Kim is amazing ! Everyone in the shop was so nice and friendly. Not to mention the shop is clean as any should be. Not only is Kim nice but she does GREAT work. She is so neat and pays attention to detail. Hard to find a nail artist that cares so much to swirls in my experience. So glad I found me a new nail spot 😩🙌🏽

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This Pure Nail Spa is nothing close to that. Got nails done same day 4 of them broke off and the rest were bending about to break. The very next day we go to get a refund. The owner refused to give us a refund and was extremely rude. He literally said “You do what you gotta do but our policy is that we don’t give refunds!” I said they literally broke the same day. He shrugged his shoulders and pretty much gestured “Oh well” . Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. If a nail salon is empty that should have been my first red flag! Stir clear from this place. This

Before they temporarily closed, I got my nails done here regularly. My last round of SNS lasted over a month, and could’ve lasted longer if I didn’t take them off for being so over grown. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!

I called to ask about the price of service. When I got in the man that answered the phone had a completely different vibe when he met me face to face.He was so rude. Instead of relaxing from a lo by cold afternoon, he insisted on rushing service. I asked to soak my nails and he suggested to pry them my acrylics off instead. He demanded that I move my hand around while soaking. When he noticed that I was not there to work, he dropped the election nail filler in the acetone ( nail polish remover). He was belligerent. They switched my nail tech to make sure I left with completed service.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. They are understaffed and it takes awhile to receive service. I went 2 min down the street and was seated and serviced within 10 min after I was told that the wait was ‘not long’ at Pure. I waited at least 15-20 min before I left. I would’ve been willing to wait longer but it smelled like a cesspool in the salon. There was a very strong odor coming from the back and it smelled of the sewer. I decided to leave after that. They are new so maybe there was a sewage issue but they could have lit a candle or something for the smell. The 20% reeled me in but for the time it takes to get serviced and the speed at which you are serviced at this location isn’t worth it to me. I took my business down the street this time. This was my second visit, as my 1st was slow but 50% off so I didn’t mind. I probably won’t be back anytime soon because the surrounding nail salons are much quicker. I was trying to give this place a chance but sadly, I wouldn’t recommend.

Me and my friend went in. The man I had was very rushed when.... no one.. no one else was walking in the door. He didnt ask me what shape I wanted and rushed me to pick a color like he had a time limit. The girl my friend had was super sweet but she hasnt done SNS alotbefore. Also who charges 55$ for SNS.

The guy (nail tech) in there was rude to my girlfriend. Her nails looked like a pre schooler did them and they were rushed and globed on, she got gel polish.
