I came to this shop with my son a couple of weeks ago. I planned for both of us to get cuts but was apprehensive because most of their advertisement advised they specialized in mens grooming. There was no wait for the barber. My son went first. When he was almost finished, a man walked in and asked for a cut. The barber advised him he was next. When I paid for my sons cut, I told him I wanted my haircut as well. The barber advised me I would have to wait. This man was a walk-in. He did not have an appointment. Instead of making things right with me who was there first, he said I would have to wait. I am a woman who wears a short hair style. Typically a barber would ask before moving on to the next customer after seeing my hair style. This place really gave me a Men-only vibe. I wont be going back. My money is green and will spend just fine somewhere else. I would also question the accuracy of their rating considering they have a sign advising a free drink for a 5 star rating.

On God. This is the place to go. Striaght up. Ive literally gotten a cut from ALL the barbers. 🔥🔥🔥 barbers in this establishment. Fair pricing. Comfortable family friendly vibe. If you need a cut and you live in the Sanford/lake mary area this is where you need to go. Youre doing something wrong with your life if you dont go here for a cut.

Where do I begin.... Yesterday I called Flawless Cutz and was told the wait time was 10 minutes, so I headed to the shop. When I got there all the barbers were mid way through cutting other clients hair so I waited. After waiting an hour with no one in front of me and nobody else in the lobby. The Barber that got to cut my hair (3rd chair in) I had to continuously give him instructions how my fade and line up should look and I still wasnt satisfied with what he was doing. To put it in simple words, I was one step away from just grabbing the clippers and doing it myself. Keep in mind I asked for a simple skin fade and lineup including my beard. At the end of it all a $25 hair cut, cost me $40 when I checked my account after I left. This cut is by far the worst cut EVER. Now I know who ever responds to this review from the shop will ask me to give them a second chance. Well to save you the trouble, while sitting in the chair I started to look around at some of the other people in the other chairs and noticed their cuts were just as bad. No second chance here. This morning I when to Platinum Barbers in Lake Mary to fix my hair. To top it off the barber that fix my hair asked me Did you cut your own hair. I couldnt help but start laughing.

Trying a new barber is always scary. Im so glad that I took the risk with this one. New to the area, Ive struggled to find a barber that I can trust, for two years. Used Booksy to setup an appointment with Bryan. Bryan was through and meticulous, exactly what I want in a barber. For him, this is an art, not just a job. Extremely satisfied with the result and the great conversation. Finally, I have found my barber!

One of the worst barber experiences I’ve ever had! I couldn’t have been more specific about how I wanted a beard trim and mustache length. What I got was the complete opposite mustache trim/length. I asked to keep it on my lip but I walked out with it high above my lip complete with a white wall. With beards and mustaches popular, you’d think they’d do a better job of LISTENING. The two stars are for wearing masks and being on time. Sorry guys, I was really hoping to find a beard barber that heard me and that I could be a twice a month customer with. I’m glad I didn’t chance a haircut!

Great barbershop. Usually go in with my kids and the first thing they do is hand me the remote to put on something for my girls to sit down and watch and wait. Never once had an issue with any barber. They are all knowledgeable in their craft.

Disappointed. Stopped in last night without an appointment, and was able to get a haircut right away. The gentlemen who cut my hair did an overall pretty good job. However, his electric razor also was pinching me a lot and felt like it was damaged but he was still using it. And when using a straight razor, he cut me up a lot to where I was bleeding on my neck and mustache area. He didnt ue any kind of hot towel treatment, shaving gel, nothing.When it came time to pay, my barber did not have a way of accepting credit card, so he asked his coworker to use his square machine. The other barber did not have a square machine to take credit card, and replied I dont use those things, they take too much out of the sale. Super unprofessional to be talking about that in front of customers. Totally made me feel uncomfortable.You work for a business that allows customers to use that type of method, you should probably have employees that are on board with that idea too.Never had such a bad experience getting a shave in my life. Very professional and clean barbershop. The customer experience is excellent. Easy to book an appointment and the barbers actually stick to the timeframe. I bring my son with me every time and they put cartoons on for him or do something to make him comfortable. I wouldn’t know what to do if this shop went away because I don’t think that I would get this type of service anywhere else.

