This is the paint job they felt was acceptable when taking care of my rental property and just one of many repair and maintenance issues I have had with them. In my experience they are more concerned with making money from as many rental properties (quantity) as they can instead of taking care of their customers’ homes.

Awful. Rip you off when vacating. Do not use.

Very disappointed with the staff at Touchstone and the quality of the house we rented was definitely not to code exposed wiring in the kitchen and windows that fail and expose the inside of the home and lots of giant old roaches. My husband and I rented a home from them in Carolina Lakes. Near the end of our lease we asked them to assist us in finding a bigger home with them this is when things got lazy and unprofessional...... honestly these people will say and do anything to keep /take your money this is not a reputable company not a company I would recommend anyone use whether you are home owner or a renter.STAFF REVIEWCINDY COPPEDGE operations - unprofessional not knowledgeable and also a liar. People like this count on tenants not knowing anything. Cindy also chose to lie to us. This is not a reputable company I hope you have read this review before you chose to do business with TouchstoneDEBBIE BRIDGES rental administrator - when you do not need anything this is a nice woman but the moment you ask for assistance she is combative. ( has a I dont really give a damn Im just collecting a check I dont know what youre going to do about that problem thats really your problem kind of attitude)We heard rodents in the wall of our rental so we contacted Terminix the technician that came out noted it was bats but needed approval from home owner to complete further services to exterminate. So naturally we contacted Touchstone. I spoke on the phone/emailed with Debbie only on this matter. Instead of offering her Assistance or at least pretending to she said the rodents were only our problem. Debbie then emailed me that she contacted Terminix trying to gain access to my account with Terminix (to see if i was lying I guess...) stating that she spoke to someone named Michelle and there were no bats. I contacted Terminix immediately, they stated no other person besides ME has access to technician notes where its noted the home has bats.((( See pictures I added of guano (bat manure) on garage patio )))So dont count on help from Debbie....JORI PIKE sales administrator- this person is almost the sole reason why I am giving Touchstone One Star the lies that spewed out of this womans mouth were ridiculous, so save yourself from a headache. This women is a shady snake in the grass do not hold her to her WORD it means nothing.She said anything and everything to keep our deposit. She told us it would take an entire month to fix the damage command strips did to the wall in our sons room and to fix a tennis ball hole in the wall in the master bedroom. My husband and his father fixed all of the necessary items on her list within the weekend. Jori tried to add additional pre-existing damage to our list to extend our lease into the next month. (((( But as a tenant know youre not obligated to fixing damages that are pre-existing)))) make sure you take a million pictures of all the wear-and-tear inside and out if you rent from Touchstone, which I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM TOUCHSTONE. Jori even tried to charge us for damages on the exterior of the home due to a hurricane last year I reminded her that was an incomplete service request we made to them months ago....I will never recommend this company and I strongly advise against them, thank you if you read this far!
