stuff to do it which she could have told us in the beginning so we could have gone somewhere else. So my daughter altered her idea if ehat she wanted n they still put the wrong blue and her nails are different lengths. My nails looked okay with 1 coat but once she proved she couldnt do a v line in white nor could she do an ombre I was over it. Then come to paying and it was so not worth the $210 it came out too. Quality of nails was not fantastic there were many grooves and dips in the acrylic. I being a licensed cosmetologist noticed the procedure she follows for full set was different than I learned and definetely not what other nail salons do. I could have done our nails at home but wanted the relaxed experience.... Pedicure was not all that memorable either. When I asked her to cut dead cuticles on my fingers she just kept pushing them down with no cuticle softener n lightly snipped bottom of nail bed smh...Major take away, if your looking for anything other than a simple mani pedi this isnt the place.Quality is ok. But she needs to work on her timing as well as practicing doing long nails because she said it plenty of times that she doesnt like to do long nails because they take too long. I dont know her name but she was the only person doing nails this morning. We got there at 11am and left at 415pm. Wasted a whole days plans.Yes ambiance and cleanliness were spectacular but we didnt leave satisfied unfortunately...pictures I included show what we wanted on the Left and what we received on the right. Again they arent completely horrible but not what we expected for our birthdays eitherUpdate: 6 1/2 hrs later the beads on my daughters ring fingers have almost all fallen off because the lady said applying adhesive or top coat would ruin the look of the beads..never heard that before. Im positive its just lack of education of nail design in general.I also found out she is the owner. Very unprofessional to lie and say she knew how to do something which she later said she couldnt and charge outrageously knowing we werent happy.