Flawless cutz is the new spot to go get a haircut. All of the barbers are well trained and personable. It is a great spot to lounge— play pool or watch a movie and have a cool refreshment. All while you wait for a cut. Their walk-ins are in and out in 45 minutes. Keep up the great work.

I am pleased to say that I am satisfied. A few weeks ago I had a horrible experience at Klippers Barbershop. If you read my review you would know why. I stepped into Flawless Cutz hesitantly but was greeted immediately. The barbers were considerate and professional. Took my son for a skin fade the barber with the long hair to the left tells me he’s was in a hurry and couldn’t do a skin fade at the moment and offered to give my son a different length fade ... I settled for the cut he offered but is not what we went there for ....I still can’t believe he denied our request for a skin fade ...the hell kinda shop is this

First time being there was not so pleasant. The kid that was cutting my hair was not able to accept my method of payment (credit card) because the person In charge of the barbershop had already left for the night and did not leave access to the credit/debit card machine. One of the barbers wanted me to leave my license and go to Walmart to get cash. The senior barber’s reason for me leaving my license was “Collateral”. Then he wanted me to leave my phone since I refused to leave them my license which I didn’t leave either. I was not going to leave ANY of my personal belongings with them and they couldn’t force me to leave anything as it is not the customer’s fault you are advertising a method of payment that is dependent on a specific person being there or not. If For any reason I was to get stopped by a police officer and then the officer was to ask for my license what would I have said to the officer, “sorry officer the barbershop has my license for collateral reasons”?? In that situation the barbershop wouldn’t assume responsibility for a ticket related to me not having my license which would result in the haircut to be a very expensive one (ticket + haircut). As a business it was extremely unprofessional and the senior barber representing the business did not know how to handle the situation. Also adding to his collateral reason his comment was “bro it’s the barbershop you know how it is”... well no I don’t know how it is because on your website you are advertising the method of payments you accept which I was fully capable of executing. Regardless of what businesses it is that you are running customer service is very important, yet many barbers do not understand this and think they are exempt from it.

Was getting my haircut & surprised me with a cup of coffee. Great customer service and most importantly perfect haircut with no complaints at all & quick.

Went to this place based on the awesome reviews. Both my kids went to get a simple haircut and it was a total mess. First kid took over 45 mins to simply cut the sides, back and trim a little on top. Immediately after he was finished my son had a nasty rash in the back of the head and a cut by the ear. My second son didnt end up with a rash, but his haircut was absolutely atrocious. It was so bad that I told the barber to not cut him anymore.

Never have I been pampered this way! I owe it to myself to have this experience every month. Ivan maybe too busy, but his service is terrific, the atmosphere and the surroundings are very relaxing. Call ahead of time and book your appointment. Ask for the MVP service!!! I Cant recommend this enough. Try it!

Ivan is my barber and has been for years. Ive followed him from another barber shop. The prices are very fair and appointments are recommended although walk-ins are welcome. My chair is always ready for my pre-set appointment. My barber listens to what I want and makes recommendations as needed. Plenty of parking and professional yet Dow to earth environment. They also have a Billiards table, coffee, water and sodas.

Unfortunately not a very good experience. Ivan who I feel like is an owner does great but anybody else I’ve ever got a cut from seems half involved. Every time I leave from there I go home and use my own standard from the store whal clippers #2 guard and cut off a ton more hair. If I’m doing that then what’s the point of paying a person $20+ to then go home and have to recut your hair which is what I’ve done every time only bc I’ve wanted alittle extra attention to the hairline and trimming from what I can do solo?

I did not like my experience. I went in and told one of the barbers to give me a fade, and he didnt. He cut it super short and was rude. Practically took the money from my hands. Honestly do not recommend this place, there are better options.

Hes been nothing but understanding, respectful, knows my needs very well, intelligent. He uses new industry techniques to make sure my scalp never gets bumps...since I am very sensitive to bumps. Dont waste your time making an appointment because they wont honor it. I made an appointment for 1pm and later told him i had 2 toddler boys I was bringing in. He said fine 1pm will be no problem .got there and that same guy said Ill have to wait a little over an hour bc theyre 2 other walk ins(who didnt make an appointment) they have to take. Pissed! My sons are autistic and wont last waiting an hour+ thats why I made an appointment!!!!. Just be upfront and say you dont take appointments. Sooo frustrated! Wasted gas wasted time & energy!
