My first time at this nail salon and I had a great experience. It’s a nice size and newly renovated. They offered me water or wine. I chose moscato. I sat in the pedicure chair for 10 minutes before they got started and got my gel fill-in done at the same time. I wasn’t there long and my nails and toes were done beautifully! The pedicure was done just to my liking!

Sai is a wonderful, skilled artist who does fantastic work! My nails have never looked or felt better!! He takes his time and gives perfect work everytime.The salon is very pretty, clean, and organized. Very busy but lots of employees and chairs/service stations. Excellent nail salon!

I can’t speak of other services but they definitely specialize in SNS dip powder nails…I’ve worn acrylic and gel for years but wanted a healthier alternative for my natural nails…I’ve heard dip is better so finally decided to try …I’ve tried the dip powder at several other salons and the shape was never right…they would be lumpy and not smooth symmetrical and natural looking….but DORE DID AM AMAZING JOB!!!

I came here twice, never again. My second time, I chose to do ombre and the execution was absolutely awful. Seemed like they had an attitude as well because I decided to change my bail place. I think this place is good for SNS (what i got first time at this place) Nothing intricate. There is clearly no gradient. Techinque is non-existent. I paid 65 dollars they charged me 5 dollars to do the coffin shape, never heard a nail place charging for a nail shape. 60 for nails 5 for the shape.

I went in today for a manicure and gel polish soak off,The nail tech started to drill the top layer off which is normal before the soaking. After soaking she went back in with the drill filing my nails down paper thin, pretty much the nail bed, my thumb nail is red and bruised from the heat of the drill and amount of drilling she did after asking her to not drill anymore. My nails are sore and sensitive to hot and cold water due to no nail to protect my nail bed. Management was not understanding nor helpful it was like talking to a brick wall.

Wait was longer than the pedicure. They sat me at a bowl and ignored me for 30 minutes without even acknowledging me. I also don’t understand how I paid for pedi option that didn’t include the traditional stuff like towel wrap, scrub, massage etc. I paid more for less and was out the door in 15 minutes. I also had a disagreement with the tech who tried to put gel polish on my toes when I asked for regular. Had I not paid attention they would have charged me $10/$15 extra for that.Two stars cause my toes came out okay but I’m not going back.

Went there this afternoon for manicure and pedicure. Pedicure looks good. But my manicure looks like a 10 year old doing my nails. I paid $30 for the gel without extension. She said because she had to take some of the gel off since the color I picked was too transparent. She didn’t take off any later but she added 3 layers on my nails instead. Ok. I paid for that but my nails are already chipping off and it’s not even 24 hours for a gel polish. Seriously? First time client and I won’t go back. I will have to pay somebody to do a decent job on my hands cuz it’s insane you paying that much for a very low quality.

Ive been coming to this location for years since before the name changed and Ive never had a negative experience. Everyone is nice and professional and does a really great job.

3 of my nails broke within the first week of getting them done. My friend and I got pedicures, one of the ladies convinced us to get the sugar scrub pedicure but she didn’t massage and scrub at all! They made us wait for hours just fix one nail! Never going back again.

My Daughter came to The nail salon today to get her toes done.The nail tech broke her toenail which hurt her,then the tech stated that she did not do it,My daughter and I have been coming there for many years,she then called over the English speaking tech that was very rude,This is very upsetting.

I just paid $40 for a polish change. I could have form a full set for that price. Never again...

I went here to get a manicure for SNS nails.. I believe it was the nail tech first time doing SNS nails, or maybe she has only done SNS a couple of times, but she clearly was still learning.. one lady keep walking over and looking at them pointing to what she should use next .. and it took entirely too long.. the next day my SNS nails had cracks in the polish.. the appearance looked like red (polish) snake skin nails.. they have lost my business.. this place is to expensive to have ppl that are not qualified to do nails.. not even worth going back to complain but I will warn others .. beware !

Went here for a pedicure and they were unsanitary and unprofessional. the woman that did my pedicure got up from another customer without exchanging her tools or cleaning them and came to do my pedicure. when i asked her about it she acted as if she didnt undertsnad what i was saying. this unacceptable for the price of the service they should use new material every time or take the proper time to clean and sterilize tools for the next person. i informed the manager and she had a nonchalant attitude. i payed and tipped but i will not return do to lack of concern about the my health and safety.

Got a pedicure here on Friday left at about 7pm I think they were closing it’s covid19 so hours may be different. I had flip flops on all day I got home about 11pm and put my slippers on and on Saturday About 5pm I noticed my big toe polish was all bumpy!! I called and they welcomed me back to fix at no charge but for a $40 pedi with tip, really. Polish was so thick after 4 hours my nails were still not dry. Amateur mistake. Nice lovely ladies but they were all steering and talking smack since I had to return day 2. For the price this is not acceptable just my opinion.

