Love this club. The members are super friendly, many fitness classes offered daily, an outdoor and indoor pool, lots of social activities, great trainers, and all the usual machines and weights. The facility is very clean and has a great pub for an after workout refresher and bite to eat.

I had such a great time at the club! All of the employees couldnt have been nicer. The club itself and all of the machines were spotless which made me feel very safe with it being my first time back to a gym since Covid. The club is very large and had so many different options, so you will always be able to find and use the specific machine that you want, which is very important to me.Overall, a wonderful experience!

FYI. Towel service is allowed. Limiting your hours is not required. Classes are permitted. Stop putting pure bleach in the spray bottles and use something safer for all. Stop hiding behind the government requirements and own up to your poor decision making when responding to these reviews. Basically be better. Your favorite. Luke

Great gym, great staff! Isaac is one of the most personable, motivating and fun trainers I’ve ever had. His group fitness classes are also killer- and the best part is he makes everyone feel welcome. Warren at the front desk is also great. He’s super nice and always happy to assist with any questions/concerns.

The price is worth it if you work for a company that discounts the membership. Overall clean and modern facilities. The locker rooms and shower seem a bit dated compared to other clubs in the same price range. Very friendly staff and even the salespeople who came to my company were polite and did not pressure me into signing up.

Let me start by saying this is a great gym. It has all the amenities you could possibly want and more. So why the 3 stars? After being a member here for 6 months I decided to pay to get out of my contract and go back to LA Fitness. I’m very serious about my workouts and prior to coming to concourse was going to the gym 6 days a week 2-3 hrs a day. I quickly found out that the average age here is early to mid 40’s. From not being around others even close to my age, I started losing motivation to go. The gym is somewhere that needs to a motivating atmosphere. Unfortunately Concourse also catered in majority to the 50’s+ age group. Not once did I ever see an event geared towards 20-30’s and only went to the pool a couple times due to the earliest music being from the 80’s. But great gym if that’s your thing or you don’t mind. Even though not as clean, I’m happy to say I’ve regained my motivation at LA Fitness.

I was previously a member of the club in 2016-2017 and loved it. I had to leave because I moved jobs. It is now July of 2019 and I wanted to rejoin. I had a guest pass previously provided by their sales director at the time, Rachel. Rachel no longer works there... such a shame, because the new sales director has coached their employees to be extremely pushy on membership. I had an awful experience with Lindsey the sales person. I went in with my guest pass ready to see how I felt back in the gym as well as see new improvements that may have happened since I left 2 years ago. I spent 30 minutes with her answering questions and letting her know my workout needs. She presented pricing and asked how soon I was willing to sign up. I was not given much time to make a decision, it was now or never. I gave her all of my contact information and told her I would decide by the end of the week. I was ready to go workout and she came back and told me they do not usually allow guest passes, anymore but did I have a referral or anyone I knew that may want to join so that my guest pass was useful. I said that I didnt think so. She then asked my fiancés full name and I told her his name reluctantly. This was after I said he didnt like to workout. She said she needed some name for her sales director. At this point I am feeling immense pressure and regret keeping my guest pass all these years. She goes back to her sales director then comes back out and tells me they do not approve my guest pass!! After all of this. This is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a gym. What a waste of 30 minutes and they absolutely lost my potential membership. The old concourse experience was ten times better and I would not recommend even testing out this gym - such an stressful experience and Im extremely disappointed in what I experienced from their sales team.

I go to Concourse exclusively for their squash program. Their squash pros Rob and Wale are the best in the city, not just for training but also for setting up great quality tournaments and giving back to the community through their association with A+ Squash. Their squash box league is also very active and well-run.

I used to work there so I know that place very well. Even though this club is fairly old it is clean and overall in great shape. Facilities have a lot to offer - like indoor track, two pools, basketball court, squash, racquetball and tennis courts. There is lots of room to do strength training or whatever else you are into. Stuff is very friendly and always happy and wanting to help.

This gym is outdated, dirty, run by a bunch of idiots trying their best to fleece as many people as humanly possible. If thats your idea of a great gym experience, this is the gym for you. Add to that half the equipment was always under repair. I wish I were exaggerating, but look at the reviews written by users (and not the gym employees) for a realistic look of what its like to be a member. Stay far, far away from this place - there are many more nice gyms in this area that are worth your time and money.

Concourse is a gym that seems to be geared to senior citizens. It isnt a family friendly gym, especially the locker room and pool area. They say they have family locker room, but its basically a makeshift bathroom with a lock which is on the opposite side of the gym from the pool. If you have a child of the opposite sex over 4 and they need to use the restroom while at the pool, only place to take them is on the opposite side of the building. Your only other choice is to send a five year old into a locker room filled with dozens of naked strangers--that just doesnt seem safe.It is difficult to find towels at the pool area, used towels lay on lawn chairs for hours without being cleaned up. Therefore, you dont know if a chair is taken or the staff is too lazy to clean them up.If you are not swimming laps or in their water classes, which are designed for the elderly, there isnt a place to swim. The indoor pool is currently closed for construction. I came with my family to swim and was immediately told we were not allowed to swim because a class was about to start. There was not one small corner of an Olympic sized outdoor pool where we were allow to swim. As we were leaving I spoke with a manager and she confirmed, there was nowhere in the pool where we could swim. Terrible customer service.

