This was by far, the best place I’ve lived. The staff is always very professional, attentive and care about the residents.The units are beautiful and everything is brand new. The maintenance crew is always working hard and responding quickly to minor things to fix it. The community is very clean and peaceful, not to mention is close to downtown Sanford and it is located in front of Lake Monroe with beautiful view and places to seat and enjoy a great sunset or just to feel like you are at the beach and have a moment for yourself.I would definitely recommend this community to anybody looking for a new place to call home. I’m very meticulous person I love clean, nice and quiet places with options to do fun things on my days off. Surprisingly enough, I have already sent info to them and their response is what warranted my recent review. My post, that warned my neighbors, was also blocked from being posted because it didn’t meet community guidelines. Hopefully they walk the walk this time instead of trying to look good! As a community there should be cameras in the parking lots to prevent break ins and damage to cars. I feel that this is a straightforward statement that management can easily respond with whether or not they intend to take action. Hopefully they choose to do so that our community can be safe and comfortable for all residents again.

Good location, great amenities and a quiet community. Best to live on the top floor otherwise you deal with noisy upstairs neighbors. We’ve tried traps, clean frequently and have had pest people come out yet ant problems reoccur on a monthly basis (at best) What makes it worse is waking up in the morning with some of them ON the bed

The apartment is great, the amenities are awesome, the community is beautiful and the front office staff has been nothing short of excellent. James King has provided the utmost service to myself and my family during the whole moving process. He’s gone above and beyond to help me. I can’t provide him and his staff enough credit because they are amazing!

I recently moved in and have experienced nothing short of amazing! James King was extremely helpful in the rental process, from showing us the apartment to helping with the application process! The amenities of the apartments are great, everything is brand new and beautiful. That being said our AC has gone out at least 4 times, we have had ants 3 times which takes a good week to get rid of, and last but certainly not least our upstairs neighbor has made living here completely miserable. If we even so much as have 2 friends over she bangs on the floor and will deliberately stomp around at 6-7am I’m assuming as a form of “payback”. I have never once heard our downstairs neighbor so I find it extremely hard to believe we are causing any disturbance, especially since we have never gotten a complaint by any other neighbors. We have gone to management as well as the officer many times and nothing was resolved. And for those reasons I will not resign and will be living elsewhere.

I LOVE living here . The apartments are beautiful, bright, modern and new. The AC is amazing, the property is so well maintained and kept (they even mop the elevators almost every day), and the office personnel are friendly and attentive. The amenities are great and they are even making improvements regularly to offer us more … they put in backsplash in our kitchen since we’ve been here, and are adding to the gym, just put in a new fire pit, have beautiful grills. If you’re looking for renting in central FL look no farther because it will be hard to find any that compete. Many rentals in the area charge high rent and don’t maintain,update, or accommodate…. This place is so far above them (we’ve looked at many before finding Vue).P.S never rent at Sun Lake in Lake mary

Residents are very friendly💗 it is very nice and quiet area to live in! Been here for 2 years and wouldn’t wanna be any where else! The people in the office are always welcoming! The pool is amazing! You guys deserve all the stars!

James King did it all for us, we were dealing with a difficult situation and he did everything in his power to make it work for us. Always remembers who I am when he sees me passing by as well, despite the fact that he has hundreds of clients. Great people means great business, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Highly recommend, and again, ask for James.

When we 1st moved here we thought this place was absolutely incredible, but that was short lived. We lived here just under 2 years and we had to deal with the most inconsiderate and childish woman above us. She would bang on the walls and scream at 11pm and the officer that lives here just shrugged it off. Somehow she claimed to hear us (mind you we lived under her) and she would bang on the floor when we had 2-3 guests over. It was incredibly embarrassing to have anyone over and we had brought this up to management on multiple occasions and they said they would “talk to her about it”. In addition to this our AC went out 4 times and my car was broken into. Rather than discussing the safety of the residents/complex when I went to the property manager about this, she was more concerned with discussing the new backsplash that was going to be installed. Other than this, the amenities were nice and everything was brand new when we moved in. We ended up finding somewhere else to live.

