The ladies were so so sweet! There are some problems for sure with the nails but from far away they look great and they all were really nice!

I only had my nails done for a week i have two broken nails all my nails lifting and they thin they started lifting the next day she charged me $40 smh i should of known better because wasnt nobody in there Im not from here and they was for my birthday Im disppponted now i have to get a full set

I had a relaxing manicure and spa pedicure. I left with my fingernails and toenails looking beautiful and my skin feeling soft. I will go again and ask for Mai. She was very exacting in her work, and very sweet.

The wife has me getting my feet treated due to the claw marks on her calves... the staff are super friendly and the chairs have massagers which is fun. I havent had a bad experience here but am unfamiliar with the spa world...

My mother went in to get her nails done for her birthday and they did a horrible job with a dip . The dip was not put on right it looks uneven. Never going back again

Yuck, Julia literally wiped the stuff from under the nail onto my skin, repeatedly. Then she tossed the warm towels into the dirty foot bath area and put them on my legs. Thanks for giving me everyone elses germs. I tipped anyhow because its a hard job and they put themselves at risk with all the chemicals but I will not be back. Its a dirty operation.

If I can rate it without stars thats what I would do! Not friendly bad customer service! Been in there several occasion where it seemed like they had time for a pedicure and was turned away each time! Wont be going there or recommend anyone else to.go there!

I tried to get a service there and the lady was super rude she said she had an appointment in 20 min I said okay I asked if she doesnt come in can I get serviced she looked at me annoyed ... so I just said Ill be back in 15 got a coffee came back sat down waited 30 min at most& no one was there I said excuse me miss can I get my nails done she said appointment late ..i told her yes I understand that waited another 10 like a damn idiot and walked out said you guys shouldnt be in business theres 3 of you doing nothing but eating and staring at me like Im the damn devil.Worst part I wanted to treat my baby girl to a a pedicure bc they had pink chairs for kids 💔

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Cut my nails sideways and was completely rude. I asked the lady multiple times to fix my nails and she wouldnt. Never coming back here.

Now I know why I stopped going to get pedicures at Kims salon, they charged me $22 for my two year olds pedicure because they said they massaged her! I always have issues with them! Either they dont see us until 30min after our appointment time or they charge an outrageous amount to put some polish on a toddler. (it is normal $8 for a kid to get their toes painted but they said I never explained that I didnt want her to have a massage!)
