What I most enjoyed about my visit is the efficacy. I was never left waiting around, At aspen they are getting things done. Your in and your out and the whole staff is pleasant while doing so.
I normally am not fond of dental work however my experience at Aspen in Sanford was great. If I leave out the whole needle to numb my face, that is. Everybody was friendly and professional. One thing I despise and usually find at a medical office is disorganization. The staff at Aspen is completely organized and efficient.
Staff was all super friendly and very understanding of my financial situation. They were quick at helping me get the funds I needed to get the work done. I would recommend to anyone to go there. Answered all my questions and I left very satisfied 😌☺🙂 thanks to a great staff and dental office. Look forward to going back...

The staff was amazing, very professional and welcoming. Dr. Trung ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was so kind and patient. Ashely took the time to explain my treatment plan to best serve my needs. My daughter had a positive experience and so did I.
I had an initial consultation where, at the conclusion, I met with the office manager to discuss scheduling the cleaning. I was quoted a price and advised of availability the following morning. Upon arriving the following morning I was sent to meet with another office manager and was told that, in fact, the quote I was provided was incorrect and the new amount would be greater than 2x the original quote I had already signed to approve of.I advised the office manager of my quote from the day prior and she offered to reduce the new increased price a little bit. When I advised I still did not want to pay the increased price, she put a pamphlet in front of me to tell me what will happen to my teeth if I dont do the cleaning as some sort of scare tactic. I advised I will do the cleaning at the agreed price which I signed for the day prior but they would not honor it.Theres two scenarios: 1. Managerial negligence in which they have employees giving quotes who are not qualified to do so, or 2. bait and switch tactics are how they operate. Either scenario led me to not move forward with using Aspen Dental in Sanford again.

Never been to a dentist office that made me feel important. The office in Sanford Florida on Rinehart made me feel like that way. I did not feel ashamed of my teeth and appreciate their kindness 🌸😊
Seems like all dental places have become very expensive these days. Taking that out of the equation, I have to say that my expecience there was very good. The people there were nice and the procedure went smoothly.
Wow! I have to be honest, I have sensitive teeth. SUPER sensitive. I often end up weeping during procedures. When Dr. Hernandez and Alex were working with me, they were awesome. They made me feel at ease. But more than that, I feel heard. All my concerns were met with honest feedback and professionalism. Not pushy, but gave recommendations based on the best options for my health. They offer financing and the office staff is accommodating. My crown fell off last night and I had an appointment this morning. Great people to work with. Clean and new facility. HIGHLY recommend.
From Ashley explaining the check in, then Maria being so careful with X-rays on my sore teeth, then Amanda being ever so gentle with checking my gums to Dr. Sandra knocking it out of the park with my exam and treatment plan, They are the BEST👏🏻The best review is to say, I am going back for the treatment!!!

Best, most painless dental visit ever! My first time there, the staff were all very informative, friendly, professional, and the wait for an emergency procedure wasnt too long. They have sophisticated high tech equipment Ive never seen before, and explained the procedures I should get in the near future to improve my quality of life. Ill be scheduling my second visit in a week or so.
You guys overcharge almost everything. all these people want is money and will stop at nothing to take every penny from your wallet. it isn’t always about the money, and these people are the complete opposite of honest.
I was treated so gently and the employees at Aspen Dental were so nice. They feel like family now. And I look forward to my next visit.Even the equipment that was used was so modern and clean. I was very disappointed. I went to inquire about new upper dentures. I wanted to price the new click in denture. With a 25% discount they wanted over $14,750 dollars for them. It’s no wonder that people neglect their oral health. Clearly on the very wealthy can do this.
Overall I had a good visit the staff is friendly and polite made me feel at ease.I am confused though about the Covid. They require masks to be worn any out of office even though I’m fully vaccinated with proof. But amazingly as soon as you step behind doors into the examination rooms a mask goes away the Covid goes away.So it raises concerns. If the vaccine is supposed to protect me and those around me why am I wearing a mask in the doctors office. If the mask is in effective why are we getting it. Aspen Dental has a corporations to do the staff and patients favor and get rid of the mask mandates. The mask does nothing
I was impressed with how the dental tech took the time to carefully work around my gums. I have had experiences with other dentists that would tear into the gums to get them clean.
Run don’t walk away from this place. They had a dentist that put a filling in wrong. Had to have it redone. Still not right. Now need root canal and crown. Original dentist left. They admitted she did filling wrong. Find another dentist. Aspen is the worst.