James has been so thorough and helpful in all of our interactions with him. He is incredibly kind and remembers us by name every time we see him! Working with him has made our time here wonderful. :)

I have been a business owner for over 30 years and I cannot believe how amazing and talented James King at the office is there. His customer service is unbelievable and if I could hire him, I would. As a resident, I walked in and I felt immediately at home from his presence. He is very welcoming, warm, relatable, funny and outgoing. I moved into this complex almost a year ago and I plan on staying here as long as I can.The Maintenance team is super caring and quick with anything asked. The rest of the team is super! HONESTLY THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER.From the beginning of my moving process fromNorthern Virginia to Sanford Florida the property managers Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Kate made this move painless as possible . Ms. Stephanie took time out of her busy schedule to make sure I still was able to see the apartment of my choice and Ms. Kate was punctual with paperwork and staying in contact with me through every question I had . Best experience especially finding my apartment 100% online if you want a beautiful neighborhood with amazing nearby scenery and true luxury apartments choose here promise they will take great care of you !

This community isn’t safe anymore. Management refuses to put in cameras in the parking lot to prevent dangerous breaks in and damage to cars. If you want a safe community for your family don’t look here!

Im in love with these apartments, calm, tranquility and great amenities. However since the new company stepped in they now charge 30.00 to pay online bringing rent up. When before it was free, for future please evaluate that since rent is a little on the pricey side to begin with.

The apartments themselves and the amenities are very nice and new. Aside from that, I really cant recommend anything else about the place. Both the old management and new management team only care about the money. Even though their own contract states it is a drug free community and there are quiet hours. No one from management or the so called security care to help at all. I have made numerous complaints about neighbors smoking weed and noise complaints at the middle of the night to which they just blow off. And to top it off, the new management wants to charge residents to pay their rent online.... Absolutely ridiculous.

My mom has ants in her apt. and the best they could tell her was to buy ant traps until the pest guy could come, meanwhile she can’t sleep in her bed. Poor customer service.(:

This new apartment community is amazing. I felt welcomed the minute I walked into the leasing center. I was greeted by Sarah who was very outgoing and knowledgeable with an infectious personality to go along with her smile. She introduced me to the management team who you could immediately tell had it together and truly cared for their residence.The complex is secure with cameras and gates at the entrances to keep us safe.The apartments are brand new and you can make it your own rite away.This apartment community is truly the hidden gem of Seminole County.

When deciding where to start my new journey, I searched multiple sites and scrolled through many apartment options until I found Lake Monroe Apartments. It was love at first sight and without hesitation, I submitted the application before seeing the property in person. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made and I am enjoying every moment. The experience so far has been wonderful. The service and communication provided by the leasing office is phenomenal. Its a must see property and I highly recommend it.

I moved here end of March 2020. So comfortable yet luxurious! Brand new EVERYTHING. Appliances are energy efficient. Also, thanks to the solar panels my power bill is so manageable even during a brutally hot FL summer. Staff is amazing to work with; paying rent and submitting work order requests is super easy online. Very happy to call this place home :)

I moved to the apartments May 2020, I was breath taken by the upkeep of the property it is very beautiful and quiet. If anything needs to be prepared maintenance is very responsive and communicative. While currently in the pandemic Ashley and Sarah are very understanding and works with you if help is needed. By far the best apartments I’ve been in with such a welcoming environment and great hospitality.

We’ve been living here for 6 months and so far it’s been so great! Staff is very helpful and very friendly. When we put in work requests they literally come fix the problem on the same day. And Inside the apartment is very up to date with all the appliances.The office also does many events to get neighbors together to have fun which is super cool, and they even have food trucks come out atleast 3 times a week! Love it here.

