I have been a loyal customer to SB Nail Bar for over 2 years now & have they ALWAYS over exceed my expectations.Every visit I am welcomed with polite friendly greetings and smiles by all the sweet staff. The popular establishment is frequently busy but ALWAYS finds the time to fit me in and accomplish perfect manicures and relaxing pedicures.Not to mention the maintenance- This spa is guaranteed clean & all tools used are brand new and sterilized.The salon dynamic is ruled by efficiency and professionalism.I love how apparent it seems that the staff love what they do, but most importantly their relationship with their clientele. I will only go here for as long as they’re in business.The services are always executed perfectly for the right prices. I asked for hard gel over lay and white gel polish over it, my finger was cut during the manicure to the point where i had to have the woman finish all of my other hands and then wait almost 20 minutes until my finger stopped bleeding, and it never fully stopped, the actual hard gel itself was all over the place, it was messy, it was uneven, and not tidy by any means. when i asked to have it fixed, the woman said that it was fine and i was looking at it from the wrong angle… i went up to tue front desk to see if there was anything we could do to rectify it and the best the manager could do was give me 10% off for the next time i’m there, i will never go there again to absolutely pointless.

Walked right in off the street and got seen immediately. One of the best pedicures Ive had in a long time. Really appreciated the attention to detail, and level of service provided. Very relaxing, clean, and sanitized environment. A+!

This had to be the worst manicure ever. I cannot wait until I can take this off. It was so rushed and totally sloppy. The color is streaky and the topcoat was applied carelessly. After leaving my hands felt dry and abused. It’s honestly not even worth the free mimosas.

Gave this place a second chance because I live so close. Had to wait an hour the first time and 40 minutes the second time. Both times I had an appointment. I got a basic pedicure with gel. First time was decent. Second time I got no foot rub and had to ask for lotion and it was the store manager who was doing my pedicure. Long story short, if you dont value your time and dont mind a below average pedicure go here. I wont be coming back.

Although pedicure was ok I was expected to tip way more than I wanted to. Pedicure was $70 and I wanted to tip $7. My only option was to tip $13. I heard several people in there address being charged too much while I was in there. The service was ok until payment where I wasnt listened to and was pressured to tip more.. The pedicure was just ok... several times I was hurt and have some pain in nail from pedicure. Definitely not going back, will not be my regular salon.

If you have ingrown toe nails do not come here. Otherwise it was great, has a mimosa, nice massage and good scrubs.

I decided to check out this place today based off of the great reviews and I am glad I did!! Mai was absolutely wonderful. Her attention to detail and delicate and precise use of the drill made my entire experience enjoyable on top of the fact that she was extremely friendly and really seemed to care about what she was doing. She didnt know it was my birthday but she really made my day. Definitely worth the hour drive! Thankyou SB Nail Bar & Mai!!

2 stars because it was very expensive, the pedicure was great (I didnt get any color on my toes, so it was more so for relaxation) but the dip nail job only lasted about 4 days before it started cracking. I have 7/10 nails with cracks and that has never happened in all the dip powder manicures I have had. Wouldnt recommend a dip manicure, would recommend a pedicure, but MAN that was expensive for something that only lasted 4 days.

Best nail salon in Downtown Santa Barbara. I’ve been trying out different ones, and this one was the most impressive. The facility is clean and looks nice. All of the people are friendly. And my nails were done the best, and with the most care. They are definitely 5 star service provider that offers a complimentary glass of champagne on a message chair for pedicure. Would recommend for both male and female!

This is the BEST place in town for nails!Ivy (the new owner) and her sister, Mai couldnt have been sweeter! They stayed late to accommodate my daughter and me and we are so happy with the results. The dip is definately the way to go!

We were walks in and they took us right away. Very nice and respectful staff. They even offered free drinks. The music was peaceful. Facilties were clean. Highly recommend.

I have been going to SB nailbar since they opened. After trying so many places in Santa Barbara and Goleta (because I though Goleta would be cheaper). I have to say that SB nailbar is hands down the best place to get a manicure and pedicure in town!! Always a great experience, the staff is super super nice, you get free mimosas or wine all the time you’re there.Now with the whole covid-19 thing, they reopened last Friday, and I just went today (Tuesday) and honestly it feels super safe. They sanitize in front of you so many times, of course everyone has masks and even face shields sometimes, they have put separations between each chair and it’s definitely safer than anything that’s currently open (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) since they went above and beyond to protect customers and themselves.And oh, the reward points system is still going (even after covid) so I did not lose my reward points from before to get free pedicure or manicure, but I felt kind of bad using it right now since businesses are all struggling.Love this place!

Ivy does a wonderful job with het Nailbar. She accommodates your time and there is no waiting. She has a wonderful amount of good products with diverse colors in Gel, Dip, or regular nail polish. I love the Pedicure too!

I went today with my friend to get pedicures. Both of us scheduled in advance BASIC pedicures. As soon I got in the chair, gel manicure and gel pedicure were offered to me, extra callus removal stuff and so on. They were pushing to get extra work done on my toes. It was awkward because none of that stuff was offered to my girlfriend. Comparing to other nail spas in town, places I went abroad: once they realized that I am not going to do extras my pedicure was rushed off.

I stopped in last min. They took me right in! I just got my eyebrows waxed bec I have 5 of my kids waiting for me. It was less then 10 min and she did amazing! I’ve been to many places around SB. I will be back for sure when I need a full set and a pedi... so pleased with the service.

I love this place - the decor is beautiful and relaxing, the nail selection is second to none, they do excellent work, and the service is top notch right down to being offered a glass of Champagne while they do your nails or give you a massage, and the prices are very reasonable - especially for Santa Barbara area. There is a convenient 75 minutes free parking lot behind The Habit Hamburger in which the shop is located next to. Highly recommended joining their reward program for a free manicure and pedicure.

BY FAR the best mani pedi Ive ever had. The massage was the best part. They were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It was less expensive than I expected. In my mimosa was on point. I cant recommend this place enough!

Dishonest people... THEY OVERCHARGE... we asked the price for full set before to start they said $45 but at the end after they finished. My daughter got a full set but nothing extra we start walking to the door and my husband stayed to pay them when he asked them $45 right? They said no it’s $80 dlls he asked why ? They said extra extra. Nothing extra was asked but they took advantage.

They really take care of you and do a great job. I always look forward to getting my nails done. I got the pedi and mani gel combo. She did an amazing job on my French tip mani!
