They had many options for manicures including countless designs to pick from! Great conversations and a very inviting atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend.

I got dip nails with my sister and my friend. there were 4 employees there and no other customers besides us 3. they took an hour to start on my friends nails and she just wanted a gel manicure, the guy who did my nails cut me several times and it was obvious he had never done dip nails before. overall bad experience and won’t be coming back.

Decided to treat myself to a pedicure and manicure a few weeks ago and this place was on my list of new places to check out downtown thanks to some other great reviews.It did not disappoint. Upon walking in I was greeted and asked to sign in, only had to wait about 15 minutes which isnt bad considering I was just a walk in.This place is beautiful, sleek and modern, and my favorite part is it doesnt smell like a nail salon. No terrible acrylic smell. Which means no headaches for me!I was put in a pedicure chair.The pedicure was fantastic, super comfy chairs and the guy that did my pedicure was very polite and took his time with me.The manicure was just as perfect, I believe her name was HOLLY. Super sweet and professional. She did a fabulous job on my S & S nails with tips.My polish has held up great, I will most definitely make this my new nail home! Go check them out!

No way jose. Cool water for spa pedi and uncomfortable massage chair and watered down nail polish- it was horrible. There were 2 people for 6 customers. Yup they bounced between all of us. Very unprofessional and very sure the young female who showed up to help is not certified which was evident by her customer care & work. Absolutely would not recommend.In their defense- it was the same weekend restrictions were lifted after the holidays so maybe they werent prepared, which also suprises me knowing we all had been locked down for over 8weeks and our feet are ugly. Haha.Nonetheless, still wont be back.

The Staff are very nice, clean people. The salon is clean, they follow sanitation rules it looks like. And the end results of 2 pedicures, 1 manicure and one set of nails look great. Price is very fair. Well be back

Ive been going here for years. My mani/pedis last longer than anywhere else and thats what brings me back - its so worth it. Theres a huge color selection, a big beautiful space in the back, and its always clean with very friendly staff!!Will be come back here!!

Nails look amazing but this is the second time I’ve gone and had the skin broken and a subsequent infection that I’ve had to treat with antiseptic and antibiotic ointment for several days. Both times the technician was rough with the tools and while shaping my nails.

Usually I do gel but decided for the price to try a regular manicure and pedicure. I walked in and was helped right away. I was not disappointed at all. I moved onto the manicure, I was really pleased with both technicians I had! They were friendly, attentive, and focused on detail; making sure both services came out perfectly. I would absolutely come back!

***Wow! she is one of the most genuine beautiful human beings! My daughters and mine gel manicures were fabulous! She has many polish options and she stayed late to get us in. Edit: Went back two weeks ago and had eyebrows waxed. Not a very good job. It didnt even feel like the wax took anything out. I was right. I looked in mirror when i got home and it didnt even look like i had an eyebrow wax. Went back for just mani-pedi today. The massage on my feet was horrible. The lady used a scrub and mixed in oil and lotion. It was not at all relaxing. The guy who did my manicure left hangnails on one hand and cut skin by a nail on the other. He didnt even apologize and when i had to ask for a bandaid twice. Then when it was time to pay the lady told me it was $50. I paid cash so it should have been $48. It is the principle not the $2 but i will not go back to this place . (Of the times i have been here today no offer of water or tea. No shoulder massage this time either.See review below.)First review: Had a mani-pedi here for the first time. I noticed the chair i sat it didnt have a control for massage. I was pleasantly surprised to have a quick shoulder massage after my mani and arm and hand massage. Not sure if that was included with mani or pedi. I requested a longer foot massage for $1 more a minute. It was nice. The ladies were very nice. The reason i gave 4 stars was because they didnt ask me what shape i wanted my nails. I had a long day and didnt think to ask. I noticed the shape as i was leaving. I prefer square and got round. Not a total deal breaker but at ither places i am asked my preference. Another thing i liked is i was offered water or hot tea. I asked for a hot tea andnit hit the spot! Overall a nice experience and i would go back.

