Loved my time here at Falls Creek! Karen was always helpful and friendly.

Falls Creek is such an amazing complex to live in. I lived here for 2 years while I was in college and it was definitely like a second home to me. The ladies at the office are spectacular and are always willing to help with anything you need. I could not have asked for a better experience while living in Sanford. The complex was always kept in perfect condition and I never had any complaints. Love this place!

Falls Creek is the single best apartment complex to call home. I lived there for 3 years and if it wasnt for work relocation I would never have left. Karen and the entire team ensure your always happy and never have an issue. In the few instances I had to call maintenance they were quick and friendly. They always did the right work not just what was quick and easy. One time my lock broke with me inside. I called Karen who personally left the office and came within minutes to try and open it from the outside and when it didnt work, maintenance came ultra quick to free me and replace the lock. Thank you again for 3 happy and enjoyable years!