My nails broke just after 3 days of getting them done. I paid 50$ for a full set + gel. Im currently at the salon to see if I can get them refixed and the manager of the salon told me she has to charge me 3$ per finger. I get my nails frequently done and I know that nails arent suppose to break that fast especially when Im not doing anything extreme with them. I would not recommend this shop they are overly priced, rude, and have terrible customer service. Waste of 50$

I have been going to this nail salon for years. The owner is always friendly as well as the other girls. They did an awesome job with my manicure and pedicure. In the past I had a set of nails put on and they were perfect! They always offer suggestions that will help you have healthier nails so I highly recommend them to anyone! Julia

Its no longer The Golden Nail. they are in the process of giving the shop a complete face-lift and its going to be much larger and nicer inside. Conveniently located, great service, no waiting without an appt, but pricey.

I been coming here for months. Bragged about this place and brought my sister with me. But the experience after a day, two of my nails broke and these are my real nails. I went back to get them fixed with no charge in which I was very grateful for. But who has time to go back after another day. I’m not sure why all of a sudden my nails been breaking. Not to point out after day two of coming back to get them fixed. The little young lady had an attitude with me. I’m the one that should be mad because I’m wasting my time to get my nails fixed TWICE less than a week. I love the SNS and I don’t have a job where they will break so easily too. Sorry but not sorry...I’ll be finding another nail shop. I really thought this was my TO GO Nail shop. Not anymore

The prices are reasonable. Im firm believer of you get what you pay for. Have gotten many compliments and will definitely be back.

Today I had my nails done for the second time at this salon. A young lady named Mini, who appeared to be in her teens did my nails. I was only getting a pink fill in which I am used to taking 30 min or less but she took nearly an hour. That didnt bother me too much because I could tell she was new and taking her time, which I appreciated. The problem came in where I had requests. I initially asked for her to file one of my nails a little more and she was visibly upset. Then she had made the powder too thick on my thumb nail. Again, she wasnt pleased. The big issue came in when I asked her to put primer and bond aid on my nails because it keeps the gel powder from lifting so bad and in most cases not at all.Before moving here from SC, the salon I patronized for nearly 10 years told me of this trick and she always put plenty of both on and it kept my nails from lifting.It was a request, kindly stated to Mini, but she went off on me saying that I am not a nail tech and I dont know what Im talking about. I told her that although its TRUE that I am not a nail tech, Ive been getting my nails done longer than shes been alive and I know what works for me. The lady working next to her had to tell her to just do it if thats what I wanted. Mini was very disrespectful and I am shocked that not one of the elder ladies in the salon told her that the way she spoke to me is not how you should treat paying customers. I did not tip her and was sure to let her know that although my nails looked really good, its unfortunate that her customer service skills were so poor. She said thats fine and walked away.I really thought Id found a nail salon as good as the one I went to in SC. And its only 5 min from my apartment, BUT I will never step foot back into this establishment. If customer service doesnt matter to you, they do pretty good work. If you are looking to be valued as a repeat, paying customer, go elsewhere.

Consistently high quality of service. They use sanitized tools and do a thorough job with nail care. Great selection of colors and their gel manis are the best in town! Suggest calling ahead for an appointment to avoid a wait.

I would not recommend going here. Yes the ladies are nice however, it is over priced for the quality of work. I requested my nails to be med. my pinky was the length I requested but my other nails were uneven and my thumb shorter than all my nails and my pinky was longer. I kept having her file them to make even but she still couldn’t get them right. One hand was more round than coffin shape. Worst nail set I’ve ever received in all m my years of getting my nails done. The only thing I like was the color I chose. I literally cried when I got back to my car. I spent $50 dollars when I could’ve went else where for cheaper and better outcome. I was just looking to get my nails done last mine before my flight the next day but I would’ve been better off without them done.

I enjoyed the expereince, the staff was amazing friendly and who would have ever guessed my feet could ever be so smooth! I highly recommend this place! Amazing people and they provide wonderful service!!!!

I got my nails done here two days ago and I had a nail come clean off while showering today. I acrylic closest to the cuticles were drilled improperly and don’t lead into the cuticle like they should. I wasn’t told to even wash my hands between drilling and painting. I was extremely disappointed with this set. I get my nails done a lot but am looking for a new nail tech. Two of my nails are crooked and I told her to not use the scissors to shape a slightly tapered tip to keep her from taking too much off the sides but she still did without listening to me so therefore two are uneven. There’s acrylic underneath my nail on the sides it’s just not a very good job for $55. I wouldn’t go back and I would not recommend this place.

My nails were coming off in less than a week!!! A WEEK!!!! I get my nails done all the time and know how to wear them. I tried this place for the first time because my usual nail salon is a bit far since I had just moved so I decided to give them a shot. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The pedicure and my eyebrows were not a problem. My eyebrows came out beautiful but for me to drop $95 on services, which is not an issue with me when services are up to par, and have malfunctions with my nails a week later is no excuse in my eyes. Ill just make that trip to my usual salon. The excess time and travel to get there will be WELL WORTH IT!!!

My coworker introduced me to this nail salon last year and I am in love. Make sure the owner or her sister does your nails or they will be messed up. It’s super cheap too! Gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrows for 52.00! The nails also last longer than two weeks, and my pedi never messes up. I could have it for over a month if I wished to. Try them out. You won’t be sorry!