I was terrified to visit a dentist before I had my first appointment with Aspen Dental. Since I had a great experience with the dentists and staff, I will have no anxiety when I go back for any procedures or cleanings. There were NO COMPLICATIONS after the procedures. A 5 STAR rating goes to each person working there.

Horrible service. They tell us they take our insurance and then when we book the appointment and show up for the appointment then is when they say they do not except our insurance. They also claim the local office called 3 time over the weekend to let us know about it. The last I checked office was closed on the weekend.

I made an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. They were very flexible and helpful with getting me in on a time worked for my schedule. When I arrived the office was immaculate and they were very precautionary the entire I was there due to covid reasons. The doctor I meet with was very educational and willing to work with me. They got me in on a same day extraction that was painless and quick less then 30 minutes to pull 3 teeth. I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank you to Dr. Truong and Dr. Hernandez for phenomenal work they do!
As someone that does not look forward to visiting the dentist I have to say that I have had the best experience with Dr. Troung, Alex and Amanda. First time to any Aspen Dental. Everybody was super friendly and safe. Staff explained procedures and insurance details to where I understood exactly what was needed. I’m happy I went.
They are very nice and made me feel really calm while there and thats saying something since Im normally scared of going to the dentist. They also work with me to fit everything into my budget.
I was very impressed with this dentist office their technology superseded anything Ive seen so far and the staff was very polite and helpful even Alex offered to get me a glass of water or a blanket while I waited for the hygienist I was completely enthralled with this dentist office.
I visited this office on 7/19/20 and office manager, Margie, offered a payment plan for my treatments. Margie provided a document for me to sign which showed the total balance and monthly payments which I signed. She then gave me another document to sign which showed the total balance and the interest rate which was 24.99%! Margie at no time explained how the credit agency worked or how much the interest rate was before giving me the forms to sign. I did not sign this document and told Margie to cancel the entire thing because I was not going to pay such a high interest rate. Margie stated she could not cancel it because she had already submitted the first document and it had been processed. I again told her I wanted it canceled and she said she would have to do it the next day. On 9/07/20 I received a statement from Genesis Credit with an outstanding balance and a payment due on 9/21/20. I called Aspen on 9/08/20 and was told by Natalie that Margie was not in and that she would relay the message to her or call me back the next day. Margie nor Natalie returned my call and I called back on 9/10/20 in which Natalie again told me that Margie was not in and promised that she would relay the message to her or a regional manager to contact me. Natalie never returned my call so I contacted the corporate office in New York on 9/10/20. Ashley issued me a refund and said she would have a regional manager contact me to discuss what happened. I also contacted Genesis Credit and Experian to dispute account and to have account removed from my credit history. Due to Margies lack of responsibility and inconsideration, I have been very inconvenienced and my credit scores could be greatly affected by having this account removed from my credit history. Do not recommend this place and getting a call back now to say sorry does not fix a thing after being inconvenienced and being put through this experience.
This was my first time going to this location and I thought it was pretty cool... My appointment was 11:00am & I didn’t get called in till 11:07am... then when I got in there I had to do the normal scan & etc... now to the part of me waiting to see the hygienist which took forever and when she’s done I now have to wait another hour to see the actual dentist! I was literally the person in the office! Was the appointment necessary if I still had to wait and hour to see both the hygienist and dentist!?

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in about seven years and my experiences to that point were awful from billing issues to scheduling issues but my first visit here at Aspen was fantastic I couldn’t ask for a better experience everyone was amazing everything went timely they were able to fit me in for additional work I needed same day. Great overall!

