Charlie jr, chair #2 is always friendly and talkative. Keeps a conversation going & is good at what he does. His work is always sharp and clean. Going on to my 3rd time coming to him with no disappointments.

Was waiting with my daughter outside for an hour and they totally skipped me going to the next person, acknowledged they skipped me and didnct straighten it out. Mind you they didnt even start cutting the other persons hair yet.

He pays attention to detail, takes his time, and provides great service . Carlos had me looking brand new, you could tell this guy’s expertise is cutting hair . I will for sure be coming back. Charlie was dancing around my chair, talking to everybody else around me. When he finished cutting my hair he left it up and gave me a brush to comb it out. When he asked me to sit in the chair next to him to comb my own hair out and I realized the back wasnt done the way I wanted it to be I asked if he can fix it and he said that that was another job. That I need to pay more money or a separate charge for a completely separate haircut. He told me that I need to stop playing games and take control of my life. nothing will probably come of this review since he told me he was good friends with the owner for like 10 years but it needs to be known that Charlie, usually in a red polo, is one of the worst there. Actually he is the worst one there due to this being the second time I go to him and hes done this type of move before. I went to three other barbers there and they are very friendly and professional. Charlie is their weakest link.

Ok i did have an issue with one of the barbers after long time coming here, but i talk to Cesar the owner of this place and he make me come back to fix the situation and refund my money. He was very nice and understanding. Beside my first issue with them this is a good barber shop

Have Mike cut your hair. He cuts my sons and boyfriends hair perfectly. He is the best. I promise that you will be satisfied. He cuts all types of hair.

Really upset with how my husbands barber Charlie treated him during his cut! This place is now called Uncle Johns Barbershop in the Seminole Town Mall. My husband has been rocking this long hair on the top, shaved on the sides type of style for awhile. And when Charlie was done with the shave on the sides part of his cut it was time to do the actual hair cut part for the longer part of his hair. Well, he had my husbands hair in a pony the whole time, and when he thought he was done with the cut he told my husband to sit down and comb the knotted pony tail mess out of his hair himself made by Charlie. (He put his longer hair in a pony to get to the sides). He finally combed it all out, with my help, and then asked Charlie to fix the back b.c he didnt angle it or cut the long part in the back at all. Didnt touch it. Charlie was disrespectful to my husband and told him that if this was a mechanic shop he would be charged twice b.c he did one job and was about to do another job. He told my husband to get himself together and take control of his life, and not to play games with him. All in front of me and another customer! Then he looked at me and asked if I was going to sign a document making this the last cut for him. He said it like a joke but he knew what he was doing when he said it, he was being so rude it was unbelieveable. I felt so uncomfortable. I just looked away from him at this point b.c I was blown away with his disrespect. Then he went to finish his hair in the back, did 3 snips that took 20 seconds, shook his head, said he was done and wasnt doing anymore.We left so in shock. I was so disgraced by his unprofessional. For someone who has been doing this for 10 years, he is very rude and has let his time doing hair get to his head!Now, we are headed home, and I need to fix my husbands hair! What an awful experience. Never going here again! And we really liked this place. All of the barbers do a good job and are nice, but for your sake if u want something specific and want your look the way you want it, do not go to Charlie. Because God forbid if you ask him to fix something!

I was there for an entire hour and twelve minutes and didn’t receive a hair cut or any type of help after I continuously asked if any barber was available

Disappointed. Stopped in last night without an appointment, and was able to get a haircut right away. The gentlemen who cut my hair did an overall pretty good job. However, his electric razor also was pinching me a lot and felt like it was damaged but he was still using it. And when using a straight razor, he cut me up a lot to where I was bleeding on my neck and mustache area. He didnt ue any kind of hot towel treatment, shaving gel, nothing.When it came time to pay, my barber did not have a way of accepting credit card, so he asked his coworker to use his square machine. The other barber did not have a square machine to take credit card, and replied I dont use those things, they take too much out of the sale. Super unprofessional to be talking about that in front of customers. Totally made me feel uncomfortable.You work for a business that allows customers to use that type of method, you should probably have employees that are on board with that idea too.Never had such a bad experience getting a shave in my life. Neck is in a lot of pain.

I just brought my son in for a haircut and a very unprofessional very rude barber Hayward Hooker, Inc ruined my sons hair! When I went to the owner Caesar for a second opinion his idiot barber Hayward become hostile, insulted me and the owner did nothing. Maybe you should allow experienced barbers to rent chairs in your shop, because ultimately they represent you and your business! As to you Mr. HAYWARD maybe you should learn some customer service and take a refresher course on cutting hair since you sucked so bad! Hows that for being Fake you idiot!! Do not allow Hayward to cut your hair if you go there!!

I loved Charlie jrs work. The one in chair # 2 I was never cut off by my children like the barber charlie jr. I had been looking for a barber for 3 years to give him a good job to my 3 child and he treated them with kindness. The children who always scream and kick and he knew how to deal with them I cut them two by three. I fall in love with your skills Charlie you are the best you have the client for ever thank you so much.
