Speedy and kind with excellent customer service! They called me as soon as my vehicle was off the tow truck and got to work shortly afterward. When I arrived to pick up my SUV, I noticed that their facility was spotless and quiet. I did not have to wait at all to pay and was on my way in moments.They did not give me the run-around or try to upsell me anything else beyond the needed repair. Fantastic shop!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! Had bearing work done on a Toyota and it was ready earlier than we thought and at the price they quoted! Everyone was friendly and personable and the entire experience from the moment I called Emily to explain the issue, to setting up the appointment, dropping off the car, getting and explaining the estimate and then picking it up could not have gone any smoother! Motorworks is fair, honest, dependable and easy to do business with! I would not hesitate to take my car there again!

Took my car in with a shaking problem that other mechanic shops couldnt fix or figure out. They took the time (2 days) to find exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The owner was very patient and was always available to explain the process and to answer my questions. They even loaned me car so that I wouldnt miss going to work. The owners wife even went as far as picking me and taking me to the shop to borrow the car. Very happy I found this place and will continue to bring my car for any repair needs.

I have been trying for weeks to get my transmission checked out on my 03 Ram 1500 with AAMCO but theyre always slammed so I called Motor works and they looked at it just a FEW HOURS after I called. They gave me an answer in just a few minutes. Didnt exactly give me a straight answer but they gave me a professional and honest answer. Turns out no codes were coming up but he did warn me that it could go out soon due to high mileage. I recommend anyone to come to Motor Works for any automotive care. Theyre most certainly kind, professional and straight forward. They wont take you for a ride either. Driving here from orange city was well worth the drive.

My car broke down and the tow truck driver recommended this place because they were good people. He was so right! They were honest to tell me that the car may be under warranty but it required that I take it to the dealership. That meant that the work would have to be done elsewhere and they didnt even charge me for looking at the car. When I asked about that, they said, People have to help people. Their generosity will pay off. My friend will be coming tomorrow to get brakes done and I grabbed a few cards to share. Thanks Motorworks. Ill be singing your praises!

I highly advise finding another shop if vehicle older. I called got appointment and was told not willing to change distributor cap and rotor on a 1995 because another mechanical had done previous work. Wow a 25 year old vehicle wont give tune up because tooll old. Please stay away if older. He cherry picks jobs after saying he would do this shop sucks as I had was willing to spend few thousand but was turnedaway. I have a shade tree mechanic smiling after what I paid him

I came here about two weeks ago, and now am finally writing a review. My wife had been using this place for a good while before we got married recently, and had told me they were great in the past. My camrys AC went out unexpectedly and she sent me straight to here to get it fixed. Turns out, theyre just as good as shed been telling me. The work was done in a timely manner, the people were friendly and considerate, and the general atmosphere was one of welcome and care. You can tell these folks care about the work they do and are in it to be a good business. When it was all done and over, they went out of their way to find me discounts and got the price down considerably. Will definitely be returning in the future. :)

Alan has been more than professional and fair I have to take back my professional and fair response because he lied to the BBB that is bad. I took down bad review because I really thought he was an honest man that he said he was but now I find out he lies. To never admit that car would not start the day I paid 960 and went to pick it up. What was the problem. And say that he never asked me for a paper clip to start car ( I have a witness) is a total lie

Got my window regulator repaired here...great price and quick service. Window works better than new. I love the fact they call you with price before work is done. Also did an assessment of vehicle complementary and advised of potential issues with car, but not pressure sales to do it today!! Would recommend this business for auto repair.

Great Place and Excellent Customer Service! I moved from NC and was searching for a repair place for my car. I found this shop through AAA (they are an authorized AAA repair facility). I had to have a 4 wheel alignment and my brakes checked. The front staff was super friendly and helpful, and the shop did not try and sell me any services I did not need. They even sent me a Thank You note in the mail after the service, thanking me for my business! I will never take my car anywhere else in Sanford except Motorworks

Motorworks was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Angie was the only employee working the front desk because of the holidays and I was impressed with how efficiently she got customers through, answered calls and multitasked to get everyone helped in such an organized manner. My mechanic was Mike who showed me where another auto shop had messed up my car to where it could of been a bad situation. He was efficient and recorded the issue for me on my receipt. I took the receipt to the original place and they are refunding me fully for their mistake. Thank you Motorworks!Finally a place I am able to trust with reasonable prices 😃