Needed a quick dentist visit to fix a couple of issues that Greenberg caused. Was extremely upset. I had procrastinated on and had become critical. Contacted Aspen Dental and they were very accommodating with my visit and Aspen takes almost every insurance out there. Who knew? Very polite and courteous and friendly. A positive experience no doubt. Plus affordable, competent and very professional. Definitely, recommend!!
Listen to the patient!!!! I went to this location because it was closer to me, I went in to get a chipped tooth looked at and to see if I could possibly get it filled or removed. The dentist Duy V Truong recommended a crown plus a deep clean. Advised not to have the tooth pulled due to not feeling pain and the tooth being health, though the chip is close to the nerve. But he even stated the X-ray only shows a portion of what is going on in the tooth, I have minor pain now may be due to them touching it, I dont know. But after going over payment options I refused and decided to leave, after talking with family I decided to have the tooth pulled instead. I called the facility to see if they can just pull it. Duy refused to pull it saying it goes against his morals! What!? I had to call another facility and will be getting it pulled there. I do not recommend going to this facility. I feel Mr. Duy was just after money. $2k+ for the crown and cleaning compared to maybe $160 for an extraction makes me wonder why he refused.
Unfortunately I do not recommend this place is awful I you do go find a second opinion before accepting services, no patient respect for their concerns and what they going thru they dont take care of your problem and on top of that prices are way too high and they dont so the job right. They take advantage of your pain and ignorance of the process to take advantage of you to take your money.
Quick an easy check up
I am a new patient and I am trying to be understanding. Yet I was given a quote about what I will be paying and literally laid 60 percent even before my up coming appointment. Only to come the day of my appointment to be told I owe even more then the first quote ?? By about 100 dollars more . Ok, why didn’t anyone tell me that two days prior when they give you the call to remind you of your appointment? They blamed it on insurance although I was told by billing the day I scheduled the appointment before hand they had already contacted my insurance and everything was varied and told me what I Owe?I fell blindsided a little bit I still paid the surprise raised about the day “OF “ my appointment due to the fact they had already gotten me in and most likely would have forced me to pay since I signed I will pay them . Something about billing and forcing someone to pay before a treatment rubs me the wrong way . But I’m trying to give them a benefit of the doubt . The staff seems nice, and the doctor seems nice . The only other thing that made me very very uncomfortable is tools were Already out before I was able to see them take them out of any clean individual patient packages ( I have been placed and they do it in front of you not just laying there ). I literally had to ask someone who worked there is that time clean ?? It looks kinda weird aka used or old to me just being honest . It’s a health and safety matter to me . On top of that everything one the dentist came into the office he already had gloves on and moving from room to room ! Even he began to touch and exam my mouth abs one glove felt moisture, eww. I was freaked out to be honest and was very worried due to the fact I did not See Him change his gloves 🧤 once !!! Please have your STAFF change gloves in front of patents every time they enter a NEW room I do not care even if you walked out of my room went to another patient and came back into my room again as I waited to be numbed, please change your freaking gloves that’s so nasty. I even left after a procedure and the next day literally got SICK, sore throat sick and stuff nose . This was the only place I had been that day and only place I was around other people and I did not eat out or anything BEFORE or after This appointment. I serious think it’s because they were not changing their gloves and spreading germs .

Do not even consider going here. I went here for a third opinion, although the Dr was very through in my evaluation and took time to discuss my options. The cost for doing all the work was over twice the amount other dentists in the area were charging me for the same procedures. Absolutely insane costs, so please make sure to get a second opinion before having anything done here. Only two stars for the DR the rest is complete bull. Response to Owner; You didnt try to be competitive or this review would not be here. What you did is try to take advantage of someone in need. You and youre practice should be ashamed.

Waaayyyy to expensive. Can get the same work done at other places for half the cost.
My husband appt was at 8:45am and he left at 11:38am but loved their treatment. He is claustrophobic to dentists and I always go with him, this time I did not have to because he felt comfortable and at ease with Dr. Hernandez who explained everything to him in detail.

