Im not sure what the deal is lately. Hours on website say they are open but the online appointment says this location and many others are closed. When I check on days open the wait list is ridiculous. 180 minutes, 240 minutes and it will only show 1-3 people working. Ive only used this location since it opened. My last two haircuts were elsewhere because of the above issues. These were taken off the website on Tuesday 9/28/21 5 pm. Same thing I saw yesterday.

I have used Sports Clips for nearly 15 years. Been to about two dozen stores nationwide. This store is struggling. Dirty and unkempt. I signed in and was waiting 20 minutes. Went next door to get a quick drink alerting the staff. When I returned they took a walk in ahead of me. Disappointing.

Wow, this place is great! Expected way less but got so much more. I would 100% recommend Kimberly as a stylist, she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and gave me a 10/10 experience. They have products for you and the price is right - Sports Clips has another loyal customer now thanks to Kim and their very enjoyable customer experience.

Update: Angela reached out rather quickly to get more input and apologize. She assured me this isnt typical. Thank you Angela.Went in today and selected first available, waited patiently for 20 min in the lobby as all hairstylists were cutting hair. Someone else walked in and chose Kim as their provider. 15 min later when Kim was available to cut my hair she walked up to the guy and whispered that Ive been waiting so in order to cut his quicker she would be in the back for a bit until I was taken by another stylist. About 20 min later Edele called on me and started my hair. Wouldnt you know that before I was able to sit down in the chair Kim was already bringing the other guy back to cut his hair. This was very unprofessional.I will say Edele did a great job and if it wasnt for Kim and the way she acted I would return. Have a great memorial weekend Edele.

Showed picture from my last haircut and she ignored it and cut my sides and back as short as possible. They refunded me and helped me fix the mistake. Great customer service.

My son is autistic, he normally does not like for people to touch his hair, as it is a sensory deficiency that makes him very sensitive to touch, especially on his head. Mrs. Linda was absolutely amazing! She took her time and let him take his time when need be, her patience was soo touching! No pun intended! Tylers haircut was one of the best he has ever received, and I told my wife that we will definitely be coming back to her! We have had experiences in the past were stylists were not as understanding, and that is very disheartening, but we know that those times are done, so long as Linda is available! Thank you again Linda!!!! And I pray that management sees this message as she deserves all the recognition that Sports Clips can afford her! She would make an excellent trainer in my opinion, and the type of person that represents your company in a wonderful light!!!

I checked in online at this sport clips. After rushing through traffic to get here I arrived about thirty seconds after I received a text that I was next. When I walked in I was told they had taken another customer and it would be 17 more minutes. Ill never be back.

As a first time visitor, I was impressed. Especially with the wash and massage. This will be my new place for haircuts.

They give great mens haircuts but if you need a womans cut then maybe reconsider

I loved this place! They give you every thing that you could possibly need massaging chair you get a shampoo and another massage. Very good. They do have issues listening though. I asked for a 1 and they gave me a 2. They clearly dont care.

I got home and noticed one side was longer than the other, hair still covered the ear and other side was high above the ear....was supposed to be 8.99 turned out 17.00..........I feel like a fool, l wrote a complaint about this business, problem is l drove by there one day before l got my haircut someplace else, Google Maps asked me to review and l gave my opinion...l am sorry for the negative comments after speaking with the district manager l am going to try them out in the next week or so.....l really feel bad about the negative comment, but do feel that since the district manager took the time to call, that shows me they care about the customer

Stylists here are great. Consistent expectation of a clean cut. Recently used them for a beard trim also. Great work. The hot towel and massage experience is relaxing, though I sometimes skip in favor of time. The pre-check in and times in their app are great too.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this place. These ladies rock! Ive been going here for a couple of years now and have had no problems...ever. Ask for Codi when you go in....she is AWESOME!! Tell her pretty boy sent you!

I have now used 2 different stylists there and both of them did a great job with my difficult hair. Also today they are doing a good job with virus control.

I have been this place and didnt like the service and behavior towards customer. They didnt value customers time. They are not improving there process for better customer satisfaction. To be specific anyone can come to store sign in and go out and come after 3-4 hrs and they will get always preference over people sitting in store. This is completely ridiculous. When I told to manger she checked the list and confirm me I will be next on n list when my turn came couple of folks came in and she told me to wait as they already signed in. I was waiting there for more than 1 hr and finally I decided to move out without haircut. I am never going to return back to sport clips. I know losing one customer for them is nothing. I will find better options than this I am ready to pay more. I found this place is really unprofessional and they dont know how deal with customer concerns.

Becer a long wait when I go

Everyone deserves a second chance. My biggest issue with this place is that they dont do appts. So I stopped by on a Sunday and there was about 5 ladies working so the wait time wasnt bad this time. The person cutting your hair really makes all the difference. I had Netta and will now always call ahead to see if shes working. She took her time on the wash and massage which is the best part. It was so nice and I tipped her accordingly.

Went for free Veteran day haircut. Got the VIP. My stylist was Brandi and she was great!! Said She didnt talk sports but actually she did know some stuff.

Ive had my hair cut (very short pixie) for a long time. I went there yesterday and there was 2 gentlemen ahead of me and 1 more showed up quite awhile after me. The girls were busy. They didnt greet me, they ignored me. They completed 3 men and they used their credit cards because they were discussing that the chip reader wasnt working. When it was my turn, they welcomed the gentleman that came in after me... still ignoring my presence. I quietly got up and left. Nobody ever acknowledged me at all.

This location is super convenient, but more importantly the staff (and haircuts) have always been first rate! They treat you right, whether you are getting the full treatment or just stopping in for a complimentary neck trim. The MVP package is a little more than I used to think I would pay for a haircut, but once you get one I think you will find it is very reasonably priced.

Please do not book your haircut with Nicole B….the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you would like to pay someone else after your haircut to fix her work, then book your appointment with Nicole.All she did during my haircut was complain about her life and how un-happy she is working at Sport Clips. If your that unhappy in your life, then find a new profession. I don’t need to hear about your life and your drama.

Now I didnt actually get my hair cut to be honest. And the normal location in Altamonte I visit is usually great. So this isnt a review on the actual cut but rather the complete lack of employee consideration. I walked in at 11am this morning. There were 2 guys getting their hair cut and 2 guys waiting. So I figured the wait would be too bad. Well the cuts were very slow and after noticing that there were 2 girls in the back whom could have come out at any time to help with the wait time I decided that waiting for 40min was my limit. The nice thing about a free market is that I get to choose with my feet. I will not be returning to location again.

I am very disappointed with my haircut. It came out exactly the opposite of what I wanted. The barber was very rough and ended up scraping my head and neck with the razor. The head massage hurt and the towel was WAY too hot. The back massage was barely 15 seconds long. I am very disappointed and I am embarrassed to even go out with this haircut.