My Volkswagen Tiguan needed a new water pump and upper brake arms which is pricey, especially since very few places work on VW. Im not going to say it was cheap, but Motorworks was the most reasonable I found and they gave me a free loaner car! Everyone is so nice there. My engine light came on Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend. My regular mechanic was booked solid and wouldn’t be able to get to my car until Tuesday so I scrambled and looked up the closest AAA shop I could get my car towed to. They were fantastic! Monica was super friendly and knowledgeable, they got my car in right away, fixed the problem, and got me back in my car before 4p.m. AAA discount included. Will definitely go back to them.

I have waited about a month and a week to write this review, and based off observation, customer service and great pricing, I really believe this is one of the best Auto Repair shops in Central Florida. Believe me I have been to a lot of shops in Florida, so far here at Motorworks of Florida I have had 5 complete repairs done that started with a simple and Very thorough Multi-Point Inspection. I have never received an Inspection that thorough and such a great price, and on all my repairs they were done very professionally and I didnt feel like they took my arm and leg and the quality of work you get while you here In my opinion is unseen in the repair world, quite frankly I dont see myself going to another Shop as I would have no need to do so. With this one being so honest and professional, and you can forget about dealerships I would never take another vehicle again to a dealership, they have become more than ridiculous. So if you would like an Auto Repair shop you can trust I would bring your vehicle here.

Waste of time, the tech had a attitude like he didnt want to do the work. I went for a simple tire balance but he informed me that my car was to low and it will take him over a hour to balance 4 tires because he would have to use a floor jack. I will not be going back there again!

Just got off the phone with Alan at Motorworks of FL. I am giving a review of how soon my phone call was returned on my question regarding my Moms Fiat 500 leaking vacuum pump. Alan was very helpful, spent 11 minutes answering my queries, explaining how he could save us money as perhaps we wont have to replace the pump (involving an expensive part only available from the Fiat/Chrysler dealer) as he may be able to repair if it only has a bad seal. Very impressed with his ingenuity, care, frankness and respect of our situation. That is a welcome to have such a conversation. Will decide if we go forward with repair. If so, WILL take to Motorworks of FL.

While writing this review, I want to say first of all, Im sorry that your vehicle isnt working! I know it can be a stressful time, given that I just had to deal with it myself. However, I want to let you know that if you are reading this review, you are looking into a fantastic business. I could not recommend them heavily enough.I went in because my car was suddenly deciding to overheat at the same time my air conditioning seemed to not be functioning correctly. I looked all over the internet before deciding to give Motorworks a chance, and I am so grateful I did. First of all, their customer service is so fantastic. They are kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming. Even despite the difficulties of the day, I found myself smiling when I was in their waiting room. Beyond that, they were very knowledgeable. It was clear that they knew cars and were able to help me through the entire process. they told me exactly what was wrong, and checked with me when fixing things. But the thing that stands out to me the most is that I had gone in to a few different places and have been charged a lot, and when I left, very little was fixed. They fixed the problem I was having and correctly diagnosed and fixed another one entirely. Ive never been so grateful. My car is finally working great again, and far better than when I took it in! Their rates and prices were fair and were a little less than I expected. But most importantly, they honestly and truly cared. They checked in afterward to make sure that the car was working, and I could not be happier with both the service provided and the customer service afterward. If your car is giving you problems, I would strongly recommend Motorworks of Florida. After my experience, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else if I could avoid it. I hope this helps!

This has been the best place I have taken my vehicle. The experience was fantastically great. They are on top of every part of your vehicle. They help u with what your vehicle and very knowledgeable on all types of vehicles. The staff is very helpful in explaining what is going on with it car/truck and tell u what the price and what is need to be done. The money spent her is very well spent. The ladies in the front are great and they bring price of mind that the vehicle will be fixed right.

