It was my first time ever coming to this nail salon because I just moved to the area. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted just stared at. The lady to the right finally asked what I came for and I stated pedicure. She laughed like something was funny and turned her head. I haven’t been so disappointed in a first visit at a business before and they don’t have to worry about me ever returning.

Ms. Karen is so dedicated to her work! She is so awesome, patient and polite!!! She be having my brows neat and beautiful!!! Kudos to Karen....

Karen and Allie have been my nail techs for years now! I trust no other nail salon in sanford especially with how amazing Karen does on my eyebrows I get compliments almost everyday about how beautifully they are arched!

Had an appointment for a pedicure at 1:45. There were two ladies working and only one customer when I went in. The younger of the two ladies had me sit down with my feet in cold water while she walked back to the front of the store. Five minutes later she came back and asked if the water was good. I asked if it could be warmer. She made a face and didn’t answer before changing it. She then said she’d be back in a few minutes. She went to the back and ten minutes later I could hear her scrubbing tools. Meanwhile, I’m sitting in the worst massage chair ever still waiting. I finally left the chair and walked out at 2:02. I’m very disappointed as I went here because of the high reviews.
