We recently moved from Sanford, NC to Florida, and called Mr. Sharman in order to switch our car insurance policy to a Florida policy. Mr. Sharman responded to my E-Mailed request saying that he couldnt help me with that since he couldnt sell a Florida policy, and that I was on my own (paraphrased). I am thinking of switching agencies due to the lack of assistance from Mr. Sharman. His predecessor was SO MUCH better, more helpful, and more professional.

Jill is the best!!! She is always very nice and helpful.

Kevin Sharman has a very business type approach. Very professional at what he does. That makes me feel my insurance is more effective.