As a woman, I am always skeptical whenever I take my car to a mechanic. But at Motorworks, I am confident that I’m getting accurate information and quality work, at a fair price. I’ve been there several times for various things, and I’ve even been escorted to the garage by the mechanic and shown exactly what’s wrong and how they’re going to fix it. They always work for a fair price and I trust them to take care of me and my vehicle! Very friendly trustworthy people.Although it’s not located walking distance to any places to wait for the work to be completed, like a coffee shop or restaurant, they have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary WiFi, snacks and drinks and freshly popped popcorn. They work quickly and I don’t mind waiting there at all!

Went in for a M/T fluid change and they did a great job. My car felt like it was shifting better as soon as a left the parking lot. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi and snacks so hanging out for a little bit was pretty relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great Auto Repair place. I needed my alternator replaced and they quoted me a fair 10% markup for the part where other places quoted me 50-60% more than what Auto Zone has (Always call Auto Zone to find out what parts are worth). The total quote for the repair was $350 while other places wanted to charge me $550. Had a problem with my Nissan that urgently needed to get fixed and since Im new I went to multiple mechanics to get it checked until I found Motorworks of Florida. As soon as you enter, the lady at the front desk is jolly and ready to help in anyway she can and it gives you a sense of peace. The mechanics know exactly what to do and they do their best to explain the issue aswell as try and lower the costs as much as possible. Im an Uber/Lyft driver so I go here a lot. Allen,Angela,Angie and all thier techs are AWESOME!!! Honest is my my next adjective. Recently I had my car in because it wouldnt start but had power from the battery. All things pointed to the main computer board being nonfunctional. Turned out it was just a loose wire going from my battery terminal to a fuse box. All that was required was tightening a screw. Some other mechanics out there may have taken me to the ringer for thousands of dollars. What was my cost? Nada, nothing. If you want quality, honest service go to Motor Works.

Fast, friendly, and AFFORDABLE. Brought in my 05 Uplander when the starter gave out unexpectedly. Explained my situation and they worked with me to get the repair done quick so I could still make it to work. Cheaper than any quote Id gotten for the same repair, and the people up front couldnt have been better with calming us down after the panic wed had. Honest, reasonable, friendly. Another shop advised I need to replace my wheel bearing and it was ok to drive. I got a bad freling so dropped my car off here after hours. After test driving they found the lug nuts were loose. They could have charged me to replace an unnecessary part and made alot of money. They instrad showed integrity💯 they have my loyalty and wont be taking my car elsewhere!

I have been here a couple of times for some wheel bearings and now an oil change. They work quickly and have good communication with you. It’s a much better experience than most other shops I have been at. I will be coming here from now on I need any work done on my cars.

I recently had brakes replaced on an older van. Very disappointed, I have been taking my cars to them for a few years but within the last year or so I have been very disappointed. 1st I took my van to have the A/C which was messed up, spoke with the owner n he apologize saying that everyone in the front got fired cause they have been causing a lot of miss communication w/the mechanics. So of course I gave him the benefit of doubt and took my SUV to them cause I had a coolant leak they told me it was the mount fold and gaskets everything else looks good $1000. 000 2 weeks after having it fixed I notice it leaking again, took it back was told that may take a few weeks but they will look, they called me and told they don’t see any leaks but they will keep and continue to see if there’s a leaks. 4:56pm I called them to see if my car is ready n they said ur has been ready since earlier. I asked what was wrong w/and was told the gentleman had left already, that she was not sure. I was told my car will b left outside w/the keys under the mat since they are closing. Got a call the next day and was told it was the claps on the hoses that was causing the leak so they tighten them at no charge. Well the leak is still there, took it this morning and NOW am told it’s the radiator and because it’s been over 2 months they can’t do anything about it. I’m so upset that I started crying, just because am a women doesn’t mean they should take advantage of me. I asked to have a print out of everything that has been done to my car. When I when to pick it up I was asked to sign a form that said N/C I told her no she said then give me back the paper’s, gave them back to here and left. Not once was I rude or disrespectful to them, yes the ladies up front are great but that doesn’t give them the right screw people over. VERY UPSET 😡

4th shop I spoke to about working on my modified 95 eclipse that couldnt help me. This is the only shop that actually tried to help me find someone that would work on it. Spoke to Allen and he suggested I take to his buddy at z tech and that he would take care of me. Seems like he genuinely wants to help the people that come to him with problems. All the others didnt want anything to do with me.

