Best haircut I’ve ever had! I told Luis to do his thing and he absolutely went out of the box and killed it! This is my new spot. Even if I move far from it. World class is absolutely right!

I had the pleasure of getting a cut from the entertaining and extremely hospitable, D., The Barber. The brother was incredibly friendly and attentive to every aspect of my cut. His conversation was engaging and thoughtful and he and his co-worker, Denise were perfect hosts. Its why my son, whose 23, and I go there whenever we need a cut. Jersey dudes need to keep they lines straight 😉

I usually dont write too many reviews and with the pandemic going on, I have been giving businesses the benefit of the doubt but this is an experience I had to share.I booked online for a 9:30 appointment with D tha Barber. I got there at the appointment time and was greeted by the lady behind the front desk. She finished up something at the desk and walked over to an open chair and pointed at it. I figured this was my cue. She begins prepping herself to give the hair cut and I let her know oh, I scheduled online for D and she stated he isnt in today. I figured, oh ok no worries. Just didnt want D to come in and see someone else taking his customer. Its all good. She begins cutting my hair and I asked for a Faux Hawk with a 2 on the sides. For most of the hair cut its all good. She then gets to the hair dryer portion where she has my hair in a brush and kind of drys it with a twisting motion while blowing it with the dryer. The blow dryer was so hot and so close to my scalp for an extended amount of time that it started to hurt my scalp but I just went with it. She then started to do the same on the other side and I couldnt bear it anymore, I had to pull my head away because it was burning that much.She then gets to the straight razor portion on the back of my neck. She applies the after shave and I noticed it burned a little more on one spot then the other spots and still think w/e about it. I then hear the stylist next to us say apply pressure. She then proceeds to apply pressure to the side of my head that hurt more because she cut me with the straight edge razor. She didnt even tell me it had happened. The only way I knew was because the stylist next to us said something. At this point, I am ready to go. She unties my smock and didnt ask me how it looked or anything. I should have taken a second to look at it in the mirror but I was ready to be done with it. I paid and then left, never to return. I dont know what her name is because she never introduced herself and barely said anything the entire time. Maybe because she was wearing a mask she didnt want to talk so thats fine but at least introduce yourself.I have never had to go to another place to get my hair fixed but that is what I am doing tomorrow. I was trying this place out to help support the local businesses but I will just stick with my usual place now. I know one experience shouldnt determine the place as a whole but this was just too bad to let go.

Excellent barbershop I have been going to since day 1 when I was working next door. Even now after moving I still make sure to go only there! Friendly service, very accommodating, and most importantly the best haircuts! Luis there is an Artist!!! Other barbers very skilled too in a multitude of styles. Highly recommend!

Buddy let’s me come in for a walk in and doesn’t disclose to me he only does appointments.. let’s me sit there for 30 min while he cuts someone’s hair only to tell me I have to wait for the other barber to come in because he will not take walk ins.. Thanks for wasting my time.

The lady that cut my sons hair had zero personality. She was rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. She was rough with him and didn’t give exactly what he was asking her. My husband also went there the same day and the guy that did his hair made a bald spot in the front of his hair. No Bueno!

I’m the manager of the game store next door to this shop and I saw a dead bird out front in plain sight. After a while no one had done anything about it so I decided to sweep it into a nearby planter. A barber came outside and yelled at me in front of his customers and mine. I apologized but he continued yelling, calling me a child and threatening me saying he would be watching me. I swept the bird away to a different planter.

Darius is a top barber! This has been the best haircut and barbershop experience that I have had since living in Florida! I really appreciate the great customer service and great professionalism that Darius always provides.

I’m a very happy customer! This is one of the most professional barber shops Ive visited. Very kid friendly, clean, and the barbers are very professional. Andrew did an excellent job on my childrens hair cut. I actually followed him from a different shop. I also love the fact that this shop is versatile and multicultural.

Finally a place that does good haircuts for a fair price. I started coming here a few months ago after my old barber started getting greedy with pricing. Cool staff and always willing to help and get the work done fast.

Just got my first cut from D and my man killed it, as advertised. I had my hard part messed up from a bad cut somewhere else last time and D fixed me up right like it never happened. Good atmosphere and barber shop conversation in here too. Do yourself a favor and hit up D for a cut!

I moved to Lake Mary about 6 months ago and struggled to find a good place to get a cut anywhere in town. Ive been coming here for my last 5 or 6 haircuts and will not go anywhere else. These guys go the extra mile to make sure that the cut is what you want and even a bit further with the straight edge to make sure you are extra clean looking! Get you cut here you wont be disappointed!

Ive been taking my 10 year old son to get his hair done by Luis for almost 2 years now, and he always does an amazing job! He takes his time and cares about the style you want. Place is clean and people are friendly. I highly recommend!

This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. There was a worker outside smoking by the door. When I walked in no one greeted me. They had me wait ten minutes until someone decided to tend to me but only after I decided to get up and leave. The establishment is well maintained but the customer service is poor.

Worst haircut experience in the world. Because of this haircut experience I had to wear a hat for about two weeks constantly, and hats give me a HEADACHE. The barber obviously did not know what he was doing. I will never go here again. The wait time was outrageous and the were barbers sitting around playing with their phones. The 1 star Im giving them is honestly too much. If I could give them negative stars I would. And the worst part of it all, is that I was in Florida for vacation, this haircut made me completely self conscious and ruined my entire vacation experience. F. Y. I. this is not a hacked account, Ive had this account with Google for over 10 years now. Yall just messed up!

