Amazing experience!! Nga made sure my friend and I had a relaxing experience and showed amazing attention to detail. My last couple of nail experiences at other venues were subpar, but Lily’s Nails exceeded all expectations! The staff are so kind and welcoming — highly recommend!!

Best pedi I’ve ever received! Sounds extreme, but it’s true. Lea did such a great job; great attention to detail and very nice. I came in with my fiancé, didn’t catch the name of the lady that did his “man pedicure,” but she was great too. I am coming back into town for my wedding and will definitely stop here again! A little pricey, $40 for a standard pedi, but worth it!

This was easily the best pedicure I’ve ever received. The staff was super professional and safe during COVID, and extremely friendly and easy to chat with. My friend and I had an excellent time and would recommend this salon to anyone in the Santa Barbara area. You won’t be disappointed!

Pedicure was lovely and location is very convenient but be prepared to pay for it. $40 for the most basic pedicure.

I had an appointment today (first time professionally in 6 months due to Covid). The salon was spotless! When I first entered she had me wash my hands at the front, the chairs were lined with plastic bags for sanitation purposes, and chairs were spaced out. I felt completely safe and very taken care of.I loved my pedicure with Nga. She was so sweet and I had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back to see her again and will recommend her to friends! Thank you for the lovely pedicure, I really needed that and appreciate the great personal experience during these rough times.

Very clean business! I got a gel manicure and a polish pedicure with my mom, and the girls did a great job! They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and were also very sweet! My mom even said “this is the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten!”

So happy it reopened. Took a friend for a pedicure as a birthday gift. Very surprised when i was told the total was $80.00!!!!! ($40.00 each).No notice of price increase as it always was $30.00. A place down the strret is $28.00 + glass of champagne. Will not be revisiting Lilys

Best manicure I’ve ever had

Lily’s was amazing!!! So clean, friendly, perfect nails. My mom and I have been looking for a great nail salon in SB, and finally we found our spot. The owner Nga and her daughter Lea are so amazing and friendly. They had us cracking up the whole time. Such a sweet mother and daughter pair, I would go back just to see them. On top of that, the pedicure we both got was exceptional. Such attention to detail, they are both perfectionists. The painting was perfect, and the foot massage and scrub was excellent. It is extremely clean and I will only be coming here going forward. Look no further!!

I am very satisfied with my gel manicure. I didnt get the girls name but she was very nice and did a great job! I will be coming back to get my gel manicures here.

Very convenient location in downtown Santa Barbara and great hours. Its so nice to be able to get a manicure/pedicure after work. They will even stay late for you if you are a good customer. The prices are a bit high but it IS on State Street so it should be expected....I think the people watching while getting a pedicure is worth it. I have gone to almost every salon in town and I find the manicures here are the best. I never get hang nails or get nicked by someone that isnt quite sure how to do a gentle manicure. Plus this place is very clean. And lastly I like to support women owned businesses!

It was my daughters first manicure and pedicure a friend told me about Lilys. the place and staff were warm and very welcoming they took great care of us my daughter couldnt have been happier. They even gave Jazzy some tips on how to care for her nails and what colors would look best with her complexion. I give Lilys 5 stars and will recommend that salon to everyone.

I was a walk in appointment from out of town. Here for a wedding. These ladies treated me like a queen. Fast, friendly, professional service. Glad this is the place I chose. Highly recommend.

This place is very clean and fresh! I enjoyed getting my nails done there and not to mention my nails stayed on so long after I got them done!!!!

Disclaimer- I am not a local, therefore I do not know what best practices are in Santa Barbara.I came in for a pedicure. While getting a pedicure my lady asked me if I wanted my calluses done. I said yes. (Of course I did, what is the point of a pedicure?) The pedicure felt rushed, they didnt clip my nails, the massage was less than a minute and they barely scrubbed my feet. When my partner and I went to the cashier to pay they said the total amount was $80! I asked her why it was so expensive. She said it was $10 extra for calluses and pointed to the menu. (She didnt mention this when she asked if I wanted my calluses done.) When I told her, well, you barely scrubbed my feet, they dont feel smooth. She said, well, we only do it for a little bit. I looked at the menu and didnt see any extra charges for calluses. When I pointed this out, she said, I TOLD you. Before we asked for the price, I had told my partner how underwhelmed I was by the pedicure and he agreed. It only bothered me more when I found out I had to pay extra for a job poorly done. I would recommend going somewhere else. If you take a look at the other reviews, I am not the first to complain about the prices.

Lilys recently opened. It is lovely salon and a great addition to State Street. Lily did my pedicure and Danny my manicure. I am very pleased with both.

I was in town for a wedding and went in here for a mani/pedi. Excellent service and perfect looking nails and toes when I left. Friendly and SUPER clean! Strongly recommend!

Didn’t like the place at all. Was thinking of doing gel but then stopped just on gel removal and the lady told me I can’t change my mind even in fact she didn’t started the manicure yet. The removal was also not accurate at all and still she insisted on tips. Very unfriendly place, worst salon I’ve ever been.

Loved this place! just moved to SB so I wanted to find my new nail salon and I did! the staff is welcoming and professional. the place is clean and well kept. I got gel manicure and French tip pedi for $75 which is pretty steep but the loction and experience is well worth it. I posted a picture if you care to see. I loved the results I got #67 gel .Would i come back? Yes!

One of them broke my nail and just painted over it without saying anything about it. I later discovered it while walking on the street, and then started to walk back to the salon to get my money back. At first they said that it must have happened after I left the salon. But when I told them that you could see that the crack was covered up, they could suddenly remember that it was broken before I came into the salon. I would have known if my nail was broken before hand.

Was visiting SB and after a long week of work I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. The owner was lovely and did a great job.

This is the best nail salon in Santa Barbara! I came in for a manicure and the lovely owner, Nga, helped me decide that a gel manicure would be best for me. She stopped me from making the horrible decision of getting acrylics and I cant thank her enough for that. I have never been happier with my nails, Nga really took her time and did an amazing job. Thank you Nga, you are so lovely and I cant wait to see you in a few weeks!

Came in and prices on brochure are wrong. Then after getting nail work done they said there were extra charges. Very rude. They work and seem like theyre having a bad day and speaking theyre own language. Very unproffesional and rude!

Great gel manicure!! Very clean and cute place!

I got long acrylic nails, first off the prices she had on display was apparently incorrect so the whole time I thought I was gonna be paying one price when I had to pay another. Then the woman doing my nails was criticizing what I came there for and the whole time telling me why do you like these and other rude things. Then after only 5 days a nail broke. I didnt do any crazy activity for this to be my fault, I noticed it broke right where she glued the fake nail part as if there werent enough glue. And then a couple hours later I looked at my hand and boom, another nail ! It is literally 2 weeks later and I have 5 broken nails. I went back and she wanted to charge me for the poor job that she clearly did. Because averagely in 2 weeks all you should need for nails is a filling at most. Poor workmanship. Not going back
