I absolutely LOVE coming to this salon. Ana has been my stylist for over a year now. She is absolutely AMAZING and has many loyal clients! She’s gracious to be around and she is bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English). They also have other great stylists thereas well.

I arrived a few minutes b4 scheduled time Angela didn’t acknowledge my wait until about 10 minutes later, she asked me to come back an hour later. I explained to her just what I needed. A simple haircut with a clean edging/lining. I felt like she was straight out of Cosmetology school and I was her first cut. She ask me if I had a relaxer you can look at my hair and tell I relax my hair. She said she like to cut then wash that was okay with me. During the cut I noticed long pieces of my hair was hanging down, I pushed it out of face only to realize she cut my length then she told me it was in the way. I have a very basic cut so there wasn’t any hair in the way. She told me my ends were damaged, when I mentioned to her you didn’t cut my ends she said something but I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of the chair. She knew I was frustrated.After she cut me she start putting mousse on my hair, I told her I want my hair washed. I’m so UNHAPPY with the service I received I will never go back to that salon. I should have given her a mint because her breathe was horrible. I’m normally not agitated but my haircut looks terrible. Never again!!!!!

Went in to see about getting a haircut and the lady I thought was a customer turned out to be the only employee they had working, she was too busy highlighting her own hair using their product while she was on the clock and told me to take a seat and she would be with me in 30 minutes when she finished then told another customer that came in behind me that I was next and that she would have to wait until she finished her hair and finished with me. What kind of service is that!

The worst hair dresser ever. I went with my wife and my kids. He destroyed my wifes hair. It is unfair to give him one star because he even doesnt deserve it. These people came from street to to cut people hair. No talent and no experience and even expensive 😠😠😠

The one on Rinehart in Sanford completely messed up my husbands hair and my sons completely uneven worst haircut ever

Service was so bad I wish I could put 0 star. The hairdresser barely asked me what I wanted and when I tried to explain her and show a picture she was like Mhh mhh okay. but she didnt even care and started cutting and chewing her gum all the time around me. Then came the hairdresser, a guy and he just sat next to me and watched me all the time. I didnt feel comfortable at all I was so stressed. At the same moment the lady was still exploding my head with the cutting machine and the scissors she hurt me like 10 times without even saying sorry. You could see she wasnt skilled enough cause she kept on cutting and cutting when you do that it means you get it wrong so you try again and again... a good hairdresser knows how to do the right cut without cutting more hairs than what hes supposed to. And then at the end I was like and what about shampoo and everything... She said she forgot. No but for real, thrust me and avoid this place.

Great techs but through no fault of their own they are constantly understaffed. I got exactly what I asked for.

A good place for hair grooming

Im visiting from New York so I asked the women how long is the wait for a wash and blowout . I also told her I have tape in hair extensions if they are familiar with working with them. She said yes have a seat 20 mins. Ok no problem. 20mins 30mins 40mins now an hour as two clients passed me by with appointments . I ask the same women whats going on Ive been waiting for a whowh she yells at me I have to take my appointments first! (Like dont tell someone 20 mins if you know you have ppl coming) so the other women tells me she will be right with me . I waited this long so why not. I wait another 20 mins. Now this women takes me very friendly at first I tell her about me extensions shes totally puzzled and says Ive heard about these never seen them before . This is my mistake I shouldnt have let her touch my hair. Being shes not familiar I tried to give her a few tips on how to handle my hair. When I told her be careful shes pretty much brushing my extension and ripping my hair she got very defensive saying Im trying my best . Like any hair stylist would want your input if they are hurting you and not get offended and apologize right away. NEVER AGAIN

If youre going to have no skill, you might as well have good service. But they dont even have that either.

Not happy I went in to get my roots died it was $150 and did not even do it well now I had to go some were they charged me $39 said they never heard of someone charging $150 dollars to dye your roots

Too bad you cant leave without stars. My son had long, beautiful hair. I just wanted him to cut it a bit and give it more shape, I showed the lady a photo and said mmm if its okay. I had my other two children with me so after explaining to the lady I started to see the other two, she said it was okay that she understood, but she did not seem friendly, when I turned to see my other two children she The razor had gone through the back and cut off almost everything 😱 his hair had blown off, I told him I didnt like it and then I was going to fix it and I left it horrible, apart from the fact that I shave it, I left it shapeless with a bundle of hair on top. Besides that they are not friendly, they seem to have no idea what they do. I never go back to a hair salon at Walmart, much less this one. I hardly ever write about a place but this was a total disappointment especially when my son came out crying!
