Initial response time was good but now Feel Im being ignored since I have proof by the police report that Ive been trying to provide them that their insurance is at fault. She got the ticket and violation on the police reports.

Spoke with a female Q whom refused to help me professionally and hung up on me. Would not recommend her services. When I called back I spoke with Tracy who was extremely respectful and helpful which is the only reason for the additional star, otherwise itd say at one. Im not sure how companies are willing to continue employing people like this Q lady.

It was good. Got in and out. It would be nice if they had at least two people in the building.

Terrible insurance. I got into an accident and the refused my claim and cancelled my insurance because I didnt have a roommate listed on my insurance who doesnt drive my vehicle. Got my license suspended and cost me over $2000

If I had the option to give you people 0 stars I would this place decided to quote me $94 a month then after my first payment decided to raise it to $194 because of a accident 2 1/2 years ago that I DID put on my quote before so they did know about it but claimed I never told them what a bunch of bullshit scam artists !!!!SCAM*****
