On August 11th I emailed Dunwoody Dental through their portal to speak with someone about making an appointment. Today is 8/19 and no one has gotten back to me.In addition I called on 8/17 at 11 am and could not get ahold of anyone. I was only able to leave my telephone #.Dunwoody Dental has had over a week to at the very least to return my call or email me and they didnt.Obviously, im taking my business elsewhere. This is a failure on your companies end.I hope that other people see and think twice about using your companies service.

Brand new to area and had a crown emergency. They couldnt have been more accommodating to get me right in before the holiday weekend! Big baby when it comes to dental procedures in general. Julie and Dr. Minta were AWESOME and so gentle. They picked up on my anxiety right away and gave me solutions. I found our new dentist!!

Great office, wonderful staff and always feel comfortable with their recommendations. My last dentist advised me I needed a deep gum cleaning and went to Dunwoody for a 2nd opinion per a recommendation from a co-worker. They checked it out and told me I didnt. Since then theyve earned my loyalty. Plus, they all have a great bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Amy and her entire staff are great! Dr. Amy goes out of her way to make sure you will be comfortable with her process and operations. I have been receiving her dental services for over 10 years. She has never scowled, grumbled, or exhibited a frustrated demeanor when I have asked question after question about my dental needs. Jamie and Jen are both great employees as well! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...THANK YOU AMY and EVERYONE ELSE!

Been going here for a couple years. Really enjoy each and every time I visit Dunwoody Dental. Love how Shasta remembers who I am by me just calling and giving my name, asking “how my family is doing and about our next plans for vacation(s)” opposed to just being just another patient. Also like how they present different options to you opposed to force placing their opinion for what they think is best for you. Im currently relocating to the Tampa Area and I dont plan looking for a new dentist. I will surely be making the pilgrimage twice a year for my cleanings. High-quality help is very hard to find.

Great office. Joyce, dental hygienist, is very thorough and never seems rushed. I have been very pleased with Dr. Lopez Torres, as well.

Wonderful staff and dentists! Went for four years, and would have kept going if I still lived nearby. I had a bunch of work that had to be done, and they helped me through it all with professionalism and laughter. Even had some problems with a crown, and they took care of it in all the best ways. Cant say enough - wonderful practice!

I’m so greatful to finally find a dentist that is perfect. I was recommended by a co worker and won’t hesitate to recommend anyone from this day forward. I have always had bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. The first visit Sarah sat with me and talked and made sure all my conserns and worries where in mind and aware. It was amazing. The next visit was the visit I was most worried about, fillings and all. Dr Amy Hertz was amazing! Can’t express! I did have a little anxiety and she calmed me and made me feel so much more at ease.