Im so glad I found out about this place. I went with my mom for a pedicure & it was amazing! They offer you beverages as soon as you sit down. They are very accommodating. Anytime you look like you need something someone comes running over to you to see if they can help. After the pedicure we sat to dry & got another massage.It was just great!. I will be telling everyone about this place. Its so clean & open. The pedicure stations are so clean. They also opened each package of tools for us right in front of us. It was just great. I could go on & on.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

The customer service is amazing. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. The place is, and I love how they offer add ons to your service. One day I just needed something extra and added a massage to my pedicure. It was outstanding. The callous removal service is crazy!! The tool she used was so soft and gentle on my feet but all my calluses were gone. I was pleasantly surprised. Give this jewel a try.💝

I don’t recommend them at all. This is my manicure after 9 days. I paid $45 +tip for something that didn’t even last 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

Stopped by based on google reviews and Im glad I did. The staff was professional, quick and the place was super sanitary. There were little kids there and they dealt with them like pros while the mothers got their nails done. Its now been two weeks since I got my toes done and they are still perfect. Love this place and I recommend it to anyone near or far.

My job requires my nails to be painted at all times so I needed nails that would hold up. I had gel nails done a week ago and and theyve lasted multiple shifts, moving, and even changing a car battery without so much as a chip. The price is extremely reasonable and the quality is fantastic, and I will be coming back here anytime my nails need some love.

Horrible service. They charged my friends and I $55 for pedicures and they took 10 minutes on us, because they were so rushed bringing people in. They were not using any protection. There are barriers there and they simply put them to the side. They did not tell us that we needed to pay in cash beforehand and made us go a mile away to withdraw money. She asked me to leave my phone, but since I needed it, I left my wallet. The girl up front literally opened my wallet to see if it had anything valuable enough to leave. I have been at nail salons in different parts of Santa Barbara, and their service and work is far by the worst.

Went to TLC Nail Lounge for the first time today. The service was amazing and the stuff was so nice. I told them how I wanted my nails and they did exactly what I wanted. They have a wonderful selection of colors to choose from. I will definitely continue to come back here!

First time here! I called before to make sure they had the dip powder. I was sat down right away and got to choose between a large variety of colors. I wasnt in any type of hurry which was definitely a good thing because they were kind of busy.I chose a deep color so they only had to do two coats, if I had chose a lighter one they wouldve definitely had to do more and I think my nails wouldve turned out way too thick.All and all it was an okay experience.

Super expensive for the work they do. They didnt cut our toe nails properly. They cut my niece multiple times. We asked for certain colors and they put the wrong color on our nails. So mad at this place

This place is really number one. The women were so nice, and my regular (no, not gel or shellac, simple drugstore!) manicure is at like 80% right now after almost two weeks. Loved the color selection and the seats were very comfortable. With how close they are to my house, this will be my new go-to mani spot.

TLC Nail Lounge did a great job on my mani/pedi! I came in for the first time today and got the express spa pedicure.I was serviced right away, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Everyone in the shop was very polite and enthusiastic, which I appreciated. As for the quality of my nails, Im really pleased. Ill definitely be returning.

Love my dip nails! I was never a fan of artificial nails until I tried powder dip over my own nails. Its thin, natural looking and lasts for as long as a month. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment for Monday 11AM for a full set but had to wait 10-15 minutes since they were behind. However, Nancy sat me down as soon as she could and recommended that I get a fill instead of a new set. She was very careful in re-shaping my nails to the exact length and shape I wanted. Nancy also gave me some tips on how to take care of my acrylics.After she was done, Tanny painted my nails and did a beautiful marble pattern for me. She made sure that I was okay with each finger before moving on. Even after a week, my nails are still holding up great! The acrylics are very durable and the paint has not chipped. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back again.