Lake Monroe Apartments is an absolute amazing place to live. Sarah and Ashley were incredibly helpful with the leasing process and have continued to be helpful any time we need anything. All of the employees are incredibly friendly. The complex is immaculate with very nice amenities. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was perfect until the people moved upstairs about 2 weeks later. Love the brand new and upgrade apartment but once the people moved in upstairs has been a nightmare. They have no courtesy for people below them. Even up to midnight it feels like they are stomping on my head. Ive put in a complaint and it seems like it gotten worse. I am embarrass to bring guest over thats how bad it is. I understand I have kids too. My kids knows not to run and stomp all day and night. Theres a time place for that which is outdoors. Dont get me wrong the apartment complex is great and the management team are quick to take care of problems. Overall I do recommend the complex if you plan to live on the top floor.

Was really happy moving here. Everything new, they keep the grounds clean, Management is really nice and help out with whatever you need. My only issue is we should have moved on the fourth floor. The neighbors above us walk so hard like they are trying to come through the ceiling and let their child run back and fourth through the house all hours of the day and night. We know its intentionally cause there are times we dont hear them at all. This will be the only reason we do not renew our lease. I recommend this place just get a fourth floor apt or you may be sorry like us.

We watched the building of these marvelous apartments and anxiously awaited their completion. As soon as we saw the pre-leasing sign up last August 2019, we went and talked with with Ashley Fink, the Property Manager. She is a very professional and friendly person. She talked with us and explained the different types of apartments available, pricing, amenities and the vision of the new community. We didnt hesitate, we signed up that day in August of 2019. We moved in December 31, 2019 and we believe it was well worth the wait. The apartment was beyond our expectations. They have thought of everything. Large cabinets in the kitchen and bath, granite counter tops, fabulous fixtures, stainless steel appliances, a huge stainless steel farm sink, full size front loading washer & dryer, extra closet space, beautiful flooring and great color scheme. The clubhouse, gym & spin room are over the top. Last but certainly not least the staff, lead by Ashley is phenomenal. Theyre all so friendly, helpful and professional. They made us feel welcomed from the very beginning by walking us through the rental process, answering All our questions and making it the easiest and best move weve ever made.

This is such a lovely place to live. Friendly neighbors, walking trails and quiet/peaceful apartments. Not to mention the gorgeous style apartment. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

This place is such a getaway! I can’t wait to move in!!! Ashely was such a great help! She basically made the leasing process a breeze for me. It was so stress free, like ordering a pizza on a Monday night! So easy!

Manager Stephanie never gets back to the tenant & since this place went on to this new management this place is going down. Rent increase after 1 year went up $200.00. Management just dont care about their tenants & dont want tenants to have corporate number so you cant complain about this management. 😤😠

Amazing management staff! They worked with me every step of the way. I never felt like I was alone when I was moving in, they even brought water and snacks on the day of the move in for everyone . I am blessed to know they will be my management staff for the next year!

I met with the so called leasing team for new overly priced apartments opening in Sanford. Upon arriving I met with Erica who seemed to be the only one who knew what she was doing and was very professional and personable! There another lady in their who acted like she could care less I was interested and was not engaging and to me and acted very snobby. If it wasn’t for Erica I would have walked out. I’m still interested but not sure if this so called staff, seems like Erica is the only one who knows what’s going on She did follow up w/me but based on my experience in their office and the snobbish vibe I received from the other, I told Erica I was still thinking about options Seems like they need to re evaluate their team and have more professional seasoned employees like the one I met with..just being honest

They are taking peoples money without checking background to take your money and then they evict you since I moved here in October more than 8 tenants have been evicted thats how they make their money

Already the follow-through is extremely bad. I spoke to Erica on the phone had an appointment for 1:30 pm today she took down my information never followed through. She stated she would send me an email never did and was very prideful when gathering my info.I drove all the way there from google just to find out its another location and the one I inquired about was not available!! Dont waste peoples time.After I called and found out what they started wasnt true they sent an email to cover it up..

Visiting family and these apartments are not soundproofed well between floors. Not family friendly for children, no place for them toplay outside. Not enough parking areas.
