Really nice place to do business and get good coverage for any business or residential

I feel like family when I go to their office.. Jimmy and Wendy Holder are well versed in the insurance industry and always keep our best interests in mind when helping us choose policies for our home and automobiles. They have been just a phone call away when we needed them. Their office has convenient hours and is located in downtown Sanford. They return telephone calls and emails promptly. They take their time to talk with you and see what you need before recommending policies.

I have had many different insurers over the years. Mr. Holder and the staff at Holder Insurance representing Erie have provided my family with unsurpassed responsiveness and overall great service. Hands down the best. Much more so than of any of the big brands that we have experienced.

Mark Midford was a great addition to the Holder team. Called Mark late last night to see if something was covered under my homeowners policy. He quickly put my mind at ease and today first thing he had someone at my house to assess and quickly fix the situation. No doubt this dude is the real deal 24/7/365. I trust Mark and the Holder team with all my insurance needs.

Jimmy is fabulous! I called him to double check my policy with the hurricane coming and was nervous I selected higher deductibles, Jimmy got back to be immediately and I had lower deductibles because I went with his advice and am thankful I did! Polite and friendly staff! I had progressive before going with Bowen and the whole reason I went with Bowen is progressive dropped my home insurance and didnt let me know until a year later. Progressive had the wrong address and when the letter I needed to sign wouldnt deliver they dropped me and never called!

Would not even give this horrible place 1 star, but I had to give something to write this honest review. I asked for a QUOTE that this worthless place activated, which led to a whirlwind of problems. After receiving my first bill in the mail, I contacted them and told them I did not ask for insurance and wanted to cancel the policy, that I did not wish to activate. A few weeks later a cancellation of insurance from the dmv was sent because of their horrible lack of intellect. After gathering the proper paperwork from my Geico insurance to correct the problem, additional payment request camebin the mail. After additional follow up with this horrible establishment, I was informed that the policy had been canceled and the “bills” were auto generated and should be disregarded. To my surprise, another stab in the side happened when a collections agency tried to get payment from me, 2 months later!! Payment for a policy that was said to have been active for 4 months!!?? After calling Geico again to rescue me, hopefully all has been sorted and taken care of. Would not recommend this place to insure a radio flyer wagon parked outside a card box! Only wish I could get some sort of restitution for the stress and frustration that this place gave me. Wishful thinking.