Came in for the 1st time ever and had a relaxing experience. Atmosphere is super cute, staff is super friendly and did I mention you can buy drinks? I didnt get anything too fancy done just a basic mani and pedi and service was great. Im definitely looking forward to going back. They do take in walk ins but recommend you make an appointment a head of time especially if youre looking to stop by on a weekend. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, went in a week ago for dip nails and Gel pedicure, the pedicure was fine, not worth $50.00. Now the bad part, the young gal that did my dip nails did not know what she was doing, I have been getting dip nails for 3 years now and never have I seen a worse job. I got them redone in Santa Maria last night, the gentlemen doing my nails showed me a bit of MOLD!!!! that got underneath my dip due to it not being applied correctly!! Please proceed with caution at this salon!

Sat down and was instructed to insert my feet into a plastic dish pan that was brought in from the back. It wasn’t exactly warm and got colder as my pedicure progressed.I attempted multiple times to investigate why my massage chair wouldn’t operate, wrestling with the cords ... the girl who was helping me didn’t much care. Really. About anything.My friend got a pillow and a neck rest. I didn’t. My friend seemed to think this was amusing.Lackluster service. Would have been fine for an express or airport pedicure, but they charged what I’m used to paying in other cities for satisfying and often top tier service. To add insult to injury- be prepared to fork over an extra $1 for using your card.ps: we were the only patrons in the place

Not A Pleasant salon. I went to this place for a recover on my nails, acrylic/gel. Literally in 3 days, 2 of my nails were coming up. I paid $45 to get a refill, so of course I went back and had her to fix it. In the process of her fixing it, there were another nail coming up, it wasn’t as bad as the one’s she was fixing, but the fact that the acrylic wasn’t sticking to my finger nails after 3 days of getting it done, agitated me. So I asked her to fix it, her response was, “it’s fine, it’s not coming up.” Another customer walks in while she was finishing up my nails, she literally rushed me out of the seat to attend to that customer as if I didn’t matter. Never again. Look at the picture, I literally just got these done and it came off, the other ones look old.... expensive for absolutely nothing.

They even offer complimentary beverages, incredible leg massages, last minute appointment requests, My nails have never been so healthy, and Im now making sure my monthly mani/pedi is a part of my budget, the owner and backbone of this beautiful salon, makes sure every single guest feels welcome and leaves satisfied. I have been going to for over three years now and every time I go in I know Im in capable hands. Ive done gel, SNS, acrylic and your average paint mani and each time Ive walked out with perfectly manicured hands and toes!Ive recently been working with them on growing my nails out while keeping them in good shape and I couldnt be happier with the results so far. Tala did a perfect job! She really took het time and checked every detail.. I asked a specific design, but Tala was honest and said that it wasnt going to come out as smooth as on the picture. I really appreciated her honesty! Just searched on Google, found pictures of her work and made my decision. I called another salon (Nails for me), but they said that Tala worked at TLC Nail Lounge today. If you dont have much time, just make an appointement

I had an appointment for my nails yesterday, and two workers were literally standing over me as I chose the color of my nails. They rushed my manicure, so I ended up with really uneven, bumpy nails. Then they fixed only some of them, so it took extra time AND wasnt great. Definitely would not recommend.

I am very impressed with this nail salon! Not only is it huge, but my girls got to enjoy a mani and pedi ! They have pedicure chairs for the kids and treated them like princesses! The kids really enjoyed it!I got a full set and spa pedicure as well and they definitely took their time and catered to your needs. They offer you and made sure you were comfortable.I gave them a 5 bc of their excellent customer service! The management team walked by and made sure to check up on customers which is a plus bc most owned nail salons dont do that. I definitely recommend this salon over others especially if you want to pamper your kids once in awhile!

Came here for my first gel manicure and was overall very happy with the manicure and wonderfully kind ladies that did my nails! There was a bit of a snafu with my appointment -- I had made an appointment for a gel manicure & regular pedicure and they only had me down for a gel manicure -- so I didnt end up getting a pedicure, but thats okay, I will be back!

Not good service. Will never go back there again. They cut my toe and jacked up the bottom of my feet. I was their last customer and I felt like they were rushing me to get me out of there so they could go home. Didnt seem to understand me at times. Poor English skills.