Well i have taken my car there on 4 different occasions and everybody there treats you like family and always makes sure you are getting your car fixed the right way and you can see they dont care about the price they rather see you go home with a safe car for your family. sanford fl needs more companies like this and so does other business they could learn alot from motoworks on how to treat people and not just look at dollar signs. once again thank you so much to everybody at motoworks

Payed $400+ to leave with the same problem that I took my car in with. I went in for a problem with my fuel system. They told me I needed a part replaced. I waited two weeks for the replacement to come in and took it in to be fixed. Clearly, when they work on your car they do not check to make sure that they actually fixed the issue before handing you the keys back, because I drove off with the same problem I had before bringing it in. In fact, the problem was worse than before. I went back less than 20 minutes later to tell them that nothing was fixed, the mechanic literally walked away from me as I was still speaking to him. Apparently when they charge you for a diagnosis, the mechanic does not bother to actually look at the system as a whole. Maybe if they had, they would have noticed it was a bigger issue. They take your money and hope that youre naive enough not to notice that nothing was fixed.Reply: The car was not moved from the time of diagnosis until I took it in to be fixed. Retested and car check out fine....I went straight to the gas station where I saw the issue persisted and came right back. So no, the car did not check out fine. And yes, I was upset but do not tell me that it was difficult to talk to me. I had a full conversation with Angie after the tech turned around and left while I was still in the middle of my sentence, and I even apologized to her for getting so upset. I just wanted to know how you did not realize that you had not fixed the issue. This whole review would have been avoided if I was told before you returned my keys that there was further contamination in the system and not just let a customer think you fixed the issue and drive off.

I brought my car here today to have my AC repaired to mainly to avoid the dealership I had just bought it from two weeks ago. The dealerships fees to have them diagnose it were in my opinion unreasonable considering I had just bought my car from them. Then I found Jon and Allen here to help me out! Such a great and friendly staff. Honest and true to their work. They let me know the cost of the repairs and I told them if they can do anything to keep the cost as low as possible, it would go a long way for me. And they DID! They couldnt be nicer or more helpful. They are very thorough and dont take advantage of anyone. Honest and very knowledgeable. Wont get my car worked on anywhere else. Love them!!

We went there because we had a problem with either our truck brakes or RV brakes. We had no idea who could check this out. Allen Untrue found the problem and I doubt that anyone else could have tracked it down other than him. Everyone that worked there was fantasy and I highly recommend them.

Was referred to Motorworks of Florida by another mechanic and our favorite tire store, They perform any major repairs we have and keep all 6 of our used vehicles in top condition thus saving us lots of money from buying new. Vehicles range from a heavy-duty work truck, turbo charged family sedan, to a rare antique sports car . Repairs are made on time and at fair honest prices . Good mechanic shop full diagnostics services reasonably priced

I absolutely loved this place. Ronda was especially great, very nice and friendly, and kept us well informed every step of the way. Went in for a brake job since our front brakes were pretty bad. They did the brakes and fixed a problem 3 previous repair shops missed and couldnt fix. Their pricing was also very reasonable considering we were there like 3-4 hours, got new brakes, rotors, and brake lines and paid just over 600 total. They did excellent work and our van drives like a dream now.So we have been having fuel efficiency problems for at least 2 years now. Took it into the dealer a few times and they cant find a problem. Got the brakes done like a year and a half ago at now pep boys, used to be just brakes, they had a life time warranty. Well we took it back there yesterday and they said they wont honor the warranty and claimed the bad brakes was a caliper issue. Well here at Motorworks they said yes technically it was the calipers but that was NOT the main cause which was bad brake lines and contaminated brake fluid.Sorry for the long post but needless to say I would highly recommend them over other shops for good quality work at reasonable prices. Even if you can find a better price else where I would still recommend Motorworks hands down.

We have a 2011 Caliber and it had constant hum back and forth which is very nerve racking. We do have a Warranty and we brought the car to Allen Unrue for their professional opinion. They had Darryl check out the condition of the compressor and asked my to bring the car back Monday February 12. Darryl started at 830 am while I left the car there all day. At 3: pm I received a call telling me the car was ready and they also had given me an Oil Change and extra Air filter.....FANTASTIC SERVICE and now I am bringing my Jeep for their tender loving care