I just moved into town from Washington D.C. I went to google search and stumbled across this gem of a barbershop called Klippers. I received the most incredible and professional service from a barber that I have received in quite a long time. Its official...!! This is my new barbershop and Luis is my new barber...!! Five star service all the way. Stop searching for a good barbershop because Klippers is a GREAT BARBERSHOP!

I needed a haircut badly and we are new to the area so I contacted them before heading out since it was New Years Eve. The posted hours are until 7 pm but the person on the phone said they would be open til 6. I asked to make an appt at 530 but was told to head over and 530 would be fine. When we arrived at exactly 530 (as I had to work that day), I was very rudely met outside the front door and told that they were closed. I said that I called ahead earlier that day and was told that 530 would be fine. The person (who I later learned was the owner) was very unpleasant and I was turned away rudely a second time. I said that I would not be back as I was told earlier that day that I could come at that time and he copped an even bigger attitude! Is that anyway to run a business? Just then, a nicer woman poked her head out and said she would take us. For a moment, I considered getting a haircut for both of us but then decided that I didnt want to do business with a place where the owner had such a poor attitude. I told the woman that I was uncomfortable with the place and then left. I made the decision not to spend my money where I am treated badly. I was excited to potentially find a regular barbershop to use but found the culture of this business to be toxic. My recommendation...STAY AWAY! I understand that it was New Years Eve and they wanted to close earlier, but dont tell a potential customer to come down and then be that ugly when the customer actually arrives.

Ive been coming to this barber shop for over a year and I can easily say that this is the best spot in Sanford. The shop is clean, all of the barbers are extremely professional and personable.

Ive tried so many places I simply gave up. One day I stumbled upon this place off Rinehart and I was highly impressed with the barber Luis. Hes by far one oif the best barbers in town. Very professional and talented. Im a performer and its imperative I look my best in front of an audience. Luis ensures Im looking sharp. Make an appt as he stays busy. I once met the owner who takes pride in his place and listens to customers. Very reasonably priced and clean.

I came in for a haircut because it has great reviews on Google and they even advertise walk ins welcome on their storefront. However I walked in and was not greeted by anyone which is somewhat understandable since all barbers were currently busy, however this isnt the first time Ive ever been to a barber shop. Even if barbers are busy they still say something along the lines of hello please sign in and well be right with you. That was not the case so I signed in and sat down to wait. I waited for about 15 minutes and in that time three barbers finished with their clients and still didnt even acknowledge my presence. One walked right by me and stood outside smoking his vape while the other two went straight to the back. Nobody had the decency to at least say hey Ill be with you shortly or I have appointments today come back later which I would have understood and appreciated. But instead I wasted 15 minutes and have a terrible taste in my mouth from this shop. Definitely do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. They also need to work on their website.

Tried to give this place a chance (for the third time). The customer service is ok and there is absolutely no organization on how they run the shop. They put a sign in sheet which is useless because they let people cut in line. When I spoke up, I was made to seem like the bad guy. Wont be coming back... Disappointed. Stopped in last night without an appointment, and was able to get a haircut right away. The gentlemen who cut my hair did an overall pretty good job. However, his electric razor also was pinching me a lot and felt like it was damaged but he was still using it. And when using a straight razor, he cut me up a lot to where I was bleeding on my neck and mustache area. He didnt ue any kind of hot towel treatment, shaving gel, nothing.When it came time to pay, my barber did not have a way of accepting credit card, so he asked his coworker to use his square machine. The other barber did not have a square machine to take credit card, and replied I dont use those things, they take too much out of the sale. Super unprofessional to be talking about that in front of customers. Totally made me feel uncomfortable.You work for a business that allows customers to use that type of method, you should probably have employees that are on board with that idea too.Never had such a bad experience getting a shave in my life. Neck is in a lot of pain.

The customer service was weak as well as the haircut I got from the only lady in there. When I asked for a shave she look like didn’t want to do it and at the end it was not really good lined up. If you have people just starting cutting hair in this industry at least make sure someone that have been doing it for a long time fix the mistakes. Really disappointed.

I absolutely hate what they have done to my hair.I originally called to cancel to go to a better barber in Lake Mary but was told by my barber that he already had planned what he was going to do to my hair.I absolutely hate what they have done to my hair.He totally messed it up and you cant even tell what it is supposed to say.and the more I see it the more angry I get but theres absolutely nothing I can do to fix it except walk around looking like a fool for 2 weeks.thank you guys thank you very much I appreciate it a lot. Took my son and my friends son to get a haircut asked for a fohawk my son came out with a mohawk lines were very clean though my friends son asked for a fade and ended up just getting a one on the sides done by female stylist then went I went to pay with my card was told I had to go to the ATM when I called ahead they told me it would be $12 ended up being $20 I understand the design but it should have been $15 I will not be returning should have given 2 stars but it was very clean and the first barber was the only one to really conversate

I’m a female & I asked for an undercut, wasn’t even at all, asked for a design, wasn’t even close to it so I said just shave it & it’s so messed up i have to wear my hair completely down until it’s even grown back out & I always have my hair up. Learned my lesson to never go to the only female in a barber shop.

Not a very friendly place. Walked in, sat down, waited 15 minutes and not a single word was said to my friend or I. After being ignored for 25 minutes we left. I still need a haircut.

Ive been turned away as a walk in 3 times in as many months. Most recently by Luis on 1/18/18 with only one other person in the store, already in his chair mid cut, besides myself. Apparently customer service means nothing to these guys and the quality of the cut isnt too far behind. They just lost one customer who will never come back.