Got my nails done on Monday and they are cracking left and right. I always get SnS and they last for at least 3+ weeks without a chip or crack. These were so poorly done, one cracked on Thursday and it has been a domino effect since. When I looked closely at my nails after the job I saw how sloppy a job it truly was- parts of my nail aren’t even painted.Never returning. The prices were low, but for a reason...

I looked up online to see what time they opened up and it stated 9:30 a.m, the front door also said the same. I waited until 9:41 a.m. and I left. Just had the best service at Golden Nails. Ive been going there for mani/pedi for a while and Im always happy with the results. I went in for a fill and gel after my acrylics started and my tech spent so much time with me making sure each nail was perfect. His attention to detail and care was terrific. I have been going to this salon for 10 years and have always had a great experience. In comparison, other manicures do not last as long and are not as carefully done. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

After returning multiple times because I had a decent experience most of the time, on 10/14/2019 this was the last straw. The nail tech rushed on my nails. She rushed to take them off. I repreatedly asked her to make sure not ro rush so as to maintain the strength of my nails. She continued to use the electric file on my nails, even when asked several times not to. She even rushed when adding the SNS polish. Then when it was time to pay, after she had rushed to complete the job, she charged me an extra $10 for the length of my nails. My nails are long(real nails), but no one else had charged extra on my previous visits. Also, I dont mind the extra charge but not for the quality that I received from her. The lady next to me had short nails and was started about 15 minutes before me. We were done at the same time.A couple of days after the service, I could clearly see the top layer peeling off of my nails. My real nail under the SNS was poorly filed so much so that the day after leaving, 3 nails on my left hand and 2 on my right would continuously snag on any fabric touched. I eventually filed them on my own. Prior to this experience, I had a negative experience with the previous nail tech. She just didnt do a good job with the SNS, so it didnt look great or last. The only two ladies who do a decent job are the two with short hair. (They both worked with me in the previous times to make it a positive experience) I wouldnt recommend this place. If you can get one of the ladies with short hair, maybe try them. But I dont recall names, so if I were you, Id stay away. I dont normally leave reviews after a bad experience, but this has been the worst place I have ever been to get my nails done. I went in on Sunday, the lady was being very rude. Pulling onto my hand when she was working on the cuticle she grabbed alcohol and rubbed it on my hands. ( it burned so bad ) that I quickly let go of her hands and she pulled em back telling me to stop moving. Even my boyfriend who was sitting right next to me asked if this is the way they usually treat people. She continued on working on my nails and cut me two times. The polish was so bad and so uneven- they looked horrible! Three of my nails fell of today, and ofcourse I will not be back at this establishment! Waste of time & money..

I only tried this place because my regular place closed before I could get there. This place closed at 8, and I made it in around 7:30. There were only four other people in the salon, but I waited 20 minutes before I even got my feet in water. They charged me $23 for a regular spa pedicure. I only wanted the buff and shine, no polish. They couldnt do that so they just didnt do any anything to my nails besides cut and clean them. $23? Are you kidding me?

Horrible service and apart from that my acrylic nails were thick, some nails were stuck to the skin of my finger, and as if it were not enough, the lady who took care of me had my cuticle very hard and then remove the excess with the small machine. I will never go back to that place

This is probably the worst place Ive been to get my nails done. They charged for gel and gave me acrylic which started coming off and looking really bad in less than a week. They were also SOOO thick that I was unable to open anything that I normally use my nails to open.If youre wanting to get your nails done, keep looking. This place is not good.

I went to this place with my friend who says this place is awesome. well, i ask for gel polish manicure and pedicure and one of the ladies told me it is gonna be 48$ total, i said thats ok. they have a guy who works with them while he was doing his job i was trying to talk to him you know, being kind. so, how we all know the time that your hands has to be in the lamp its at least 15 min each lay of gel, in my case he had done each one in no more than 10 min. i didnt say anything. i was about to pay and he said 56$ i was like what? he was trying to explain me why everything that he said totally bullshit and i told him you already included your tip (mother#$%%#@&*). but this wasnt enough, i had my nails done on friday at 1 pm,on monday two of my nails were peeling off, unbelievable.you do not want to go to this place people.

Overcharged and rushed through . Cut my cuticle and made me bleed . She over charged me for my full set and toe color change. On the board it says that a full set is 21 dollars and a toenail color change is 6 so I expected to pay 27 dollars . The lady tells me that my total is 33 dollars plus my tip so 38. I asked her why is it 33 and she said she charged extra for the length of my nail . -___- my nails are regular length . No other nail salon has ever charged for regular length, they might charge for shape but not length. And on top of all that they didnt say anything when I walked in, just stared . Terrible place.

My nails were horrible after I brought out to their attention she said come back and she would fix them. When I went back she said she was busy, I then asked them to give my money back they refused. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else

Second time at this nail salon- absolutely love my nails both times. They are a little more pricier than other salons.

I really wished I read the reviews. They have the worst customer service ever! The elder lady had my pedicure finished in under 14 mins, the polish was uneven and parts of my nail weren’t even painted. I will take my business elsewhere.