1. The locker rooms are disgusting and dated.2. Bring your own toiletries. I overheard teenagers talking about doing terrible things inside the toiletries.3. Free lockers are average sized, or you can pay extra to use a tiny locker... what the hell?4. Terribly overpriced. Nearly everything requires surplus fees.5. Children run wild, without adult supervision.6. Dont ever let them wash your gym clothes. Clothes will be returned coarse, faded, and torn.

I have been a member off and on for over 10 years now. Re-locations and moves created logistics that made the location impractical. CCAC has been great in cancelling my membership and then renewing without any issues! Great facilities except for one main issue... the free weights area is very small, depressing and lacking proper equipment compared to most other workout facilities. Strange but it has always been this way. Pools are awesome, great spin room, great club energy, very helpful staff, great courts and the common areas are clean, well kept and well staffed.

Grossly overpriced, should be a third of the price. They’ve priced everyone out that isn’t 60+ and this is their hangout, or they live or work next to the gym. 1 basketball court which has leagues M-Th 7-10 so if that’s when you go you can’t play (the leagues are extra, tennis is also separate and extra.) Outside and inside pool are nice but always full. locker rooms are nice with sauna, hot tub, steam room, lockers. Staff is out to get money. Wings and food at the bar are good but the waitstaff is amongst the worst I’ve ever come across. One girl wore pink crocs and every time we wanted a refill we had to go find her on her phone in the back.

Even if you elect for a month to month membership, they dont pro-rate so be prepared to pay 2 months beyond your cancellation date.Go down the street and join OneLife fitness. Very pricey with unscrupulous business practices. If you are looking to pay $118 a month for an average at best gym, these are your guys. I actually enjoyed working out in the morning there but was told one thing and another thing was acted out.I brought in a few referrals that also paid $118 a month and not once received a thank you or a discount for helping them. Most gracious gyms would honor an act like this with a discount of some sort as a token on their appreciation, not these guys. They are very contract based. Translation, thanks for nothing sir, you are just a dollar to us, have a great day.

[Update: They raise rates every year. Now out of nowhere I get a letter stating that Ive only ever paid for daytime M-F access from 8:30am to 3:30pm and that I need to upgrade to an All Access pass. Here is what irks me, Ive been a member for 3+ years and Im being told this NOW!? No where on the member site does it state anything of that sort, nor in any of the paperwork I have. Im taking my business elsewhere. So unbelievably poorly managed. There is also always something broken at this gym, from water fountains, machines, pool, showers, lockers, etc.]FYI: 2019 $200 per month for two people for only weekday daytime access of 8am - 3:30pm. I’d hate to see what “All access” costs. Oh and like someone else said, the cancellation/member resignation policy is asinine.

Bad experience. Sat in the downstairs area by the pool while waiting on a child at swim practice, and listened to the man working at the snack counter argue with a woman over the topic of abortion for at least 30 minutes. The conversation was loud and disturbing to the environment. I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this establishment.

I joined two months ago and enjoy coming here everyday. I work out 3-4 days a week - I love the group classes - there is always something new - I especially like the Strength, Zumba, BootCamp and AquaFit/ FinFit sessions. I also enjoy doing Yoga and Pilates occasionally. The equipment is also really nice and you can do anything from a light workout to a heavy workout. The pool is heated so you can always go for a swim despite the time of the day and year. I havent tried used the pool in winter but will definitely see how it goes.... :)

The facilities are great, but I would liken it to an overpriced YMCA. As well, the billing and accounting can be a pain to deal with at times. When I moved last May, I tried to cancel my membership. They gave me the run around for several weeks. For instance: the accounting office is closed, or you have to come in person to cancel your membership. I finally got it cancel, and they continued to bill me for 3 more months. They finally processed my cancelation this past september, and now they spam me with emails and mailings to rejoin. I would recommend looking at a YMCA or other athletic clubs in the area before committing to a membership here.

We had a corporate account with them. We cancelled as we were moving offices to Midtown. They charged us for a whole month after we were moved out of the old office. We disputed the charge as we showed not one person from our company even entered the gym that month, but they decided to turn it over to collections anyways. The collections company called harassing my family, friends, and anyone that I know that they could get a phone number for. I tried to pay them regardless (even though I felt like we were being screwed), and all I asked was they they release us of any liability of lawsuits arising. Last week, they attorneys contacted me and I ended up paying them even without a release. They did send me a release after receiving payment, but this morning we got served by a Marshall even after I paid the bill in full.DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP HERE. Your decision to do so may end up in a lawsuit, upset family members, or worse.