Worst dental experience of my life
Called for a dental emergency of a broken molar. Was put off ten days. Then I was told when I arrived I was there for a complete check up. This was a scam and a con . The only way I can get the tooth pulled is by the oral surgeon. Keeping in mind Ive had 2 other teeth pulled in the past few years. I was totally discussed. Im retired investigator this was a pressure con plain and simple. I walked out
I am extremely happy with my experience at Aspen Dental. I was in tremendous pain from a wisdom tooth and I found this office online. I am so happy Dr. Hernandez was able to see me within hours of me calling her office for an appointment. Doctor Hernandez and her staff did everything in their power to make sure i was as comfortable as possible. Everyone was so kind and down to earth. I will definitely be a return patient.

My dental experience was great. The dentist made me feel comfortable when extracting 4 teeth. He explained everything that he was going to do and numbed me really well so that I wasn’t in any pain. However I had a billing issue that I called every other day for over a week to get resolved and I spoke to Andresha, Natalie. Each time I called I was told that they will call me back that day and no one returned my call. I was the one calling back to go over my eob from my insurance and what I paid. Finally I called back today and spoke to Margie who put me a long hold to get her notes together. She had an attitude after I questioned why it took so long for someone to call me back to explain the billing errors. She proceeded to say that they had emergency patients and that she wasn’t staying till 9 o’clock to call me back after she was the one that told me she would call me back that day. My problem is the lack of concern about my issue and then not calling me back as they said they would. Even if they didn’t have an answer someone could have called me back to advise that they were working on it instead of telling me that she wasn’t gonna stay in the office till 9 o’clock to call me back. I find that she had an attitude and was talking over me and yet my issue is still not resolved and what she was telling me was confusing. I cancelled my next appointment and will not return to that office again. I feel that Margie was very unprofessional and at the end of the day I am a paying customer and only want my billing issue resolved.
My experience was great. The lady that took my x-rays was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Also, Margie did a wonderful job explaining my dental plan and finances.

This appointment took 2.5 hours, most of which was spent sitting in a dental chair waiting for someone to acknowledge i existed after i was called back. On top of that, i was Misdiagnosed with severe periodontal disease. Was told by the dentist I brushed too hard, told by the hygienist I had gum recession and loose teeth, then waited another 45 mins for a receptionist to come back and get me and tell me I had severe periodontal disease with bone loss and needed to make an appointment ASAP to begin treatment that cost $750 after insurance and then visit every 3 months at $132 so we can save the bone I have left or my teeth will fall out. She was also really pushy with scheduling me the next day to get started and wouldn’t explain much else except I could finance it and didn’t understand I’d have to think it over and get a second opinion and call back. In fact, I wasnt able to leave without making an appointment.I called my insurance who suggested a second opinion and I did just that. The dentist I ended up going to was more thorough jn explaining everything and took less of my time only to be more thorough with an exam. Diagnosis-I don’t have loose teeth or periodontal disease at all, let alone severe, I brushed too hard.Needless to say I called and cancelled that appointment- Aspen Dental...lose my number.
They did a great job. Everyone was nice and attentive. Keep in mind they are a chain and publicly traded company so you can probably find the same services much cheaper elsewhere if youre looking for a turnkey dental provider.

Nice people but every time I call to schedule an appointment or an ask for a total I don’t get no type of response. They want me to come out of pocket and pay 524 to get 4 teeth pulled out. So I ask them can they contact my insurance cause I believe my insurance cover most of dental and I haven’t heard a word back from this office.
Front desk extremely nice. Ex-ray tech very nice. Dentist horrible! Waited for her to the point I was ready to go home. I said Im calling my insurance company this is crazy. To my surprise she was done hanging out doing nothing. She was rude when she looked at my teeth and explained nothing. So I left! I found a new dentist. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Not only that I didn’t do the service because they wanted to force me to take medicine I didn’t want to take I paid 887 for a procedure I decided not to move forward with and will not refund my money it’s been 4 days fighting for my money and they will not refund!!! No one ever enjoys visiting the dentist, but if you have to, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and professional. I gave 4* only because I had a billing issue once and no information provided when the office closed due to Covid-19. I had just gotten a root canal with a temp filling and was trying to schedule the crown, but no one responded to voicemails. Otherwise, my experiences, which are many, have been very good and I recommend you give them a try.

