I went here to get my nails done for my birthday and had a great experience! They were able to help me, even though I did not have an appointment and treated me with kindness the whole time. Asked if I wanted a soda or water and then immediately gave me a magazine. Overall the whole experience was delightful and the atmosphere was comfortable, just what I wanted! Later that day I ended up getting engaged! I was so glad to have my nails looking great for the photos! Thank you to Nail Palace and the great people there!
My girlfriend and I were in Santa Barbara for the first time, and on our second day there she decided she wanted to get her nails done, and I was way overdue for a pedicure. Nail Palace was near the Simpson House Inn, where we were staying, so we decided to go there. There was a man and a woman working there; he did my pedicure and the nice woman did my girlfriends manicure. After providing us with tea and bottled water, they went to work. They were both very pleasant, and very professional, and we were both thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Nail Palace!
This is my de-stress place to go. Wonderful massage chairs, amazing care from the owners. Wonderful pedicures. The oil massage is really good. My daughter gets little multi-color flowers on her nail-polish. It is clean and quiet. You cannot ask for more
Awesome. Went in right before they closed and they were so sweet! Had an amazing pedicure. Gave me such wonderful treatment. Would recommend anyone to come.
VERY nice people, they gave me a flower even though i did not have the extra 5 dollars. otherwise i was not pleased with the service. it took a very long time for them to even get started, which was strange because there was only one other person there. i got a regular manicure and, in all honesty, i could have done the same amount of work myself. i would go again to get shellac due to the nice people, but if you are looking for very well done nails i would suggest another place. good prices!
I was the only customer there at close to 2pm on a Thursday. Took almost 2 hours to do acrylic full set. He dipped each finger individually into the powder (three times), put a lot of glue per nail and filed very slowly. At the end He said that it was $50 which included a $10 tip. I never pay $40 for a full set - prices not openly displayed. Then he said that they would lift within a week to come back. 4 days later the lift was so bad that it looked like I had them on for 3 weeks. They were rough on the edges and not smooth on the top. Went to another place to get a fill and the woman was shocked on how bad of a job he did. DO NOT GO HERE!!
This place is wonderful. Not only are you able to get an appointment when you ned it, or walk in but they do a wonderful job, and treat you like royalty!
I’ve had numerous pedicures here. Excellent service, great job and good price.
Ive gone here for years, and am always satisfied with the service.
HORRIBLE. Besides THE WORST mani, pedi I have ever had (including doing my nails myself. Drunk. In the dark.), the owner CHASED ME OUT AFTER THREATENING ME for complaining that he didnt pain my whole nail. I was traumatized. He even threatened to call the cops on me and came at me with fists raised. I was horrified. I was on a business trip and really needed to relax and this made my day soooo much worse. I still cant believe it.
Ive been going forever. Danny always does a good job and makes me laugh.
Ive gone here for at least 2 years for manicures, pedicures and my eyebrows and theyve always done a nice job.
