Nice friendly people. Great place to get your car repaired. Or just maintained. They wont oversell the job. Which means, if it aint broke, dont fix it.

We were referred to this location by a friend as we are new to the area. My advisor Donnie was great, knowledgable, and quite possibly made this the best service experience we have had. Extremely professional and friendly. As long as Donnie works at this location, I will trust no other place to advise me on the needs of my vehicle. I normally try to be involved when my wife’s vehicle need service, but I trust this location to never try and take advantage and give truthful and honest assessments. Sure the system went down for a few hours, but that isn’t their fault. I will recommend this to anyone who will listen and will even bring my company vehicles here for service

Was great experience. Friendly people who are willing to help with any automobile question, also service big rigs as for as tires,yet not sure right now what other services they do for big trucks. Nevertheless, I will be starting tomorrow the 27th of August 2021, and I am so anxious to get back to work I hope not to mess up my first days there.P.S. Still not sure if I have to take care of my pops when if he gets released from the hospital, or have him placed so I can start to have a life that I have been missing for so long.

Any issue with your car, any....these guys are the most trustworthy people Ive met. Dont believe me; go by and ask them about your vehicle and you will leave a true believer. Their prices are OK, but you will pay happily because you know they know what theyre doing and you will believe they are honest and trustworthy. Good natured honest expert mechanics....I just wrote an oxymoron.....but its true

John was THE MOST helpful person!!! I normally go with my sister to any mechanic that she goes to because I have married into a family of them but r have since moved out of state. there was no clout no arrogance none of that …he was just incredibly helpful and explaining everything that it was going to be done what we needed didnt try to push for things that we didn’t need. Also made recommendations for as soon as possible “ I know that you’re on a time budget” since we had said my sister did need to get to work when getting a time frame for the work to be done. 10 out of 10 would see John for mechanic work again!!!!

I need to give a shout out to an excellent mobile installer named Steven. He went above and beyond what I could have hoped for installing my tires 6 motorhome tires today. He worked tirelessly for 5 hours on his own in the blazing sun and explained each step of the process. I hope he gets recognized by his managers for doing such a fine job.

Quick professional service. Got stranded on a major road with a blown RV tire. Called Blacks tire service. Asked if we were safe and then sent a roadside technician out to change the tire in less than 30 minutes . Blake our roadside tech was a true gentlemen, kind,polite and very caring. He even checked to make sure we would be safe with our other tires before leaving. Found a safety concern with our other tire and suggested replacement when we could afford it.Wound up deciding to go get it replaced at the shop after Blake left. Was greeted by Chad the manager who was also very friendly and extremely professional. He gave us great service and a very fair price on our tires. Highly recommend this company. They truly are gentlemen who understand good customer service and how to take care of both potential and regular customers. Thanks again guys, we definitely will be back!

I go to this place for all my tire and auto needs. The people know me like they know my car. I like it like that. Because theyre not trying to take advantage of a person who knows nothing about cars except to drive them. They have courteous and friendly staff and they dont talk down to you because of your potential ignorance about cars. They encourage you to call them with any concerns you have about your vehicle. You should come to this place for your car needs.

Great service. They explain give a paper diagram of the alignment if you get one. Best is there are 3 stores (1 thrift), kids park, and 3 restaurants within walking distance while you wait for the work to get done. Service was grade A though. Ill go back again.

Fantastic service as always! The folks here are always kind and courteous, and are always willing to squeeze me in with a tire or automotive emergency. Ive even helped another stranded motorist who didnt know the area and did not speak English coordinate getting his vehicle repaired at this blacks tire location. They were fantastic for everyone of my vehicle needs, as well as helping the stranded motorist get back on the road quickly. Cant say enough about this business and their people!

Good spot for some quick work.As I always say, price shop around,but if you go with them I can say that you are getting good work done.Blacks also has 2 locations in Sanford. If one site doesnt have what youre looking for, the other just might have it.

I got my tires done from here and the person who was doing it kept going on her phone and was not paying any attention to my vehicle. Very disappointed.

I have never been to a tire shop where I felt like the most important customer of the day. Today that changed. They even put away all the tools, spare donut tire and Im amazed. Found me a new shop, thanks Chad. 150%+ customer service.

I have been going to Black Tire Service (formerly Perry Bros.) over 20 years. The service is great and the whole gang are now good friends. No one in Sanford beats there prices and service. That is definetly true for any service in the Triangle.

Went to this Auto place twice, the first time they told me they were booked for the day to come back tomorrow, I expressed it would be around the same time, and even asked could I make an appointment they said no they don’t do appointments, and the man assured me they would look at it the following day. I arrived today and he told me they couldn’t see me today, I’m a single mom of Twin boys who are one years old, I have to work and I have to get my car fixed so that we can drive safely. I don’t recommend this tire place to anyone.

You cant be arrogant and expect me to spend my hard earned money and waist my valuable time... This review is no reflection on you C. Perry by no means. The work thats done by the mechanics and the other hard workers there is great. The new guy is in the wrong business of expertise.

The men at this shop were outstanding in our time of need with a church van full of kids heading to Greensboro. We realized we had a tire that was flat on our bus we called them 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday and asked if they could check it out for us and that we could be there in 10 minutes, we got there at closing but they took the time to stay and find out the problem and fix it for us and then did so without letting us pay for the work. What a blessing they were to us that day!

This was previously a two star review. I had an visit for an oil change that took too long and I let them know. They reached out to me, apologized, and made it right. The customer service is very responsive and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I drive a slammed vehicle and the guys at Blacks took extra care and caution to mount my wheels by jacking the vehicle by hand and mounting one wheel at a time and not a dime extra charge. Nice lady at the front desk as well, definitely will brighten your day!

I had to buy emergency new tires after a trip out of town. I was told about this place by a friend and to my surprise they put the tires on and rotated them for far less than I was expecting. Didnt even have to wait that long. Ill be doing business with them again.

They got me in quick and filled my tires for me. They are the only place near where I work that have the nitro air. So glad they were open!

Sales techniques or just rude???I went into Blacks T and A thinking that I would get good service... I was alone. I didn’t have my husband or my kids with me. I exspected to be treated with dignity and respect. What I got was rude behavior and 20 questions. I had been told that my truck needed an alignment and that’s what I told the man. He asked a few questions that I couldn’t answer. He went out side and looked at my truck. Now pls keep in mind there was one other staff members and a customer in there at the same time I am. This guy proceeds to embarrass me by loudly saying Well the problem is you have 4 different tires on your truck. He says this about three different ways.. loudly. I said, So! I was told I need an alignment. He says you need new tires. You have 4 different tires on your truck... I promise you we will never do business here.... we have 3 vehicles, they all will need work, I will go out of my way to make sure I never have to come in to Black T and A again..

Dont go here if you want customer service or have special needs. I spent 3hrs trying to get an oil change. They didnt greet me when I came in. Every time I came back, I was told it would be 40+ minutes before they could get to me and 40+ minutes to change the oil. I had called yesterday for an appointment, but they dont do appointments. I tried again to make one because Im autistic and strange place cause me problems. They wouldnt help at allI had to go to them because I had an Enterprise rental car. It was only 1 of 2 places in Sanford I could go, and I didnt know there was a 2nd option. Once I found out, I left and went there. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. That is after they calmed me down on the phone and told me how to get there.I dont know how a place can stay in business with customer service like this. They caused me a meltdown, a headache and I can look forward to a rough night. Im keeping my business with the other company, and I made sure Enterprise was informed, as well.