The manager is rude and has zero customer service skills; not sure she has dental experience at all. The dentist is hostile and has zero bedside manner. Dont go to this office! My first visit started great. The X-ray tech was fantastic. She was fast and friendly. The hygienist was good too. Then it all fell apart.After the hygienist checked my gums, her and the X-ray tech left the room. They told me the dentist would be in to see me soon. I know soon is a relative term, but after a 1/2 hour still nothing. Finally the office manager came in and told me the dentist was doing surgery and it would be a bit longer. So we just rescheduled me for the next available later appointment. Why couldn’t they have just done the cleaning while I waited for the dentist?The next appointment day arrived. I’m pretty excited as I know the cleaning will happen this time. After arriving they tell me to complete the new patient packet. The same packet that I already completed last time. I told them as much, and they said they have no record of that. This is starting off badly, but it can only get better right?After getting called back the same friendly X-ray tech talks to me and preps me for appears to be my cleaning bib. She leaves. After ten minutes, she returns and says the dreaded, “The dentist is in surgery and will be right with you.” I know where this is headed. I asked her how long because this is what happened last time. She tells me she will find out. After fifteen minutes of not hearing anything I take off my bib and start to leave when the dentist finally come in to see me. She examines me and tells me we’ll work on a plan.Now, I am told to have a seat in the waiting room so they can finish my plan and schedule my cleaning. Schedule my cleaning? After two attempts they still are not going to do my cleaning today? I told them to just call me.They convinced me to wait; the office manager said it would only be five minutes. I sat in the waiting room and saw her call another family. I began to Google other dentists in the area. I found a couple to call. After fifteen minutes, I went to my truck and called another dentist.I made the awful assumption that I was still wanted at Aspen. My thought was if they wanted me there they would call me. They never called me. Not even after I drove home.I did call them to see what my options were to get my x-rays. I told them I would be coming in to sign the release papers. This was the last chance I wasgiving them. I thought the office manager would want to talk to me. Nope. She didn’t even know or care that I was there.Absolutely awful experience.

I always have a pleasant experience (as pleasant as it can be at a dentist office). The staff are very friendly and I dont feel rushed. Everything is very clean and the prices are comparable.
Went in just for a filling on a broken tooth. Was very clear from the beginning when I made the appointment this is all I needed. I show up for the appt. And was made to go through xrays and an inspection exam stating the whole time that I am here simply to fill in my chipped tooth. Was told by them that oh this is complimentary and included and blah blah. I said ok well I came here for a chipped tooth repair when can we start on that. Oh after all these exams. So exam is over get asked to go into an office to meet with some person. Turns out its a sales gimmick. She starts going over all these things I need how much they are how they offer financing all the tactics. I said I simply came here to repair my chipped tooth I have been very clear that was it. She had to go ask the doctor if they could just that. Comes back saying yea we can do that. I can set you an appt tommorow. Wait what. I set this appt to fix the tooth I told everyone I spoke to at this place this is what I wanted. Now I wasted a couple hours of my day here for your sales exam? So I come in the next day for the repair which took about an hour like I expected the day before. Later in the day as the numbing wore off I noticed that there was a really excessive thickness to my tooth now and they hit when I closed my mouth. The back of my tooth was so built up that it hit my other teeth when closed. I called and made another appt for them to fix that. Doc simply grinds down the back just enough my teeth dont hit any more. Now its misshapen on the back of the tooth and wavy. I guess atleast it doest hit anymore. I have this tooth fixed previously years ago and the repair chipped out. So thats why I had to replace it. This offices repair is very subpar compared to the previous one.
I cracked a back molar. I went to get it worked on hopefully not extracted. Appointment was 4:00. Had two extras waiting an hour for the dentist to come in and say it needs to be extracted. They will schedule me to come back. So I paid $131.00. They wanted to schedule me for the extraction for $262.00 and wanted at least half up front. I didn’t schedule an appointment! Won’t ever go back there. People were nice though!
Very helpful and sweet. Got my tooth out and I’m so thankful!! They’re my new dentist.... from the great guy at the front desk to the office manager, they were all just a blessing.
